I've been going to Kori for a few years now. I like my lashes very full and thick and I love the way she does my lashes. It last pretty long and if there are any issues with it or if some lashes fall off within a couple days of getting them done, Kori is quick to help me fix them and she is very flexible with time too! I always book my fills a couple weeks in advance. Make sure you clean your lashes often and clean your lashes before your appointment for longer retention. I've seen her work and she does so many different styles and they all look soo good. I highly recommend going to Kori for your lashes! You won't be disappointed! I would give 100 stars if possible! I have been seeing Kori for over two years, and will probably continue seeing her till the day she retires. Been getting my eyelashes done for about a year. My eyelash lady Helen went out of town on what she said was an emergency. She did my lashes before she left. She said she would be back in a month. During that time there was zero communication. As the month approached I texted over and over with zero communication. My eyelashes really needed a fill and I was starting to feel uncomfortable with all the spaces from the fallen out eyelashes. I finally broke down and called the studio and spoke to the owner who had no clue what was going on with Helen. She said she could do my lashes but they would be double the price. I was shocked that she would not try to cater to Helen's customers do to Helen being MIA. To make a long story short Helen returned according to my daughter. Yes Helen texted my daughter but never me. She set an appointment for me through my daughter really weird and Unprofessional! When I finally texted Helen for myself she let me know that the price had changed drastically because it was over 4 weeks and the owner wants her to charge more. Wowww so you stay gone for a month in a half and you want your customers to pay for your quick vacation as if it's our fault! This place is money hungry they will make sure your lashes don't last longer than three weeks! If you maintain them good it doesn't matter after 3 weeks it's a new set price! Don't waste your money or time with people who care more about the money than their customers! My daughter and I will not support businesses like this and neither should you if you value customer service, your money and time! read more
