I have IN-GROWN TOENAILS. For various reasons, I do not want to get them surgically fixed yet. A female friend of mine mentioned my issue to the person doing her nails (whose name is Loan), and Loan recommended I try her. So I did. This was at a different nail salon many years ago, and I have followed Loan to where ever she goes since then. She really knows what she is doing when it comes to cutting in-grown nails! I am soooo happy I found her! She does more than just nails, by the way. I drive 35 miles from Highland Park to Garden Grove so she can so skillfully alleviate my pain! I have looked hard for anyone closer to me, and have only found one many years ago in Pasadena. But that one didn't do as great and thorough a job as Loan does. read more

8/11/26 today I was greeted with warm smiles and great welcoming feeling. Everyone was so nice and friendly and shoutout to Mia. She did my eyebrows through a wax service. I also got a full set acrylic nails cats eye style. Very great quality service for the price $65 is a really good price for acrylic nails in comparison to other places. Definitely a steal!! I have been getting my eyelashes done for about 10 years with Mia. I prefer a more natural look, in which she does such a great job. I have seen many of her clients come out of her private room in a nail salon with a more dramatic look in lash extensions and they are beautiful. For the length of time I have been getting these done you would think my real lashes would be ruined... NOT! I had the worse experience ever. I walked in thinking of getting a regular manicure and pedicure, just simple. Pedicure was ok, the lady had to ask the boss every step on what to do. Looking at my nails right now, I really want to cry, the boss did such a bad job on my hand and she wanted to charge $25 for it? I only need a simple remove gel, clean and trim (no polish) but she was so rough on my nails that it hurt. Something is wrong with her eyes; my nails are all crooked and chip because of her. When I brought it up, she said that's because of my nail not her fault. While doing my nails, she was complaining on her own customer that they're 2hrs late. Suddenly that customer walk in and the boss speed through my nail to get to her customer. So, the time she spent on my nails was roughly 15min and she want to charge me a full manicure service, wth! I prefer this nail shop located on Brookhurst. There's been a change of management, the new owners are very nice. They really do a good job here. It's very quick even with no appointments. It's full salon with nails, hair and facials which you do have to make an appointment for the hair. The prices are very reasonable and you'll love the experience with the ladies there. I had to edit my original review. My sister's pedicure started smearing as they put the coat on so heavy it didn't even dry. I initially felt great about my new acrylic set but after spending some time, I found many issues. The nail shape was not consistent and the top coat was not applied evenly. I usually get two top coats, but they only gave me one. The set did not cover my entire nail and already needed a fill a week later. My left index nail just fell off and took a good chunk of my real nail with it within a week. One of the nails broke while I was using my hands normally, also within a week. Finally the rest of my nails just started to all come apart. This salon had a higher price point than other salons and it made me feel like they probably use good materials and are very skilled. Nope! I'm on vacation for 1 full day and had to take them all off so I didnt look like a mess. It was not hard to do as they were all falling off already. My sister and I each got a full set and a pedicure. I am going through a bit if a tough patch and had not gotten my nails done in months. I was so excited to gift this to myself for my birthday, but it was ruined. It didn't even last until my birthday. I have never had nails break and fall off like this, and I've been getting acrylics for quite a while. I am so disappointed and will not come back to this salon. read more

We were the only 2 customers at around 6pm. They were super thorough and gentle and the pedicure came out so clean and perfect. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Salon is clean and staff is friendly. I've been getting my pedicures done by Thao for years. She's the BEST in the industry. I can't go to anyone else because they either do a crappy job or worse, hurt me and mess up my nails. Thao is thorough and you can see her skills from years of experience. She's very skilled at manicures, but I work with my hands a lot so I'm not able to get manicures too often, but for those who do, she's does them really well. The salon is clean. They use fresh oranges in the water to soak your feet in and it smells so good. I love the sugar scrub that they use too, feels amazing. For color selection, I'm pretty simple and low maintenance, so I choose basic colors, but the salon has a lot of options for those who like to get fancy. The lady next to me doing her nails must've also worked there and they were so diligent with her nails, but I think since they had paying customers, the customers should've been the priority and not her. My nails look discolored and chunky and the tips are so uneven. I'm going to have to pay again to get them fixed at a new location because this place did such a horrible job. Such a shame because I really liked the previous owners and they were so friendly, such a disappointment to come back and leave like this. This nail studio is better than Disneyland!! They truly should be called the happiest place on earth! My GF and I were in town on vacation celebrating our anniversary. In a rush to finish everything before we left my GF didn't get a chance to get her nails done. Once we got settled at the hotel I called a few nail shops and most were kinda rude and unhelpful but from the moment this place answered the phone (sorry I don't remember her name) the service was impeccable and the overall vibe was great. I explained it was an anniversary gift to my GF and they put the owner on the phone, he said "say no more, we'll take care of her" AND THEY DID! Top shelf white glove service the entire time. She was so happy with her nails and the experience the smile never left her face the rest of our trip. She kept looking at her nails and after everything we did she'd comment about how they didn't chip or scratch or anything like that. I had such a great anniversary that I forgot to post a review.
