Lash Lift. So I will start with the appointment process. I messaged them here on Yelp. I got a very quick response with answers to all my questions quickly. My appointment was scheduled for two days later. The salon is very clean and they even offered me a drink. I arrived a bit early and the person before me was finishing up. My appointment started promptly at the scheduled time. There was music and it was relaxing. I almost fell asleep. It has only been a couple of days, but my lashes look great. I used water based mascara today because I had an event but I am happy that I feel good enough not to use it daily. Just the most delicate touch and exceptional care by Jenny. Words can't describe how relaxed I was during the application of a full set. No tugging, to pinching, just the most delicate touches on my eyelids. I woke up to perfect fluffy soft and fascinating pair of volume lashes! Unfortunately, I didn't want the dramatic effect of volume lashes! Ugh. It was just too much for me (at my age) for something that drastic and sensational. I asked if I could have it redone and Jenny offered to remove and reapply the classic look. No hassles, no arguments, she just wanted her clients to be happy. I went home and tried my best to use oil and facial creams/ lotions to help speed the removal process. The glue absolutely works!! Lashes we're still hanging on tight! It took an hour for her to remove the lashes and another 2 hours to apply the classic set. I'm a absolute fan of Jenny and Hannah's Lashes! I went in thinking that Jenny knew what I wanted, my mistake. "Volume" means different things and I was not aware. Pro tip: Always go in with a picture, a visual so the professionals like Jenny will know what you expect. I'm returning and I'm recommending everyone to visit Jenny at Hannah's lashes.
