Warning: Retention of their lashes is not good. On June 27th I had a full set of lashes put on by Jenni. On the morning of the 28th, I washed my face, and this was the first time getting my lashes wet. I had extensive lash loss starting. By June 30th, 3/4 of the lashes were off on the right side, left side was holding up okay (photo attached). I reached out to Lashere to notify them and Chrissy asked me to come in for a lash fix on July 3rd. On the 3rd when I came in, my lashes were pretty much fully off and Chrissy acknowledged this and apologized. After having my lashes fully redone, they are staying on better than the first time, but I am still having lash loss a lot more than normal. The right side has a pretty large chunk missing and it's very visible. The left side also has a chunk missing but I can at least cover it up by brushing the lashes for a while. I've been getting lash extensions done for several years now, and I am very aware of how to care for them. The price point at Lashere is much higher than competitors. However, this totally wouldn't be an issue if they lasted two-three weeks, as lash extensions should. I was so disappointed because I specifically got my lashes done for a vacation. A few days into my trip, my eyelashes looked crazy. The ladies were both super nice but I won't be returning because the lashes don't last. read more

Found this business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I don't like to leave less than great reviews and Chrissy, the lash tech, was so sweet! She was gentle and tried to be accommodating. But, I feel people should be aware of what they are getting for the price they are paying. I paid about $100 for a full set. I told the lash tech I had not had lashes in years and asked for a very natural look. I have hooded eyelids. The lash tech applied premade lash fans. She applied tons of them, one on top of the other. This is going to offend some people, but, that's cool if you like the cheap lash look. That's not what I was going for at all and I don't feel that's what anyone who says they want "a natural look" is prepared for. Also when one falls out, you lose tons of lashes because it's a fan. The next issue was the curl of the lash. I believe a D or DD was applied. I am not a regular lash user so I've spoken to different people and got different opinions and that was the consensus. Applying this type of lash to hooded eyes results in the lash curling up into the eyelid. Annoying and doesn't look good. It's not the right choice for hooded eyes. I went to another salon and had the lashes removed. I had new lashes applied and they used a C curl which looked much better on me. This was costly and time consuming. Not looking for a reply from Lashere, just giving some honest feedback for other customers. read more

Awful service. One of the worst lash experiences I've ever had -- I was there for three hours, and I genuinely hope they've improved since then. This happened a year ago, so it might not be entirely relevant now, but I wanted to share how the owner handled it in hopes no one else becomes a victim of false advertising, gaslighting, burning, poking, being coughed on, or wasted time. Long story short: it was my first and last visit, right before New Year's Eve. The appointment started off promising -- the owner carefully sketched out my lash map and seemed very detail-oriented, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her work. Then she handed me off to my lash tech, showing her the reference photos I'd chosen (which were posted on their own Instagram page). That's when everything went wrong. As soon as I laid down, the tech started coughing -- a lot. I'm pretty sure she was sick, but she kept insisting she was just "thirsty" or had "allergies." She wasn't wearing gloves or a mask, and several times she didn't even turn away while coughing. It was incredibly uncomfortable. She kept hyping me up, saying, "You're going to love it!" -- which, fine, I appreciated the enthusiasm -- but when I finally opened my eyes, it looked nothing like the reference photo. I wanted full, wispy anime-style lashes, but they were sparse and uneven. I asked her to adjust them three separate times before requesting the owner's help. When the owner came in, I calmly explained that I felt the lashes didn't look right and that I felt like I looked crazy. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it herself, she said, "You don't look crazy," which felt incredibly invalidating and dismissive. Rather than taking over, she let the same tech -- who had already been poking my eyes and working carelessly -- continue the corrections. The tech kept overapplying lashes, then using remover to fix mistakes, which burned like hell. After three painful hours, I gave up. I had a flight to catch and couldn't sit there any longer. What really frustrated me was hearing the owner in the next room taking in two new clients, both sounding happy with their results. If she was capable of quality work, why not prioritize fixing mine when it clearly went wrong? When we spoke afterward, the first thing she said was, "You don't have to pay for today's session" -- as if that wasn't already obvious. She then suggested that next time, I book with her directly. Which would've been nice... two hours earlier. I understand she had other clients, but if you can't train your staff to perform the services you advertise -- and then try to paint yourself as the "good guy" when they fail -- that's dishonest. I still tipped the poor, sick tech because it wasn't her fault. She clearly wasn't properly trained or allowed to stay home when unwell. But it's sad that this salon seems to rely more on sponsored ads and paid promotion than genuine skill or care. So if it keeps popping up on your feed, just know -- that visibility is likely paid for, not earned. read more

Tell me why I have been try to get supplies for a week and it's the hardest thing to do recently at this store. The first instance I came, the door was locked, so I called and was able to get a hold of someone to be let in, to only find out, that why were out of stock. The second time I came by a week later, the door is locked, I called, and no one answers the phone but the lights are on. Today, I called to see if someone would be there this time and no one picks up. I really liked coming here for the convince of buying lash supplies at a store but my recent experience has me annoyed to the point where I'm just going to pick up from somewhere else. I've been in a different field of the beauty industry for quite some time and was looking for a change. Lash extensions has always been my interest but never thought too much about it. I was getting a bit burnt out and decided to make a change. I decided to look into Lash Extensions and did a lot of research on top quality training. There are so many Training out there, with big names, but none of them really caught my attention. Somehow I stumbled upon LASHERE and Chrissy's snatchy wispy sets on Instagram. For some reason, I felt really confident knowing that LASHERE will give me the quality training and education that I need based on what they shared on Instagram. I decided to take a leap of faith and enrolled in Beginner/Wispy Volume and Mega Wispy Volume course. Keep in mind, I never read the reviews before enrolling because that's how confident I was with Chrissy and LASHERE. I flew from Portland, Oregon to Orange County to train with Chrissy. I had no experience in lashing at all prior to taking the course. The training was very thorough, detailed, organized, and full of information. Instruction manual and kit was superior quality. It was an all new learning experience for me and Chrissy was very patient and kind throughout the whole time. I struggle with ADHD and knew that 1:1 in person training was the best option for me. The whole time I was engaged and Chrissy helped me with all of my struggles. I struggled with fanning, positioning tweezers, lash mapping, but Chrissy was there to help guide me the whole entire time. I used to think that how could one learn all of this over just 3 days, but I definitely did. I went from zero experience zero confidence on day 1 but left with 100% confidence and all the knowledge I needed to start a lash business. Traveled from Hawaii to train with Chrissy! Let me start this off by saying 20/10 !!! I would recommend training with Chrissy if you ever get the chance! From the moment I made contact with Chrissy at the beginning of November 2021 she has always been so responsive and answered any questions I had. Although my training wasn't until the end of February 2022 she never made me feel like I was just a "transaction". I have followed Chrissy and Lashere since I first started lashing. The way she and the Lashere team lash and lash map was always GOALS! So the fact that I actually got to sit and learn, and just absorb all the knowledge they had to offer was a dream. I've been going to Chrissy since 2018 (took a break in 2020 due to covid) and she never disappoints. Not only is she a perfectionist but also the kindest and most genuine soul. I always look forward to our lash therapy sessions. I'm so happy to see her business expand and thrive, but that also means a crazy schedule for her. Recently, I've been going to Lex and my lash addiction is back in full gear. She's so gentle that I'm able to fall asleep. I'm never afraid to ask for changes or something different because she really listens to what I want. I came in not having any previous experience in lash extensions but the quality of the training had me leaving with the confidence I needed to start my business. Overpriced for the results I got. My lashes looked amazing and the techs there do a really good job, but in my experience the customer service wasn't that great. After I got my original set done a couple of lashes fell off when I got in my car but I ignored it. When I got home, I noticed that a few more lashes have fallen off. I didn't wash my lashes for 48 hours to make sure the glue is fully set. But a lot of my lashes came off when I first washed them (I used their shampoo). More fell off each day after each wash. In less than a week more than half of my lashes fell off. I called in for a complimentary fix (my fix was 4 days after my original appt) and my lashes looked full again (the set looked great). Another tech did my fix and said the tech that originally did my lashes probably used glue that went bad. She also said if anything happens again I can call in so she can fix them for me. I waited a day for my lashes to dry and more lashes came off when I washed them. I still had about half of the lashes from my original set and they came off during my wash, but the new lashes that I got from my fix didn't. Half of my lashes were gone again and I called in for another fix because they looked sparse. I explained what happened. Receptionist said he needed to ask his manager (he didn't sound understanding after my explanation) before giving me another fix and said they can only give out 1 complimentary fix and that my appt (my fix) was a week and a half ago so technically I would be getting a fill and that lashes start to fall off after 2-3 weeks. I've had extensions before so I'm familiar with it, I know lashes gradually fall off since you shed your natural lashes but so many lashes fell off after a wash in a very short amount of time (literally just the extensions, I didn't see any natural lashes attached). I had to explain again why I needed a fix again and why I even had to get one in the first place. I still had about half of my original set that I got with the tech that used bad glue. The lashes I got from my fix weren't falling off, it was the lashes from my original set. I just wanted to get what I paid for. I didn't pay for an alarming amount extensions coming off after each wash. Even though I explained twice I still don't think the receptionist understood my issue. I got a second complimentary fix anyways and the tech (got the same tech that did my fix) was very nice about it and did a great job. Considering that this establishment is suppose to be luxury and that their sets cost a hefty price, you should be getting an experience that reflects the price. I'm not a fan of their management and customer service (techs are amazing, I have to emphasize because nothing is wrong with them). I didn't bother to go back and get a fill when I needed one because that experience drove me away. 3 stars because the techs are great (would've been 1 star if they weren't) read more

Got my lashes done by Marcy. I really want to give her better star but the work done is really disappointed. Anyway, couple of fan came off right after I got home. It looks like she didn't portion out all the fan evenly. Some area are a bit too heavy and some still have a few missing spot. The photo I took is right after the appointment. The photo of those false lashes are just a few. There's more than that has been fallen off. I paid $150 for it and I just want to remove it already. :( Btw, I paid for wispy volume, and this is just straight up classic volume It was yesterday at 1:30. The appointment is under Thao. If the refill or remove are done by Marcy, I would not want to do it, no offense thou. She's sweet but I'm not comfortable to have it done by her. I took Chrissy's classic and wispy class with Chrissy and Pam. My overall experience was great. I will say this is a very fast paced class. Most of the class is spent practicing with the trainers and by day 2 you're working on a live model. You have to come into the class with a good mindset.. we all start somewhere and, of course, you're not going to come out of this class lashing like these lash techs that have been doing it for YEARS. You have to take the time outside of this course to perfect your craft. This class is to show you technique (amongst other industry standards) and the rest is up to you. That's the beautiful thing about any form of artistry.. you make things your own. Chrissy was so sweet and patient with myself and the other students. Pam was amazing!! She too was very patient and always corrected me when something I was doing looked off.. whether it was the way I was gripping my tweezers or the way I was fanning volume lashes. I appreciated those comments and tips so much. Now when I fan, I always think of Pam telling me to lift one finger at a time lol. I left the class feeling good. I can't say that I left the class being able to get a volume set down in 2 hours but like I said, you need to invest the time in yourself to be able to get to that place in your lashing career. One thing that I really appreciated about the class was knowing that Chrissy offers lifetime mentorship from her and her team. If you plan on making lashing your career, you always need mentorship to evolve as a lash artist and grow your business. Thank you Chrissy and Pam for being everything and more. Update: I see the company posted photos from my appointment. I'll attach photos of how they look like today, 24 hours after. I have lost at least 20+ fans, and still have bald patches. I have had eyelash extensions for over a year and have NEVER had an issues like this. I showed the photos that the company posted to family while comparing to what my lashes look like in real life and they were laughing, saying they aren't the same, with the photos looking edited. This is seriously such a joke. Don't waste your money like I did, I would never recommend this place. Really wanted to love this place but there was a complete disconnect... my appointment was for a wispy medium volume full set, the lash artist Lex removed my previous lashes, I told her I wanted the same length that was right below my eyebrows and a doll eye style, I also showed her an inspiration photo from their Yelp for that same appointment style that I will attach below. When I opened my eyes I was so upset that I just wanted to leave, I had a super short cat eye style, with no wispy look, with no variation to the lash lengths. I should have stuck up for myself and said something but there was absolutely no way that what I got could even be transformed into what I asked for. I figured no one would notice and I could just suck it up for two weeks and then go else where.... Well my boyfriend and friends noticed flat out saying how awful they looked and how it is nothing like the style I have worn for the past year (which is what I asked for). Every time I do a brush through my lashes, 3-4 fans fall out, and not even 24 hours after the appointment I have empty spots where there should be lashes but aren't. The application of the fans at the base of my real lash looks awful when it should be seamless. I paid $179, $149 for the Full Set, $10 for the previous removal, and $20 tip. If you're shelling out money like this, you should be getting quality work, especially something that looks like the picture you asked for, I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Let me begin by mentioning how much I adore Lashere. I've always wanted long, volume lashes and decided to try lash extensions. I have gotten my medium, wispy volume lash extensions three times here by both Marcy and Lexi, and they are incredible. I always leave my sessions feeling extremely satisfied with the level of quality and intricacy they deliver. Every worker I have encountered here has been welcoming, genuine, and quick to guide/assist with the lash process/maintenance. They are in a convenient plaza with plenty of parking. The inside of the building is elegant and spotless, not to mention Pam and John's warm presence right as you enter before moving into individual sections. The Lash artists are courteous, attentive, and detail-oriented during each session. I was hesitant at first because of my experience at a different lash studio, but both Marcy and Lexi exceeded my expectations, and now I can't get enough! My lash retention is on point and lasts about three weeks until I book my next appointment. If you're looking for a lash studio that offers high-quality services at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. I make the trip from Azusa, and it's well worth it.
