Came to this location today (4pm) thinking that I was gonna get good customer service. Reading the reviews I really thought they were gonna do a nice job. Nope they didn't. I walked in and they had said the wait time was 15 min so I said ok sat down and waited. Ended up waiting 45 mins! I only wanted a gel fill. The lady who was doing my nails seemed like she was in a rush because the wait literally was longer than her doing my nails. Anyways, it's 10pm and I just got out of the shower and my nails are peeling! Three of my nails are peeling and it's been hours. Such a horrible job. Amazing amazing ladies!!! First off, it's rare to go in a nail salon that doesn't smell of chemicals!! The store color/decor is relaxing and they give specials to new clients. To my discovery, they just opened here! Only a month old! I brought a guy with me and he doesn't like people to work on his feet. A few places near by. They cut so deep he kept getting infections or was hurt so much he couldn't walk. There is a lady here who heard me and she asked him to give her a chance. She did a superb job!! Not only did she get the job done, she even explain why things were cut a certain way and why the other nail technicians might think they have to do it in that way. Another thing, she spoke English well enough for him to understand. More stars for that. As for mine. She was decent. What I love about her? she was so considerate and cared about my opinion. Usually nail techs just ask once, maybe twice to see if it looks ok, then finishes. This one keep asking me (not at an annoying point of asking), I'm a little OCD, so it helps that she wants to make sure I'm satisfied with the overall look. I would definitely go back here again. Took me forever to find a good nail salon, but I'm glad I found good ppl that shows a lot care and love in their jobs. No weird competition between them and a bunch of smiles. Came here on a saturday noon and I was the only customer that they have. Probably bec. they just opened so people doesn't know this salon yet. I purchased the mani & pedi which costs only $25 and since they have a promotion of 20% off any services, they let me pay only $20. I only got the regular nail polish and it looks so good. It's not a cheap one and definitely lasts long! It didn't had any bubbles/ crack. The ladies here are also polite & they do their jobs pretty quickly and what I love about this place is they're not pushy! They don't try to sell anything from the customers. There wasn't a single customer when I walked in, which I thought was odd. The atmosphere is nice and my $25 pedicure only included a less than 2 minute massage. To get a pedicure with a 5 minute massage would have been $35, which I think is outrageous. The nail tech who did my service was very pushy about doing my manicure after I repeated several times that I only wanted a pedicure. The service menu also mentions they give complementary drinks, though I was never offered one. I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a below average pedicure at an above average price, I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Lost a faithful client. I always get the same thing. Dip nothing special. Every time I go they are nice but they always forget how much they charge me and they always add an additional $10. I confronted her the last time she got nervous spoke in their language and said it's because of my "special design" my special design was a squish line she drew on with gel come on but okay.. came again this weekend and got the SAME EXACT THING confronted her since she added yet another $10 and again she got nervous they spoke in their language and she said because of my special design! There is nothing special about it. It's the same thing I've gotten. Good work but you lost a loyal customer. If you are trying to grow your business I hope you treat your loyal customers fair. read more

I went to this nail salon to get gel manicure done with my natural long nails. The lady who was doing my nails asked if I wanted to make all my nails one size and keep a good length, I said yes. She literally cut off my long nails to super short. I was upset but didnt want to make a big scene so I said it's fine. Got my gel color, first of all the color I chose didnt match from the sample one and the lady said "ooh it will look different outside" Fine I will see how it looks outside but no difference. This shop is close to me so I came in for a mani/pedi. I am not impressed. One technician spent about 15 minutes on manicure including massage. She basically rubbed a very small amount of lotion to the top of my hand. I had to ask for more to apply myself. The pedi massage was not any better. I wasn't offered callous remover or anything other than a basic pedicure. The staff was pleasant enough and the shop was nice. But that doesn't mean you'll have an exceptional experience. read more
