I called to see if they had any availability for a walk in and Hellen was able to take me in. She did an absolutely fantastic job with my gel pedicure. Getting my nails done is a treat so I don't go often and I'm constantly on my feet for work and just living life. So they get beat up quite a bit and since the service is few and far between there's alway a decent amount of work to be done on them. Hellen took her time with my service, scrubbed my feet till they were super soft, cut away my cuticles, and cleaned up the ingrown nail I had that was causing me pain. Horrible customer service! Last visit i had my nails done by Mary.. she rushed my appointment because she was behind. She left all the nail polish on my finger and her work was sloppy. You can see the strokes of the nail polish. I returned to have my nails fixed... I made an appointment for 1, Mary even called back to confirm my appointment!!!! 10 minutes before my appointment I get a call from the salon to see if I can reschedule to 4 because Mary was double booked. Let me first start off by saying, this has nothing to do with their customer service in the salon, I had no problems with that at all. Now when it comes to the sloppy/rush jobs that were done today that's another story. I went in wanting a pink color, and left with glitter INSTEAD of the pink. The first coat of pink went on nicely, and the three additional coattails going forward made the color look so spotty, uneven and sooo messy. So she said she would remove the color and start over. After seeing the mess that was created I decided glitter was best, because I figured I can just go home and fix the shape, because that part was ALSO a mess. I asked for round and I got some sort of round pointy mix.. the lengths were uneven along with every nail being a different shape. Secondly my sister got her nails done this sort of brown color.. nails were all mix match shapes AND the woman cut her cuticles so bad they were non stop bleeding. Instead of at stopping so she could wash her hands off and stop the bleeding, the girl kept going AND PUT NAIL GLUE ON THE RIPPED BLEEDING CUTICLES! Then was handed Neosporin and was told to put that on her cuticles. Safe to say we will not be returning here again, I'm sticking to mmmmm regular nail place. MY appointment with Michelle was at 2:30 along with a pedi. She said she was going to work on someone. I'm thinking it'll be quick. Instead of doing my nails, she's giving that person a FULL SET! During my appointment time. I'm so sick and tired of not being appreciated for my patronage. Because if it were anybody else they'd be served ON TIME. Although everyone there is very nice. The work I got was the worse! A total waste of my money. I went in December 21st because I wanted my hands to look cute for my birthday on 12/24 and this was the only place open near me. I got the lady that sits behind Michelle. The chair next to the wall on the second row. I know Michelle's name because I heard it a lot and then spoke to her a week later. Lady was very fast and didn't even ask what shape I wanted she just started doing them squared. She was fast but left a lot of my skin stuck to the nail on the bottom. A week later one broke. I was searching for new salon closer to my work and I called to make an appointment. Michelle was not available the same day, so they made me an appointment for the following day at 6:30. I get there on time and the three nail techs are working on other people. I went in for a powder mani/pedi. They place me at a chair and start soaking my feet. 15 minutes later, I'm still not helped and the techs look no where near finishing with their customers. I finally just left. I made a reservation so that they could schedule enough people; don't commit to a reservation if you can't keep to it. I wish they could be more honest and tell me before getting my feet wet and making me wait. Very disrespectful to make an appointment and have people waiting. This is how you lose customers. I don't normally have a lot of bad things to say, unless they are actually happening. Yes, it can be a little nerve wrecking to go somewhere besides your traditional nail salon but my nails were In dire need of help. I went into get a manicure pedicure at Nail Times. I was greeted and asked what I wanted, ok so far so good. They then asked me if I could wait 15 minutes and I thought no problem so I sat in a nearby chair. The temperature was ungodly hot. Just sitting there I was sweating. About 20 minutes later Old lady shuffled over to me and told me to sit at this nail table. I had shellac on my hands so she dumped some acetone into a bowl and asked me to dip my nails in it. I've had this done before so it didn't really spark too much angst. She then pulled out a nail drill/buffer and started to sand down the shellac. Now I'm not a fan when the technician does this because they end up over filing your base. She contributed to do it until not only the shellac was gone but so were a couple layers of my nail. She then proceeded to cut my cuticles which were normal, but every nail, she cut the side of the nail down with the clippers. Now the width of my nail is shorter on each side. Not a fan. Then she sanded my nails down further... I felt my poor nails and they were so thin by this point that I told her to stop. She then put polish on my nails, I got French shellac. She didn't check with me for the thickness so now I have this landing strip on all my bails and it looks like I have a dinky little nail bed. When she was done curing my hands, I noticed that my ends were jagged, she then filed them down more and basically, I have no length in my nails now. Just fingertip. And the polish is everywhere. I voiced my dislike for what she had just done but she didn't care, just charged my card $23.00, I tipped her 3 bucks. Why, because I have ethics, she performed a service even though it sucked. I would have given someone else $10.00. I wouldn't come back here again, or at least be serviced by the same nail tech. She could barely walk, why did I think she could do my nails... now I have to wait till my nail beds grow out enough to get them corrected. Thanks for nothing read more

I just recently planned out my nieces prom at this salon... It may not be the fanciest place ever, but they get the work done. All the ladies I have ever worked with are professional and courteous! If I could give this place less than one star I would! I had the worst experience here a few months ago with my grandmother, of course during Covid we were unable to get our nails done, so this was our first time coming out in a while, the moment I sat down the woman looked at me as if my foot was the most disgusting thing she had ever seen, she then began to give me a half ass treatment for my feet, I could hear her speaking another language, and I put on a language translator app, and what she was saying was appalling, she was making fun of mine in my grandmothers feet and talking about how ugly we were. After we were done, I was extremely dissatisfied with my nails, she had caused my cuticles to bleed and did a shitty job and painting them, the nail polish was even on my skin It was not applied appropriately. I had even asked for gel, and she completely ignored that request and gave me regular. She was aggressive on my foot squeezing it so tight I was extremely uncomfortable. When she put my foot in the foot bath, the water was freezing cold, she didn't even bother to warm it up. My grandmother than insisted that I tip them, for some reason there was three women doing two people's feet, so I left her a $10 tip which was already generous as I was extremely dissatisfied with the treatment. The woman then proceeded to go off on me saying that there is three people slaving away at our ugly feet and that my grandmother meant to give us $10 each, even though we should be giving them way more than that as a tip. The audacity to go off on me about my tip was so unprofessional, I told the lady I would not give her any more due to the fact that she was extremely rude. She then got up and proceeded to yell in a different language and talk about us to the owner and all the other nail people in the salon, the reason I know this is because she was making eye Contact with us and pointing at us constantly showing them the $10 and making a spitting sound with her mouth, as if she was spitting on us. I couldn't handle being in there anymore so I walked outside and waited outside for my grandmother to be finished, we both agreed we would never go to the salon again, which is sad because I had been going to this salon for years before that and never had a bad experience. The lady doing my feet said she had already scrubbed the bottom of my feet which I'm sure she didn't. At the end she was rushing me. She didn't paint a lot of my nails on the sides. The owner asked if she wanted me to fix it. I was being rushed and had to leave. I didn't want her to redo them and then they don't dry all the way.. Not even 48 hours later and they look shitty ! I'm a stay at home mom so I know they could not gotten this bad that fast. I've been to other nail salons where they do a regular manicure and it lasts. Accidentally came here thinking it was Natural Nails (about a block farther down Harbor) and pretty upset I didn't drive a little further because this place blows... -None of the women speak English. -There is no music or television playing, just silence. -They don't seem to have warm water -- I asked it to be a little warmer, but they don't speak English so they didn't understand.... -She was REALLY rough when cutting the cuticles/filing/buffing -- I asked her to be more gentle, but the language barrier was a big problem.... -Some guys were working on the ceiling during my pedicure and the ladies kept asking me to move seats. Finally I yelled at them "I don't want to move!" and THAT they understood. The workers then gathered around for about the last 10 minutes watching, waiting on MY pedicure to finish. I may act like a diva but seriously, I just wanted a relaxing pedicure and they shouldn't have construction going on while clientele is in the building. Went in Thursday at 4pm, it's Friday night and I noticed my thumb nail was completely missing the polish, as if it had been wiped clean!! I was so shocked especially to see the rest of the nails just peeled off as well! I am so sad to have to go get a whole new job done somewhere else in time for my Saturday event.
