I hate leaving bad reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary. Save your money, go somewhere nicer and have someone do a better job. I went in for a partial highlight touch up. It took Quinn 3 hours to complete this service. I have naturally dark blonde hair already so my hair lifts fast.. there is no reason I needed to process for over an hour. I asked for a brighter pieces around my face (didn't get) and a regular foil around the rest of my head. I ended up leaving half way through the blow out because she kept hitting my head with the blow dryer. When I got home my hair looked darker then when I went in to have it done. Today my friend pointed out a huge bleed mark in the back of my head. When I reached out to Quinn for a refund she told me to come back in and she would fix it. Unfortunately, a don't trust her to touch my hair again and requested a refund to which I was denied. I'm unsure as to why this Salon has so many good reviews. Thank you so much to Quinn who took me on a walk in and gave me the cutest layered short hair for the summer. She was so professional and gave a full shampoo treatment before doing a layered hair cut with a blow dry. She was always asking what type of haircut I wanted and always asked questions to make me comfortable. The price for women's hair cut is $55-70 but it well worth it. I've been to this salon once before to get framing for my hair. I was desperate for a haircut and framing again and messaged them and they were able to squeeze me in after i got off of work. The cut went amazing she made sure the length was where i wanted before cutting. She double checked my framing and cut before finishing up! I will be coming here often to get my haircuts. I come here to get my hair trimmed as culturally we grow our hair very long. They are very respectful and only trim the dead ends, they style it after for me. Quinn is amazing! She squeezed me in last minute and even stayed late to finish everything. I had a lot of grays that needed to be covered, and she matched my color perfectly. My hair blended so well with my highlights, and there were no dark roots--which is usually an issue for me at other places. She's super sweet and you can tell she really cares about what she does. Do not come here for a men's haircut. My son had been growing out his hair for over 6 months and Beyanca ruined it by cutting it way too short. She was shown a reference photo (she took a picture of this photo on her phone too) and said she could do the same haircut. When I talked to her at the end of the appointment she insisted that it was the same style, just shorter---definitely not. She even tried to gaslight me by saying she checked with my son and that he said the haircut was ok (she did not ask him that). There was no apology, no offer to correct the problem, just a snarky retort saying "it will grow back in 2 weeks." 2 weeks is hardly enough time to grow bangs, sides and the the top of his hair back! Hair was cut way too short and not even like the reference photo, not even the same style. Lesson learned, this salon's supposed "good reviews" mean nothing. Go to Headz Up Barbershop next door for a men's cut and ask for EB or Jimmy. read more

Worst Experience EVER!! I hate to leave a bad review but this is honestly a nightmare especially after the money I spent. I went in for color with Beyanca. SHE FRIED MY HAIR OFF!!! She told me my hair was okay but once I got home I noticed the damaged. I texted her about the situation and her excuse was that she had been standing for 4 hours and not once did she apologize for what she did to my hair!! Not just that but my hair is an ugly brown/grey! Please do your research before coming here. Not the first bad experience I've had with this salon but it was with Vivian. I went in with Vivian prior to going with Beyanca. I wanted to go lighter and Vivian said she could do it but she left me with a dark brown/grey color. If I could leave zero stars I would. NEVER IN MY LIFE, have I ever experienced such horrible customer service. I came in as a NEW client, for a haircut and blow dry. The stylist washed my hair and SAW what he was working with. If he couldn't do the job he could've just said that instead of proceeding to cut and "try" to blow dry my hair. He was so inexperienced, rude and unprofessional. Never ever come here. I posted pictures of what my hair looks like and what I blow dry at home with a simple straightener. Really happy with my balayage and trim! Saw the previous review on Yelp with exactly what I wanted so I booked online with Quinn. I asked for an ash blonde balayage and showed her the review from Lynn. Now paying it forward with another stellar review so hopefully someone else will see it! I've tried balayage previously at another salon and was really disappointed - I have dark Asian hair and they couldn't lift my hair so it ended up orangey and overall still dark. The other place told me it couldn't be done in one appointment. Quinn was able to do exactly what I wanted despite also mentioning my dark hair to be a challenge. She conquered it!
