Walked in waited over five minutes before anybody even greeted me. They were helping a previous customer but they didn't even say hello. Thank you for coming in. Then when they finally got to me, she just said do you have an appointment not welcome how are you? What's your name and I said no and she said well then you can wait 30 minutes and I said no thank you and walked out. Unfortunately they won't be getting my business. I've been somewhat disappointed with my last 3 sets but not to the point of never returning. The quality rapidly went down and my nails were lifting and or peeling within a week. However, I really loved the girl who did my nails. We had great conversations and got to know each other on a friendly basis. After my last set that I got on Monday 7.6.26, I won't be returning ): I came in for a fill at exactly 2 weeks. All 10 of my fingers had minimal to severe lifting. Instead of clipping down the lifted parts like usual, she just glued them down and put acrylic over them. I should've stopped her there and asked for them to be clipped how she always does. I had no idea it would end like this though. I'm not even exaggerating when I say I had my first nail pop off by the next morning. Keep in mind my appointment was for 6pm the previous day. Not even a full 12 hours later and I was down a nail. I was leaving for vacation later that morning but stopped to get it fixed. They handled it without charge. Nice and I appreciate that. That same day while on vacation, my entire left hand is completely lifted. By the following morning, my entire right hand is lifted and I'm snagging my nails on everything. By the end of the day, 6 of my natural finger nails were spilt in half and bloody. I'm on an island without proper tools to remove these things and in so much pain. I wasn't being rough on my nails either. Just simply putting on my clothes and shoes when the popped and lifted. I won't be back due to the staff cutting corners to get the job done quicker. Which in turn, left me with damaged natural beds. I won't be able to get my nails done for a long time while I wait for these to grow out. $70+ is a lot to spend for my nails to not last 3 full days. Especially in this economy. I'm so sad because my nail tech was really nice but the quality and care just wasn't there. I won't be returning ): read more

Such an amazing experience! I'm bummed this place isn't closer to my house! I took my niece here to get her nails done for her Christmas gift and she loved her nails. Will not be going back here! Disrespectful staff and always trying to make you pay more. I was going back and forth with my tech on how I want my nails and she did not understand my request at all. I went back after not liking my French tip nails ten minutes later and she said this was the design I showed and the tech did such a good job this is your fault for not wanting to pay extra for a gel x. So I said I'll just do a solid nail color and she said you have to pay an extra 10$ to remove and redo when I already paid 40$ plus tip.This experience really ruined my day. Don't come here if you want to feel disrespected read more

I would give this a 0/5 if I could. One of the most disrespectful staff I have ever met. The lady doing my nails argued with me the entire time doing my nails and did not understand what I wanted done. I did not like my design after she finished so I went back in after paying and asked her to redo the design or repaint, and then the manager told me the lady worked very hard on the design and will not redo. After I asked to repaint she said I would have to pay again to remove and repaint after I already spent 40+tip for the design. I ended up leaving with the bad deign on my nails. Do not come here unless you want to deal with their disrespectful staff and bad workers. read more

I came to get a medi & pedi! I paid for the deluxe pedi (coming after a LONG day of work) and being excited for a good pedi with a 10 min massage. Instead I received a very light rub on my legs and feet. I was expecting something stronger with more effort. I come here all the time and 9/10 I like the service. Today remade me think about coming back... I also asked to see if I could get my ring finger looked at as I thought I had an ingrown nail. She said yes and then didn't relook at it. I asked for a chrome look and I definitely did not get that. Instead I feel like I got a quick job done. I didn't get all dead skin removed. While I have always received good service here & they have always been nice. My only complaint is that they over file your nails here. They use the drill to remove gel which is not the correct method (many shops will use the drill because it's faster). Even after asking them to soak off, the pedicurist insisted that she still needed to drill off the remaining gel (other shops can remove it with a buffer/file, not the drill). I have never had an issue with thin nails except after 2 pedicures here. My nails eventually began to break and split. Now, I am currently undergoing a treatment of growing out my toe nails and cannot get a pedicure for 3-6+ months due to this. She over-filed my nails so bad that they began to split down the middle causing the nail to lift from the nail bed. My podiatrist recommended I stopped coming here & advised me to go elsewhere. I am only writing this review so that the owners can take into consideration that although drilling is faster, it is not effective & will have you lose your regular customers. read more

First you're greeted by a super nice receptionist who makes the check in process so easy. I had a list of things I needed and it was all done with ease. Chrome manicure/pedicure. Both sets came out soo pretty. Getting married and this was my first visit and they did not disappoint. I had my nails done by Mia besides being so kind she did an amazing job. So happy to find La Noir Nails on Yelp! Called early this morning and they were available to take me right away. I went for a refill on my dip nails and decided on a pedicure. I had Alice on my nails she did a fantastic job and had Rose on my feet. Rose had some magical hands with her message skills. I opted for the $58.00 pedicure as it included a lot of extras and this steam looking machine that I found very intriguing and have never seen. I got a 10 minute message with the steam or mist on my legs and it felt wonderful. One of the best pedicure experiences I have ever had . The location is very clean and bright and cheery . Love that I could watch a movie while relaxing. Wonderful experience highly recommend. There prices are very reasonable. Easy parking as well. My first time here and I had an amazing experience with Susan. She's so sweet and her attention to detail was top notch. She took her time and did not rush. I love how she shaped them and it's probably the best french tip I've had in the longest. I usually get the regular gel manicure but she recommended the gel builder and I absolutely love it. Amazing shop! I am definitely not the type to get my nails done but I am so thankful I chose this place. I had my nails done at a different place and they were soooo bad. Just giant, chunky, white globs.... I came here and they told me they would fix my nails and make sure I left happy. Nancy, my nail tech was sooo amazing. She was gentle and very knowledgeable. She was the one who designed my nails and she listened to everything I wanted. All of her suggestions made the experience 10x better!! Very warm welcoming on weekday morning. I was new to check out this place and stuck with shellac. Wow there were so any colors to choose from! Cindy was patient and recommended several color options when I showed her photos of what I was thinking. Come to the design part, although it didn't match what I showed her she still tried. She was sweet and did her job well. I left with happy nails and a punch card to return. I would recommend this place and will drop in again next time I'm in the area. They have hand sanitizer right by the entrance and a digital check in screen which makes things feel organized and easy. The TVs were playing Indian music videos which adds a little personality without trying too hard. For eyebrow threading, they seat you in one of the four chairs in the main area. They do have private rooms for services like waxing, facials, and henna, but brows happen right out front. As soon as I sat down, she started the service. I would have appreciated a quick check in about how I like my brows shaped, but she was gentle, took her time, and the end result was totally fine. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights. This is the kind of place where you can get your brows done quickly, affordably, and be back in your car in ten minutes. And sometimes that is the perfect mood.

Nancy did an incredible job with the extractions and really took the time to remove a lot of my blackheads. My skin feels incredibly smooth, looks so much more even, and has such a healthy glow. I could see and feel the difference immediately. Since I was already there, I also decided to get my eyebrows waxed and my nails done, and I was happy with both services. It ended up being the perfect self-care day. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I'll definitely be coming back to keep up with my skincare. Wow! I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon. First off, everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming. I was lucky enough to have both Susan and Lynn working on me at the same time, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Lynn gave me the best pedicure I've ever had. I was honestly shocked when I looked down and saw how perfectly symmetrical my toes were, my stubborn calluses were completely gone, and the polish was flawlessly smooth with no bumps, streaks, or gaps. She paid so much attention to every little detail. As for Susan, she is the sweetest artist with such a kind personality. She took her time to make sure every detail of my Gel-X nails was perfect while still getting me out in a great amount of time. I'm extremely picky about the shape of my nails, the French tips, and the base color, and she absolutely nailed every single one. She also gave thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured or like she was trying to upsell me. For example, she politely showed me what chrome would look like so I could decide for myself, and I really appreciated that. This salon genuinely cares about the quality of their work and making their clients happy. I left extremely happy with price and everything!!! I had a really good experience getting my nails done by Lan and Kayla. They were both friendly, professional, and paid close attention to detail. My first time getting my nails done at La Noir and I had such an amazing experience! From the front desk to the nail techs in the back, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and friendly. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. My nail tech Alice is incredibly talented. Cash or Zelle are accepted.

When we walked in, the salon was completely empty and there was only one technician sitting there. I actually had a bad feeling and almost left, but we decided to give it a try. That turned out to be a mistake. I ordered the most expensive pedicure (the deluxe), so I expected good service, or at least something decent. Instead, the massage felt like the technician was just lightly touching my legs instead of actually massaging them. She also ruined the shape of my nails, leaving them rough and sharp. Even worse, she cut my skin, and now my big toe is painful to touch. I'm also concerned about whether the tools were properly disinfected. My daughter's experience was just as disappointing. She got a gel pedicure, but the technician ruined the nail shape and applied the gel poorly. The polish didn't even cover the entire nail. She was so upset that she cried the whole way home. If you're looking for a decent nail salon, I would not recommend this place. This was our first visit and definitely our last.

She responded "Rosa doesn't make me money, she's too slow". I could not believe how rude she was being. Without her techs, she would have no business. She is always rushing everyone, and you can read multiple reviews how various people felt their services were rushed. She's just greedy & money hungry. Most of the time I come in, someone's getting into it with the owner. She takes zero accountability. She also got upset and was yelling in the middle of the salon about me, which if you ask me is quite unprofessional. She was yelling at Rosa the whole time, and Rosa approached me to apologize, but I let her know its not her fault at all and how amazing she is. The owner then stormed by yelling at Rosa to tell her "tell her its your fault not mine". She also kept screaming in the salon how they close at 6, and I'm lucky, but SHE called me to move my appointment to later. She also told me I couldn't make appointments there anymore, but that doesn't offend me, I don't want my money going to her pockets.
