Birthday weekend behavior: I walked into La Noire Lashes with no appointment and pure confidence. They do have an online booking system that's easy to use, but I decided to try my luck in person and they actually fit me in. Immediate win. I forgot how much this place feels like a spa. They have new leather reclining chairs now, which are a major upgrade from the flat beds, especially since you're there for about an hour with your eyes closed. Add the classical piano music with the bird sounds and I swear I drifted off. It was that relaxing. My lash tech was genuinely sweet and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. I'm a natural lash girl, but she still asked the right questions and really cared about getting it right. No complaints at all. Linn did an amazing job on my lashes. I've had some rough experiences with lash lifts/tints in the past- burning chemical smells making my eyes water and lashes falling out because the solution was left on too long. Not only do my lashes look great, but she made the whole process comfortable. She kept giving me time updates, which was a lifesaver since sitting still with my eyes closed is basically torture. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and makes the process enjoyable! On a side note amazing mani/pedis as well. I made appointments to this lash salon La Noir a few times, on the 3rd visit after paying plenty of cash, I politely complained about my lashes being uneven in length, volume and falling out, I simply requested (natural lashes) but despite past errors, I decided to book 1 more subsequent appointment for a fill only to be BLOCKED from booking, I left 2 messages and received no return call! ****THE STATE FINED THEM FOR AN UNSANITARY INSPECTION OF THEIR FACILITY ON 9/6/25** I have the letter from the state they emailed me proving this location is disgusting and failed their inspection! 9/15/2025**** I went in yesterday, showed a photo of the hybrid lashes I wanted done. I showed her the length mapping, and she nodded her head. I got up and my eyes were burning, so l looked in the mirror and paid and left. After letting my eyes adjust with drops and constant fan air blowing in them, I see that she actually installed CLASSIC lashes, with 4 very long pieces. The length is off, the design is off and they're VERY THIN. Like a CLASSIC set of lashes would be. I've received classic, hybrid, and volume sets previously and these are classic. I texted first thing in the morning communicating my issues and asking for examples of what they consider classic, hybrid and volume. They didn't respond. So, I'm going to report it to BBC board of Cosmetology since they're a "no refund, but we'll fix it until you're happy" establishment that's ghosting unhappy customers. Three days later I developed an eye irritation and never have at any lash extension facility prior. The owner called me trying to lure me back saying the same girl can try again and she should have communicated why she put classic on instead of saying one thing and charging me differently. She also texted me saying she would give me my money back and then edited the text but I took a screenshot of it already. The dirty facility alone plus the bad customer service should be reason to run! read more

My favorite place to get lashes done! It took me a while to find this but I'm glad I did. I used to try Groupon deals since I wanted decent prices but it was just okay and the experience I had was meh! This place meets my expectations. You can book an appointment online via their system or just give them a call. Parking is plenty in the plaza. It's next to several restaurants. Check in is quick and easy on the iPad. I usually get whoever to do my lashes and all times have been great!! Prices are great too! It is affordable! For a new set, natural lashes are $90 and hybrid lashes are $100. I stick to these two styles. If you pay cash, you'll get a discount. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back soon!! read more

I got the opportunity to visit their second location in Cyprus. From the moment you walk in the front door, you greeted kindly under a ceiling of crystal chandelier. The feel you get is that you are at a upscale spa. The gentleman who greeted logged me into thier system, then gave me Bottled water to drink and make sure that I was comfortable while waiting for my lash technician. This place came highly recommended from my good friend Gloria Nguyen. As I was lead back to my room by my lash technician, the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Jason, told me to have a nice nap. While walking I noticed how clean the places is. I was greeted with soft music playing, and a fragrance was in the air that was both soothing and calming. My lash technician showed me the room and told me what I needed to do next. We discussed the design I wanted for my lash extension and she showed me some examples to choose from. She was very gentle while working with me, and with the soft, spa-like music playing and the aromatic fragrance wafting on the air, I was so relaxed that I nodded off a few times. When she was done she had me look into the mirror and review her handiwork to make sure that I was happy with it, which I was. Joyce did a very good job. She worked quietly as to not break the spell of the spa-like environment that surrounded us. I plan to go back and this time I'll know a little better on what to request now that I have been there and seen what they have to offer. I would definitely give it an A+. read more
