I got my lash extensions here for such a good price! Since there was a promo and I paid in cash, it ended up being super cheap and I was honestly expecting to pay more. I really liked how she understood exactly what I wanted which were brown lashes, C curl, and not too full, wispy set and she matched my expectations. It took about an hour, and I booked in the morning so I could nap while she worked on my lashes. The only downside was my shoulder felt a bit cramped from the pillow positioning, but other than that the results were great for the price. The retention is also amazing, it's been a week and I haven't noticed any lashes falling out. Also they got to my message right away, so they're quick to book and flexible. The techs are great and do a great job, but their management is awful. The guy on the phone is quite rude and argumentative. I had done a full set on 8/7 and today is 9/8. I asked to schedule for a fill. The guy on the phone said I have to do a full set not a fill since it's passed 28 days. I told him that that's the first time someone has said that to me, normally they would say okay and do their thing then charge me $50 to max $80 depending on what the condition was. But I was fine with paying for a new set. Then after I book the appt, he asks if they have to remove any lashes? I told him that like I originally said, I wanted to get a fill so of course I still have lashes from the last time that I did lashes at their place. He kept arguing with me. I quicky realized that they just wanted to charge me an extra $20 to remove lashes. So a natural set would be $100 and volume set would be $110 not including tip.. and it's just 3 days after the "28 days". This is such a scam. I normally tip really well as well and have been having lashes done for over 10yrs, no issues. I can tell that the owners here are about the money and that's how they get you- by being technical. Not everything is black and white. He said that I needed to read and the prices were cheap already. I was thinking in my head that this bro is ridiculous to even talk like that. This would've been my 2nd time coming here, but I cancelled. I don't like the way they do business and definitely didn't like the way the guy on the phone was talking to me. I asked for his name also, and he said no, "you don't need to know my name". Lol. Like others mentioned, yeah the guy on the phone is quite rude. I was excited to try this lash place since it's so close to my home, and I've been getting lash extensions for a long time. The initial result looked beautiful and I loved how my lashes came out. Unfortunately, the retention was disappointing. The first day I came home after I got my pashes done, it stared falling out(more than 2 of them) I got my lashes done just 3~4 days ago, and I've already lost more than 20~30%. Normally, I'm very good at maintaining my extensions and they last much longer for me, so this was surprising. Overall, I really liked how my lashes looked right after the appointment, but the retention was not what I expected. read more

Everytime I get my lashes done here, they come out lovely. Everyone is nice and they ask what style you want and charge based off of that. They take Apple Pay, card and cash. But with cash there is a little discount so keep that in mind. I always accidentally fall asleep when they do my lashes cause they're so gentle. I've been coming here since 2018 when they were still in Cypress. I've been to other lash places and nothing ever came close to the price, quality, and service here. They probably have the best price in the area and I'm always satisfied with my lashes every visit. They have an online appointment system now which makes it so convenient. I can check which technician is available to get same day appointment if I need to. I usually request whoever available so I probably have tried all the technicians and they all have been great. Cindi has been there the longest and she's wonderful. Angelena is more new and she's wonderful as well. Both are very gentle and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They ask questions before and after each session, and take time to make sure you are happy with the result. They do wonderful work and my lashes can last for a long time. They play soothing music that always put me to sleep so coming here is kind of therapeutic. You come in, relax, take a short nap, and wake up with beautiful lashes lol. They seemed to have a lot of availability since I was able to schedule an appointment the same day twice ($120 for a full set) The place was small and they didn't play any soothing music. I checked in on a PAPER TOWEL... where they took my name and number... Downside was the very next day I noticed a lot of the lashes falling off that I had to request for them to fix them which they did. I don't know if I'll spend $60+ for a touch up only after ONE week. That's how much they charge for a two week touch up and it looks like I've had them for about 2-3 because they've fallen out so much :/ Also their sign on a Yelp pic had a price sale around $85 but I don't think they have that anymore. After reading a lot of the reviews. I felt it was important to make few points. If you are going to get your lashes done. Whether you are new or like myself already know the drill (7 years in getting eyelash extensions) 1) be realistic! Show them a picture of what you want! The style that we picture in our minds is NOT the same as the technician is going to interpret. Showing a picture will at least give an idea of what you expect. It will never look the same! Remember we have different shape eyes, lashes. 2) the review with the Vietnamese girl saying "they talk about clients" lThat's NOT @ ALL the case! Or fair to state! I can understand some of the language as well. I can state that if anything they are communicating just as they do in English. If the technician understands better in Vietnamese of course let the Manager translate what the client expectations are. I'm not bias just making a fair judgment. I'm just a regular customer. Have been approximately 3 years. I have experienced over 5 other places. All have good & bad. In my experience this place has been the longest relationship because of the work ethic. The flexibility to schedule an appointment. How late they work with you. Without charging you a deposit on appointments like most places do. The Manager Bao is amazingly quick to respond & set you with an appointment. 3) Allergic/Infection can happen to anyone! The same has happened to me with & without lashes. It can be different things like my contacts, or being around incense. The eye doctor can prescribe you the eye drops to kill the infection. That's with or without insurance! It's your responsibility to pay for your own allergies. All bodies are different! Please keep that in mind be fair! Not just go on here & say all the "negative" when they have been good to you. 4) All technicians here are licensed & do a great job! Of course like in anything else we will always find our favorite people to work with that understand us:) KIM is amazingly awesome! She genuinely cares takes pride in her work! I got my lashes done three days ago. Originally i had made an appointment on yelp and i had clearly asked if the salon carried 3-D volume fan lashes. They said they did but when i came to the salon they didn't. Their idea of volume lashes was just classic ones but attaching more than one extension is attached to the lash. That was disappointing. I got length 15 for a more dramatic look, the lash artist tried to talk me into 14 but i know i don't like the natural look. On the positive side the lash artist, Nhi, worked on one eye and then asked me if i liked it first before she started the second eye. Which is a plus to ask for my feedback first. And she was fairly fast. She didn't make any conversation with me. In the first 24 hours i only noticed three lashes that fell out. By the third day i would say in totally 5-7 lashes have fallen out. Over all I'm satisfied with the quality at the price they offered, $85. read more

So every lash technician does lashes a little bit differently.. which is why I try not to compare the work to stuff I've gotten done in the past. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Vietnamese owned and a lot of ppl I knew said good things about it... That being said, I will never return to this location again. 1. The lashes they use are extremely cheap and plastic looking. I'm actually pretty certain it's the same lashes you get buying straight off Amazon for a few bucks. 2. Cindy was my lash technician and I thought she did a great job. She was honestly trying so hard. She is the only reason I'm not giving this review 1 star. I don't know if she's still new??? She was very shaky and I kept reassuring her because I didn't want her to be nervous. Overall, her technique isn't bad. Both eyes are even. She didn't tug/pull on my eyes, etc etc. BUT... 3. My #1 disappointment is that my lashes on the very CORNER of my eye are literally glued to my bottom eyelashes.... I'm afraid to rip them off. Lol. (Picture is attached). 4. Yes, they are Vietnamese. And yes, they are talking smack about you. I listened to them complain about a white lady's sister and how she's difficult to deal with. They didn't say anything about me, but I'm sure once I left they probably did. 5. Also, I don't know if this is just me but any other place I've been to around the same price point gives you a disposable brush to brush your lashes every day, and they explain to you how to care for your lashes. This place just told me "Don't get them wet for 24hrs"... ok. 6. I'm on day 2 of my lash extensions and I have already started noticing a few of them falling out. I'm used to that, but only when you put heavy fan lashes on. The individual ones usually stay.... so I'm a little disappointed. In conclusion: I paid $130 for a look that looks like someone's auntie did it in the garage of our house for free. Not worth the money. read more
