DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I read the bad reviews and still came to give them a chance considering the few 5stars reviews they had. Absolutely no reason a pedicure should be 2hours!! The lady spent over 50 minutes on just cutting off all my cuticles and using her hand to block me from seeing what she's doing! Never gave me a list of pedicure options or PRICES. No massage or any type of sugar scrub that most places offer just rubbed cuticle oil on my legs LOL.... Just 1 hour of cutting cuticles and then painted them. Ridiculous!! Not relaxing or enjoyable at all just wasted hours of my time on my day off. read more

Been living near here for 7 years but usually drive to orange for my nails. I gave them a chance but I won't be back. I paid $35 for a gel pedi & $35 for gel mani. My cuticles on but my nails and toes got cut by both ladies . I never ever had to stay for 2 hrs f without getting a full set before . It was insane how long they both took forever going over my cuticles . Never ever experienced that but since they both obsessed over them I'm hurting right now . Won't be back . read more

It was such a shame! That a mother of three kids (2 toddlers) could not be bothered and she HAD TO BRING HER KIDS. Unacceptable selfish behavior. I had to leave because, it is not the children's fault, they were all dragged into the nail shop. so unreal! Naturally they were running +screaming and mind you the mother had zero control. I had to tell my super size teenager that because this woman bringing her children, and allowing her kids to run around, like wild chickens. We left! How can anyone be so selfish!? Seriously think about it! I was not going to relax, so I took my business where standards are implemented and respected. Over all atmosphere, not cozy. In it is a small with really sad looking walls. In fact the entire shopping center is a sad looking shopping center. That alone is not per say really my concern but the fact of the matter that, grown woman with children could not make arrangement to find someone to babysit the little ones. How rude! Smelling fumes is not good for toddlers! read more

I have a hard time giving bad reviews but I feel like others should be we warned First time to try this place out. The place is located in a small strip mall next to living hut. It's somewhat new and clean. I appreciate that they seem to sterilize their tools. Came for a gel mani. I got the only guy that was working there. He was nice but I wasn't a fan of his work. He wasn't thorough and kept missing things. I had to keep coaching him to really clean my cuticles and my worse pet peeve about getting a mani is keeping the paint uniform and clean throughout. Unfortunately it wasn't the case for me. I thought having a small design with 2 lines will make my nails look better but I was wrong. I showed a photo with a simple design but wasn't executed. No one informed me that there is even an extra charge before he attempted. It was not a good experience overall. I probably won't come back here read more

I have been coming here since they opened. Mainly because the location is extremely close to my house... but the nails are good quality and always last the way they are supposed to. The wait time is usually 3x as long as what they say, because they want to keep you in the door. So if they say 10 minutes, know it means 30. And if they say 20 minutes, know you should get a snack from somewhere around because you will be there for a while. I do wish they had a stamp card, or some incentive to keep coming back. read more

I never get my nails done professionally since I have a Gel Kit at home but I decided to try this place out for my 30th birthday. I am really glad I went here instead of going to another place. They are thorough here. Like OCD thorough and I love it. My technician asked for my reassurance every step of the way to make sure I was happy with my service. I also appreciate that she was friendly but didn't try to have a forced conversation. She asked if I liked my nails every step of the way and even made sure I was happy with my color selection and the shape. I deducted a star because I already have a gap between my nail and cuticle and it has only been a few days since I went in. I will need a fill by next week for sure. See picture for reference. This place just opened up, and I highly suggest you go to it! It's been a long time since i've found a good nail salon in this area and I can gladly say that I have found my new spot! The place is modern and clean. They don't have a wall to choose nail polish from, instead they have booklets and nail cards to choose from while you're sitting. The ladies are patient when you're choosing a color. Which in my opinion makes it very convenient, but also hard to make a decision lol. Prices are very reasonable. Pedicure's for $15!!! I went here with my mom and our nail technicians both took their time and were precise with their work. Mai, the manager, was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to! Don't let the few reviews scare you away from this place. Give this place a chance, you won't regret it. My mom and I truly enjoyed our experience here! Can't wait to go back. read more

I loved this place!!! Everyone was so friendly, prices are affordable, very relaxing, 10/10 experience. Mai, I believe is the manager, was the sweetest person ever! She was very talkative and welcoming. I'm visiting from San Francisco and decided to get a pedicure with my boyfriend. This was his first pedicure and he absolutely loved it. We got the deluxe pedicure spa treatment and was amazed by the service. I would make this my go to, but sadly I have to go back home. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place. They're all super sweet and very hard workers. They wont let you leave until you are satisfied. Amazing job ladies! read more

So I came back for the 2nd time to do a gel color change and I absolutely love it! I chose a different color and was recommended to do a "chromatic effect" on my ring finger. It turned out awesome! One word: meticulous I was SO impressed by this place! The music playing was soothing but not annoying, the nail technician asked questions and delivered on exactly what I asked for. She even took the time to ask about the style and color I chose and why (I wanted something different but not too different so that my manicure still matched what I wore to all of my holiday festivities regardless of what that is) and she asked in a genuine way, not in a judgmental way. The attention to detail and the care that goes in to each and every nail is superb! I didn't dislike my old nail place but there have been more than a couple times when I had to ask them to even out a nail because it was filed a bit crookedly. Also, my other nail place felt very "fake" like everyone was friendly but it was friendly because they wanted to create customer loyalty, not because they actually were friendly. LV nails felt VERY genuine. Even when the girls started chatting amongst themselves at one point the gal doing my nails stopped and explained to me what they were talking about and asked for my input. Beyond the gorgeous job they did on my nails the whole experience was a pleasant surprise. The whole place feels clean and welcoming and the people working there really impressed me. The only negative thing I would say is that they had Jerry Springer on not my thing but I know that's a personal preference. I found a new nail spot! read more

For $60 I got a gel pedicure and an acrylic manicure with gel on top. I really appreciated that they styled my nails exactly how I like. I like my nails (even though acrylic) to be pretty short because they grow so fast. Parking was pretty easy and they took debit card without charge read more

I went just last week to try a new place and now I'm hooked! Very Kind Friendly staffing! They take the time to understand you're needs and concerns! They did a wonderful job on my nails & toes! They have plenty of Gel colors to chose from & plenty regular nail polish as well. They did just open so they are not too busy so id get ahead the game and try them out! I did so you can too! This place is super nice smells good and plays relaxing music. Wide variety of gel colors too! Love the way my nails look, Mai did such an amazing job. She took her time and was very detailed with everything. I originally wanted 171 but I changed colors to 24. Mai brought both colors and painted two nails to show me the difference, which she did on her own volunteer. Appreciated that a lot bc I ended up going with my original choice! Thank you Mai for my beautiful nails! And it was only $27 for an acrylic gel fill! Most def recommend this place and Mai! LOVED IT!!! This nail salon just opened up literally 2 1 minute from my house lol All the gals there are very nice and welcoming! They take their time and don't rush you when picking a color which is awesome because there's like a million gel colors to choose from Prices are very affordable and service is great. Some of the gals don't speak much English but Mai, the manager, is always there and is willing to translate. read more

Use come here all the time to get my nails done since 2018, and this place has really taken a dump. Asked the owner serval times to cut my nails, never cut them during my manicure, burned me god knows how many times with her stupid electric filer. Didn't even file my nails straight I had to ask her to fix it and straighten up the nails. Just over all unsatisfied and to top it all off just for a dip manicure it was $45 that's more than what the charger for Acrylic which is ridiculous! Never coming back here again read more

Bad experience ever!!!!! I was a walked in customer month ago with my mom for 2 pedi because this place is close to my house so i decided to come and try. They sat me and my mom on spa chair for 15 mins waiting and started to work on my mom. Meanwhile, people was coming in and they started working on them right away. They told me those people are having appointment with them. Who cares? I came before their appointment. You take me in before them so you think you can do for me if not you can turn me away. I dont have time to sit there for an hour without anything done for me. Seem like walk-in aren't welcome here. I will never come back here anymore. P.s: I am not talking about their work on my mom. Not as good as i expected. read more

I really enjoy coming to LV Nails. It has become my go to home base nail salon. The prices are fair, the salon is very well kept and the products they use are great. Responding to the 1 Star review commenting on taking appointments before walk ins. That's how it works...appointments are priority. I hate giving this place a good review so it doesn't become even more popular because yes it can get busy and there seems to be a lot of appointment especially on the weekends which is expected. Even as a walk in which is majority of my visits they always find time for me. Other 1 Star review reacting to "wild children". I've never experienced it and it wouldn't bother me. Being a mother I know things come up and all the ladies working here are very attentive to their work, hustling and friendly. But glad they made left and made room for walk in probably waiting. read more

I was skeptical walking in. I got gel manicure and oh man she payed so much attention to detail. She went back multiple times with different tools to clean up my cuticles and make sure my gel was perfect. I've never had anyone spend that much time and attention to detail. It's been about 6 days and they looks just as amazing as they did on the first day. My two girlfriends who acrylic and pedicure and we're just as impressed. read more

This has been my go to since and I cannot say enough great things about this nail salon. The owner Alice is an absolute gem and so charismatic! She treats everyone like family. The staff is equally amazing and kind. Alice and Annie have both done my nails several times and comes out absolutely beautiful. I do recommend appointment as they get rather busy but they do take walk ins. Alice also does waxing which is top tier as well. Tip they prefer cash but will take card. I waited around 25 minutes and the place does seem to be quite busy even though it looks hidden. I got the #5 deluxe pedicure and gel. The number pedicure are the steps included. The #5 pedicure included a nail shaping, sugar scrub, callus removal, 5 minutes massage with warm towel, and application of nail polish. The total was $40 + $15 gel polish. The lady checked the water temperature for me and did ask me what drink I wanted while I was soaking my feet waiting for her to finish another client. They served water, tea, lemonade, orange juice, mimosa, and morning cider. You may need to remind them for a drink since I did noticed some clients didn't get offer or ask about it The nail technician did a great job. I didn't get her name but she had light blondish/white hair and glasses. She gave me a good scrub and 5 minutes massage. They did put on a timer during the massage so you are not getting cheated the time. I would come back again since they did a great job. They do accept card here but cash is always preferred.

I was nervous it would get puss and I would have to go to urgent care . After this I will no longer give this location my service unfortunately. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and the service here has always been hit or miss .

She even came over and asked me if I wanted to sit beside my "mommy." I was completely mortified when I had to responded that she was my sister. Regardless of whether a customer understands the language being spoken, making derogatory comments about a customer--especially while providing a personal service--is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. We are living in a time where people should be mindful that language barriers are not a safe assumption. With translation technology, apps, and even devices that can translate conversations in real time, hello! Meta glasses???!!! you simply cannot assume customers don't understand what you're saying. We were excited to find a convenient salon while visiting Anaheim, but unfortunately, the experience left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, the customer service and payment experience completely ruined our visit. From the moment we walked in, Salem at the front desk came across as rude and unwelcoming. Then there were multiple issues with our bill. We were first told we had been undercharged, then overcharged, and we were also given the wrong ticket amount. On top of that, my mother attempted to withdraw $300 from their ATM, but the machine only dispensed $180. We were told she would receive a refund for the missing money, but she still has not received it. What bothered me most was Salem's attitude when I questioned all of the changing prices and incorrect charges. Instead of apologizing or trying to calmly explain what happened, she told me, "That's just how we work here." When I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation, she even told me that if I didn't like it, I didn't have to come back. Then, after all of this, they called me again saying that they had undercharged me. The nail technicians deserve recognition because Kim and Diana were great, but the front desk customer service and the way the payment issues were handled were extremely disappointing. With so many billing problems in one visit, I would strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving and keeping documentation of any refunds you are promised. I definitely won't be going back.

Gotta love my new go-to salon. By the corner of West & Chapman, this place is so lovely, quiet & best of all the patient and dedicated staff. I got my pedicure done by Katy the first time I was here, and the second time by Cindy and both are equally great! My natural nails are thin and easily chipped when they got longer, so I decided to have acrylics. I also want them to be short enough to still function and Mai, my nail technician, gave me new strong nails and made them look so natural. I got so many compliments and no one even noticed that they're fake haha. Every few weeks I treat myself to a trip to this salon. Getting a massage on the pedicure chair and getting pampered by the friendly aunties are my favorite part of the day. Can't wait to go back!!! read more
