Tip: when taking pics on a film camera, prioritize snaps outdoors. If you have to take indoors, highly recommended to use flash. If wanna capture legible text, make sure the font is large. . Note: Fujifilm develops your film, but you can't visit them directly (they don't have their own local retailers because the modern tech switch to digital media has obsoleted film photography), so you have to visit outsourcers like Walgreens. 12/24/25: Visited here to submit my disposable camera for film development. Staff will send my item out to Fujifilm. Thank you Hayley & Yelp Elite for the Yelpies award and the fun disposable camera! + Walgreens was my best option to submit the film. CVS was my other option. We have been coming to this neighborhood Walgreens for over 20 years. Everyone is polite, the pharmacy is excellent and we see many of the same faces at the pharmacy- all are very helpful. As for the rest of the store, the people who have assisted us have been kind, quality products as one would expect, and the supply is good- never out of what we need. I realized I haven't written a review, so here it is. I had a great experience with the photo department, in particular, Paul, who processed our order of poster-sized enlargements (same-day service I was surprised to discover was offered here) and he was very helpful and fast. Thank you, Paul! The young man who rang up our order was very kind. I am shocked at the bad reviews for this store on yelp. I find them out-of-character for the store, many with poor grammar, that sound like they were written by people who are probably always mad about something. This is a nice store, a great location, and deserves WAY more stars than it has received. read more

An, Pharmacy Manager, was wonderful and helped me get prepared for my volunteering opportunity in another country. I needed several vaccines and they saved me money since it's out of pocket. For the employees at the front store needs to be re-train. Their customer service was horrid. Overall horrible, horrible store. The people who works the front register they were so rude to people. There's no compassionate or sympathy at all. I know working at retail is whatever or could take a toll on you sometimes, but it's a pharmacy store, so people comes here whenever they're sick or needs something or don't know anything so they might need help so it's basically the first line of health too. Walgreen, seriously, RE-TRAIN your staffs or check who you are hiring because this is not okay. How would you like it if you're sick and they treat you so harshly with such disregard? It's not okay. Based on the reviews I read, there was one employee that was pointed out, and it was her. She was vile. It seems she doesn't like her job at all. Last week on Friday, January 16th at 4:30pm I came to pick up a my FedEx package from Zara, the cashier person that helped me was a male, named Zack asked for my ID so I showed him from my IPhone but he won't accept it, I was very disappointed in his rudeness so I went to my car to get my physical ID. Another employee (a lady) stepped in to assist caused the fat guy helped someone else so I gave her my ID and got my package and left. Comes this Tuesday, 1/20 at 6:15pm I had a another FedEx package to pickup from Zara again, this time I bought in my ID and handed to the same fat A&&hole from last Friday, he when to get my package came back and asked me for my name, I told him that I gave you my ID, his response was, I didn't ask for it?? I gave him my name and he said that it looks different on the package?? I said why don't you look at my ID since my name is on it and see if it matches instead of arguing with me and then wanted me to show him my FedEx tracking number to see if it matches, I was looking thru my phones but couldn't down load the information not sure if it was the WiFi lagging or whatever it was I couldn't get it to load up. I left because I have no patience to deal with this A&&hole. I provided ID and my full names and he wanted to see my FedEx tracking notification. A great customer service is when you help that customer to provide services to get them their package and be on their way, not challenging me with my names just because he can't read. He's a horrible employee, he's a FAT phock and the worst employee of 2026 I have ever had to deal with. This is a discrimination and harassment. this was the worst experience ever at any walgreens pharmacy in my entire life. i called in at 3:17 to check on my prescription refill. my doctor prescribed me 3 different medications for the next 3 month duration. before i got here the pharmacist insisted i check the walgreens rxsense website for coupons because my total is high. very grateful for that. when i get here a little before 6pm they helped me find the right coupons for the right dosages. they quoted me $150 for 3 months supply and told me to wait. when they called my name to checkout my total came out to be 80 something dollars. i then noticed that i am missing one of my medications due to them not having enough in stock. my question is when were they going to tell me that they dont have that in stock and i should come back tomorrow ... basically if i didnt ask then i wouldnt have known. i then suggested that it's fine i need to take the 3 medications together so instead change all of my medications to a 1 month supply. when they finally called me up another 20 minutes later they quoted my total to be $78. how does that make sense? 3 month supply is $150 compared to 1 month supply now $78. whatever the case may be i just wanted them to take the time to explain to me whats happening. instead the man says to his coworker that i keep changing my mind and maybe i should come back another day because i am holding up his line. mind you i been waiting here for over an hour at this point and whoever was waiting in line has not been here longer than me. at most 10-15 minutes. most embarrassing and inappropriate experience a walgreens worker has put me through. read more

i had knee replacement surgery and simultaneously had testicular failure exacerbating my pain in my knee. my orthopedic surgeon wrote for a 10 day script. of a stronger pain med at another pharmacy. finally got a script for depo-testosterone. i asked to speak to this female asian pharmacist , never got her name, to explain the side effects of this new med...all she was concerned about was the prescripyo i got at another pharmacy, then went on to give me potentially fatal instructions on how to take my testosterone. telling me to inject the whole bottle then throw it away and come backe every two weeks for another bottle. the bottle contained 1ml of d-testosterone, the sig said take .5ml every two weeks!!! so she wanted to double dose me..... this is why i donot recommend walgreens. seems like it,s always sopmething. read more

This particular location is out of control busy in the pharmacy! If you want to drive up and pick up your prescription, be prepared to wait! Once you are finally served, don't expect anything but the minimal service. Everyone seems so busy that they don't have time for you. This has been my experience EVERY time. Thankfully, I no longer patronize this Walgreens. The actual retail part of the store where you walk in is stocked mainly with Walgreen brand products. It's a great place to stop on the way to somewhere else. Logistically, it's a challenge to get in and out of this location. I go to other Walgreens locations and have no problems. I feel awful writing such a negative review. However, Walgreens is a chain, and they keep what makes money. I'm sure this location is successful in that regard. read more

It's been a good three years since I moved and here I am in the drive thru pharmacy lane... and it will now be 40 minutes it took to get to the window. I have always had trouble at this pharmacy and have always had to wait for an insane amount of time at the drive thru (sometimes as long as 45 minutes). There is one male employee that has been there forever and he is very nice and works very hard all the time. Last time I went there was a young girl working who needs more training. She made eye contact and then ignored me for about ten minutes. When she finally came to window she was very rude, in fact, I called customer service number because - yes - she was that bad Anyway long story short, I was able to transfer HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of my parent's prescriptions to OPTUMrx and it has CHANGED MY LIFE. With all of my extra free time not spent in the drive thru I am taking an art class and learning a new language! Goodbye Walgreens. read more

WARNING! Transphobe town! My sisters boyfriend came into pick up testosterone and workers were extremely transphobic! We had planned and were told to come back a few hours later, and when we came back we were told that they need to pay $200 for testosterone rather than the $27 that was said on GoodRx. The worker who was helping us was glaring at us and giving us very disgusted look, and all-together was VERY passive aggressive with his comments. My husband and I were just passing through Fountain Valley and needed toothpaste (on our way to Anaheim). Made the mistake of stopping here. Walgreen's is neutral territory to me; Rite Aid is better in my opinion, but this was closer. We got some toothpaste and got to our hotel. I used the toothpaste twice before we noticed that someone had RESEALED the box by hand with TAPE. If you're not familiar with how Tom's packages their toothpaste, they only seal their outer box; the tube itself is never sealed (common in natural toothpastes), meaning that this toothpaste's seal was broken and RETAPED BY HAND and was put back on their shelf and we bought it. Not only is this disgusting, but it's obviously a violation of packaging regulations (in any city in CA). Completely irresponsible. I called to let them know, and all they said was 'oh yeah sorry.....can't getcher money back unless you come back here." We live 70 miles away...no way, obviously. I'm not dead, so I assume it's not poisoned. Still had to toss $6 and replace it at a more responsible chain. Don't go here. read more

This review is for the pharmacy and their staff. Ahn and the other pharmacist working today were incredibly helpful with my script. I was able to get through after a couple rings on the phone and they put in a lot of effort trying to get my insurance to cover my medication. When that didn't work, they helped me find a coupon card for it which brought the cost down significantly. There was a bit of a wait when I went to pick up but that's because the pharmacist was helping two patients ahead of me with patience and warmth - how community pharmacies should feel! I am very disappointed. I was discharged from the ER and they didn't give me my medication, no explanation at all. The woman who opened the pharmacy on Sunday September 18 at 10:07am was the absolute worst. She just didn't want to work or do her job without realizing that we are patients that need their medicine. Like I said I had just left the ER. She said my medicine was sent to two pharmacies. She didn't say where they were sent but if she had them there why not give them to me? Out of all the stuff I had to pick up I just took my antibiotics. I had to fight her for them because I need them. She is completely insane if she thinks others will leave without their medication this is a safety issue that can harm someone's health. It is unacceptable, she needs to be removed immediately. Some of us will go back to the ER because of her. Terrible employee and person. Shame on you. I forgot to mention that she said my medicine was at CVS and I trusted her. I said I'd go there to pick it up. So I ended up chasing my medicine only to find out this terrible woman closed out my prescription completely. So if I want to pick it up I would have to go back to the emergency room and be seen again. Do not drop off prescription here... is my only advice. By the way her name is Mimi and I just spoke to her. She is the rudest person ever she began to argue with me after I expressed my distress, as to not getting anywhere with this situation. Mimi was more worried about playing the blame game and said it was my fault for not choosing just one pharmacy? I went to an ER and they sent it there. I hate this so much, I will make sure they never send my medicine here again because I won't get it anyway and Mimi will blame the customer and argue with you. Mimi, you're a jerk. If this was the last pharmacy on Earth, and they had the one pill that would keep me alive, I would rather die than to go back to this pharmacy. Or the likely scenario is passing away from the insanely long hold times. I spent a little over 30 minutes on hold, just to be disconnected. Called back again, only to be constantly picked up and put back on hold. Thanks for tossing me around and treating me like a human being. Then, when I am finally blessed with an actual human being "helping" me, they have the audacity to have an attitude with me. Like I am the one inconveniening them! Why do I have to ask them to help me? I don't want to wait another 30 minutes on the phone to call back and go through that circus again. Horrible lack of inner communication between staff members, constant excuses, and reasons as to why things are not getting done. Stay away. I have NEVER had good experience here ... and haven't gone in quite a while. Getting COVID, I thought, "how bad could it be to get a COVID test here". I was fooled. They said test results in 1 - 2 days I had a 9:45 appointment. I arrived at 9:35 - early as they asked. I sat in the drive through lane for almost 30 minutes. To make matters much worse - it has been over two days since the test and no results. When I call the store, Walgreens say "sorry, we don't do the test, we send it out." I get a phone number. It is LabCorp. They say that my test hasn't been processed .. it might take up to four days. WHY did I ever think Walgreens would get it right? NEVER again. Wow, if I could leave 0 stars for this pharmacy, I would. Had a prescription needed to be filled early in the week and they had to reorder the one I was prescribed. I asked to be texted once ready. Waited a week and got nothing, so I called in to see if the prescription was ready. I explained my situation and the pharm tech or whoever that guy was like, "How do I know your prescription when I don't know who you are. What's your name and birthdate?" Really? So rude.. And he recalled that my prescription was actually ready that same day and he had called, but said I didn't pick up. SOOOO why did you not leave a voicemail or message OR send Walgreens automated text messages that says it's ready? Would 0 star if I could. Apparently, they do not accept GoodRx for controlled substances (in this case, testosterone). My boyfriend and I came here to pick up his prescription after Planned Parenthood said the prescription would be ready in an hour, and when we arrived at the Walgreens at the scheduled time they told him to come back in 2-3 hours. Lo and behold, when the time comes they tell him they don't accept GoodRx for T and that if he wants it he needs to shell out $200 (his GoodRx price was $27). The worker serving us was also giving him a beady-eyed dead fish stare, gawking at him like he was some circus attraction, and was passive aggressive to boot!
