This little hidden gem is tucked away on Main st. I came here to get my GelX nails done by Liz.... She's amazeballs! She's super kind, cute and really takes her time. I love her attention to detail and this is gonna be my nail girlie from now on. The salon isn't that big but it's definitely clean, spacious, and I love how they put movies on for you to watch while you're gettin services done. Parking isn't too great, I was able to find parking in the front with meters free up to two hours? Or there's parking in the back. I'll be back soon, but definitely give this place a try. My experience at OC nails was great. Reached out on Yelp for pricing for gel x with details and they were quick to respond and setting up the appointment was easy. I came in mid June and my nails are lasting expect one a smashed on a hotel door. My artist was so sweet. Asking me questions during the whole process and making sure I was comfortable. I do think she was new to the salon but she did an amazing job! The studio itself was clean and welcoming. All the girls were so nice! read more

I love coming here for my services from my toes to my nails! I love brining my girls here they do such an amazing job each time! They are always playing my types of movies ! The vibe here is mellow and breathtaking. I definitely recommend coming here for pedis or having a girls days. Came by today for a deluxe pedicure for me and my wife, and had a really great experience. They are located right on Main Street, so there is plenty of paid street parking. They also accept credit card (and you can tip with card too) which is super convenient. We had Cassandra and Liz help us today, and they were both super gentle and attentive with our service, making sure we got everything we needed and left completely satisfied. I also really liked their massage chairs, which were brand new and had just the right intensity. Prices were reasonable and in line with most places, especially for the quality of service. We're always looking for a good nail spot and this place definitely knocked it out of the park. I'd absolutely come back and definitely recommend it! read more

I loved this place. Walked into a quiet room and was immediately taken care of. I dont get my nails done often because i get pretty anxious when the employees rush me in and out and judge my choices. Here, i felt like i didnt need to rush. I asked questions about the service and everything was answered. I had time to decide, change my mind, and get opinions on what I wanted. My favorite color is green, (just took off red) so my manicurist LIZ suggested a top down glitter ombré on the green. She said it was a Christmas going into NewYear vibe and I love it!!! You can't tell in the picture but it's a minty silver glitter and it sets off my Kelly green nails nicely. I came here with my friend to get ready for our friend's wedding and we both left obsessed with our nails. I got a Gel X manicure + deluxe gel pedicure with Liz, and my friend saw Sahar. Both of them were SO sweet and honestly made us feel super comfortable the whole time. You can tell they actually care and aren't just rushing you in and out. Liz absolutely did a spectacular job- the shape, the color, the gold tips... I've gotten nonstop compliments and I keep catching myself staring at my hands like a weirdo because they're that pretty. Sahar did my friend's set and hers came out gorgeous too. Also, small thing but it meant a lot: they even checked on us and made sure we were safe outside while we were waiting for our Uber after. That kind of kindness is rare. Clean salon, really chill vibe, gorgeous work, and you feel taken care of. 10/10 would come back. read more

I tried this place last week, the customer service was good but when I got home I had to do a lot of reshape on both my hands and toes. The girl doing my pedicure was nice but kept fumbling the drill and it cut my skin in a few spots.. The girl doing my manicure was also very polite but I had to repeatedly ask for my nails to be reshaped and then still had to fix them when i got home. The nail color I chose didn't come out the way I wanted at all. I get the feeling a lot of acrylics, gel x, press on, etc. Is what's done here and maybe thats why the shape was off. I asked for a cat eye and it came out ok, completely wrong color then what I wanted and the cat eye design is super basic. It looks very much like someone inexperienced worked on my hands. The space was clean and empty. Parking sucked. Again customer service was good, very friendly I just didn't like the way my nails turned out and wish I hadn't spent $100+ on something I didn't like. read more

Came here yesterday with my aunt we both got pedicures. I got gel and she got regular polish. Overall we had a great experience. All staff were very friendly. I really liked how they offered us drinks which most nail salons don't offer. That was a bonus for me. Over my experience here was 10/10. We will definitely be coming back here. I had the worst experience getting a gel manicure here. My entire gel set peeled off within four days, which should never happen. When I returned to request a refund for the manicure service, the so-called "manager" was extremely unprofessional -- she lied, switched up her own words, and made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue accommodating my time and schedule . Because of her behavior, I am requesting to speak with the owner directly. Please have the owner reach out to me, as this situation needs to be addressed. To make things even worse, as my sister and I walked out, the manager slammed the door shut behind us, which was completely disrespectful and unnecessary. This experience was unacceptable from beginning to end. I do not recommend this place at all until the owner addresses the unprofessional behavior of their staff and accommodate the manicure refund . read more

Unfortunately, the customer service and payment experience completely ruined our visit. From the moment we walked in, Salem at the front desk came across as rude and unwelcoming. Then there were multiple issues with our bill. We were first told we had been undercharged, then overcharged, and we were also given the wrong ticket amount. On top of that, my mother attempted to withdraw $300 from their ATM, but the machine only dispensed $180. We were told she would receive a refund for the missing money, but she still has not received it. What bothered me most was Salem's attitude when I questioned all of the changing prices and incorrect charges. Instead of apologizing or trying to calmly explain what happened, she told me, "That's just how we work here." When I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation, she even told me that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. Then, after all of this, they called me again saying that they had undercharged me. The nail technicians deserve recognition because Kim and Diana were great, but the front desk customer service and the way the payment issues were handled were extremely disappointing. With so many billing problems in one visit, I would strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving and keeping documentation of any refunds you are promised. I definitely won't be going back.

I was in town and needed my nails done at the last minute, so I picked this salon because it had…read morealmost 5 stars and a ton of positive reviews. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

These aren't even square and she kept cutting the side of my toe nails and filing them back when they were too short and hurt. I've been coming. Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

I had such a great experience here! I got my manicure and pedicure here hands down best experience I've had so far. The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so friendly. My nail technicians (Sarah and sahar) took their time and paid attention to every little detail, and my nails came out exactly how I wanted. The quality is amazing, and the prices are fair. It's been about two weeks since I came in to get a pedicure done and my toes still look great! I had my service done by Sahar. She was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable all throughout the service :) She was very keen to detail, constantly asked for my feedback if the pedicure was to my liking and was very gentle. She mentioned they do not like making her customers feel like a rushed service and I agree. She did not rush on the process despite almost closing hours. Thank you Sahar! read more

We were assured that wouldn't be a problem and were told another technician would be back from lunch shortly. That person never came back, so I ended up waiting until another technician finished someone else's pedicure before she could start mine, which defeated the purpose of booking both services at the same time. During my manicure, the owner (or manager) seemed to be rushing through the service. When I politely pointed out a few issues with the shape and some imperfections, she didn't seem happy about the feedback, which made the experience uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect attention to detail, especially when getting acrylic tips, builder gel, and gel polish. To make matters worse, it's only been one week and one of my nails has already chipped. With the services I paid for, I expected my manicure to last much longer than that. Overall, I left disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this nail salon.
