Long overdue review for Phoenix, the wonderful woman that has been taking care of my lashes for several months now. I refuse to go to anyone else besides her! I used to wear lash strips, but after getting my lashes done for the first time I was hooked; no more dealing with tweezers and glue and not matching the strip to my lash line on the first try. Booking with Phoenix, it is apparent that she is an expert at her craft and totally cares about her clients. Not only do my eyelashes always come out looking perfectly the way I want them, but Phoenix is lightning quick and so gentle. I can easily fall asleep on her table but I'm done with an appointment in an hour tops while I've had others take 1.5-2 hours for the same lash style. What stands out the most to me about Phoenix is not that she is excellent at her job, but also shows that she cares about the condition of my natural lashes. While as a paying customer I can request for a certain look, I love and truly appreciate that she'll be honest with me about if my lashes can't support the style, etc. but then she'll also compromise and suggest different options to achieve the look in a safer way. She is also very accommodating if I want to change up the style a bit, even suggesting a different curl, thickness, length, etc. Please excuse the non-makeup face and dry skin in the photo but my lash extensions from Phoenix are SUCH a glow-up from my super short and stick-straight natural lashes. I never wear eye makeup anymore unless I have an event since I'm so pleased with how they look on their own.
