Called Jessie crying two minutes after my botched full set with (IG HANDLE: lashes.viv) and Jessie removed them the very next day and offered to fix it. Me and my bestie made an appt for Mother's Day for a scalp massage and it was so relaxing. While getting the scalp massage, the chair was also massaging the body from arms to legs as well. Fair prices! Was able to book an appt pretty last minute. Lylyan was my eyelash tech and tbh I was a bit hesitant to get my lashes done when I met her mostly because of the language barrier. Anywho, I showed her a couple of pics from the royal lashes page and asked for a natural look and she said "ok". I asked some specific questions about the length of lashes and maybe she misunderstood me, because she also responded with "ok." I asked again and eventually she said it was a "Rainbow look" with 11mm lashes. Just to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want i also showed pics of lashes I definitely did not like (volume, cat eye, dramatic..) and she said "ok". Anywho... she was short with the responses and I didn't mind much because all that mattered to me was that she gave me exactly what I wanted! In the end she said my lashes was a combination of 9-11mm extensions. Overall very happy with my first time here. Would definitely come back. Hopefully they don't fall out too quickly . Do NOT go to this place. They do not care about the health of your lashes. Tam did my lashes the first time. It was the most painful lash experience I've ever had. My eyes kept watering and I was crying at one point but she kept taking the brush and wiping off the tears by going under the lashes which irritated my eyes even more. She NEVER asked me what style or design I wanted. It was such a painful and bizarre experience. For the next 10 days my lashes kept shedding after I brush it. Tangles and stickies were everywhere and the clumps that fell out had up to 3 natural lashes stuck to one clump. I finally had a day off and messaged them that I just wanted to remove the lashes because I was in so much pain. The owner of the place texted and then called me back telling me to come back and she will fix it until I'm satisfied and even free of charge if I wasn't satisfied. I kept refusing and just wanted a removal. I never asked for a refund and was willing to pay for the removal. The owner kept insisting and I stupidly agreed. This time I was prepared. I took screenshots of pictures of lashes from their own Yelp and specifically asked for them to check for any stickies at the end. So they got started.... There was another tech who did the removal and when she started on the removal, the owner tried to stop her and that tech had to verbally tell the owner how bad the set was and she has to remove it. The removal was the best part. Then the owner came and did the set. I showed her the picture I wanted and said I wanted cat eye hybrid with thin lashes. She kind of made a noise and then started. The experience was not painful this time and I was relieved. I looked at the end result and it was a wet set doll eye.... I was so mad but just kept my mouth shut because I knew I was never coming back. As long as there's no stickies I'll just take it. The owner then proceeded to charge me for a 3 week fill even though I came back in 10 days in pain. (Ps I had to wait 10 days because of work, otherwise I would have come back much sooner). I was confused and when I asked her, she said it's because I booked for a 3 week fill. I booked for a 3 week fill online originally because that's how long I wait for a fill, but I clearly had text and phone conversations with her about me coming in early for a removal due to the pain! As I was walking out the owner kept saying she will only fix anything for 3 days after that date. She then kept insinuating that it's my fault for waiting 3 weeks as if that somehow caused the pain. And I didn't wait 3 weeks... it was 10 days. 4 days later a sticky started hurting me and I texted her to fix the sticky for me. She said I had to pay for a fill because it's past 3 days. I calmly explained to her that I am NOT asking for a fill but just a fix. Stickies sometimes do not start hurting until days later as the natural lashes grow out. She still insisted on payment. I have never been to a place that charges for their bad service. In the end I just went to another lash tech and paid for the removal because I did not want to argue. Please do NOT go to this place. They do not care for your lashes and their negligence will somehow be turned into your fault as they take your money. read more
