Unfortunately, the customer service and payment experience completely ruined our visit. From the moment we walked in, Salem at the front desk came across as rude and unwelcoming. Then there were multiple issues with our bill. We were first told we had been undercharged, then overcharged, and we were also given the wrong ticket amount. On top of that, my mother attempted to withdraw $300 from their ATM, but the machine only dispensed $180. We were told she would receive a refund for the missing money, but she still has not received it. What bothered me most was Salem's attitude when I questioned all of the changing prices and incorrect charges. Instead of apologizing or trying to calmly explain what happened, she told me, "That's just how we work here." When I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation, she even told me that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. Then, after all of this, they called me again saying that they had undercharged me. The nail technicians deserve recognition because Kim and Diana were great, but the front desk customer service and the way the payment issues were handled were extremely disappointing. With so many billing problems in one visit, I would strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving and keeping documentation of any refunds you are promised. I definitely won't be going back.

I was in town and needed my nails done at the last minute, so I picked this salon because it had…read morealmost 5 stars and a ton of positive reviews. After my appointment, I went back and read the negative reviews, and honestly, those matched my experience much more closely. The first red flag was that I walked in to ask about pricing, then left to think about it, and one of the employees actually came out into the parking lot to convince me to come back. That immediately felt off. The second red flag was that I asked for almond-shaped acrylics, and the technician immediately started putting tips on without ever asking what length I wanted. He just assumed I wanted them short. By that point I was already committed, so I just went with it. As the service went on, I also noticed the salon wasn't as clean as I would expect. There were leftover decorations up and everything was just dirty and had stains on it, and debris around the work area, and it just didn't give me a great feeling. To be fair, the pedicure came out really nice. They opened what appeared to be a sealed pack of sanitized tools, which I appreciated, and I'm happy with how my toes turned out. The acrylic nails, though, were another story. The technician left noticeable gaps between the acrylic and my cuticles, as well as along the sides of my nails. They're also extremely thick. My boyfriend, who normally doesn't notice nails at all, actually asked if they were press-ons because they looked so bulky and fake. It's only been about a week, and because of the large gap near the cuticle, they already look like they've grown out for several weeks. I know sometimes a last-minute appointment is all you can get, and that's why I stayed. But if I could do it over again, I would have gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Glamorous! Sexy! I was referred here by friend. I walked in and was greeted by Anna, she did an amazing job. My friend got her hands done 2 weeks ago and the quality and craftsmanship of the work is superior compared to previous work I have received. The nails were aligned, even, and the paints lasted for a very long amount and kept it's color very well. I will definitely be making an appointment for a fill acrylic-gel two weeks from now. Recently, they updated and added a NEW SPA Package, which comes with a lot of great amenities, really worth it! I've seen these packages in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, they go up to hundreds of dollars, but these ladies charge less compared to other surrounding cities. The Price to the Quality of the work is WORTH IT. Description of Store: First of all, this store is very clean. I had to use the restroom, and the restroom here is very well-kept and clean, they had scented wall plugs in the restroom that kept the place smelling fresh, and smell like flowers. The floors at the salon is kept clean, the air ventilation of the salon is excellent, I felt relaxed and at easy because the store air quality was clean and not overpowered with chemicals. The Massage Chair, spa chair here is clean and very comfortable. I enjoy using the massage feature function they offer here at the spa chairs. So comfortable, especially working at an office all day when I slouch over and work on the paperwork. From the impatient "Are you ready yet?!" to the rough, less than two minute "massage" this experience was a disaster. I went in for a manicure, was treated with disdain and contempt. The woman handling my manicure had dirty nails, as in dirt UNDER her nails, and was clearly not in the mood to be at work. She did not smile, look me in the eye, or make conversation. Her utensils were not cleaned as she went and left debris on the table that I was expected to set my hands on. She was rough with the sharp instruments and massage. Afterwards when letting my nails dry she sat there ignored me, spoke to the other employees in an asian language then proceeded to ignore me when I tried pleasant small talk, by pulling out the Spanish Market advertisements and appears to be deep in thought while reading the weekly deals and yawning, all while I am still sitting there waiting for my nails to dry. At the end of this disaster of an experience she rudely said "You don't have cash?" because they do not accept tips on ATM or Credit cards. As if she deserved one!!!! Other things I observed while there were the prehistoric tubs that were carried out and plugged in to provide the pedicure experience, and ALL of the ladies with the exception of one were not welcoming or social at all. This was a HORRIBLE experience. I will not be returning ever again. I was incredibly disappointed. read more

Unreasonably pricey! The pedicures are not all that, I've been to better ones. This place will charge you even for breathing! The girls are trained to push their little pedicure menu to the max. They will charge extra to even cut down or file your toe nails. The manager Cindy wants the girls to only speak English, so whenever they slip she charges them $5!!!! Mind you, she hired them and knew they spoke little English. It's really sad when you ban people from speaking their first language!!!! And then to top it off she takes it out their pay check. Any mistake they make or any mishap she charges $5!!! And Cindy is not even discreet about it she tells them right in front of the customers, she's very unprofessional. So i have to personally greet clients by shaking their hands at work when i meet them up for an real estate sales and for open house shows. I recently visited this salon with my mom, and boyfriend unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. My mom was there for a gel manicure, and despite us arriving on time, they had her waiting for over 30 minutes -- I was already finished with my service, and they hadn't even started on hers. The service was subpar, and the staff was unprofessional. One of the employees made some sassy comments when I declined to upgrade my pedicure, which felt unnecessary and rude. However one index nail has developed a split that stops growing at a point and breaks. My clear enamel no longer did the job. But a lady at Zara, months ago, fixed it! I believe she put gel on that nail because it was shinier and higher than the others. It lasted a long time. I returned recently and requested the same thing. Did not get it. And there was a language barrier so although I did ask why they had not done the gel that I had been very clear to request when checking in, it was too late. And they seemed to sincerely believe that what they had done would fix my problem and two ladies (check-in person and the person who did the work) did their best to explain to me what had actually been done to that nail (one kept using the word "foundation"). Unfortunately not only did that nail split within only a couple of days, causing me to have to clip it, ALL the nails began losing their clear coat in layers. Layers that are peeling and catching on things like hair. I feel like they tried but either did not want to do what I asked or thought their way was better for a reason I never understood due to a language challenge. I will not return.

I feel like most other places rush you, while they fully want you to enjoy the experience. They do offer drinks, which is always a nice touch! -- I come here to get Manicures and Pedicures, and one of the few places I trust with my feet (IYKYK). Truly can't thank the ladies enough for always getting me right! -- I do get my nails designed sometimes, and they tend to help each other out to make sure you get what you want! That's what's great about them. Teamwork! -- Highly recommend.

The wax and the creams are not sterile and whatsoever and I got such a terrible reaction. I hate how they look and now they're so irritated. The worst part was that she said this is how my eyebrows are normally shaped and the huge chunk she got wasnt her fault. I told her I just wanted it cleaned up not reshaped. She basically rushed through it all and didn't listen to what I asked for.
