Bella was the one who did my pedicure, she was really welcoming and lovely. She is meticulous with her work, and always checks up on me. The service itself is great, which makes this review disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the reason for my 2-star rating is the manager, Anna. I have never met anyone who talks as much as she does. Every single visit, we are subjected to hours of nonstop, loud conversations. Most appointments last 2-3 hours, and somehow the talking never stops for even a few minutes. Sometimes customers simply want to relax, enjoy a quiet moment, or even just sit peacefully while getting their nails done. That seems impossible when there is a constant stream of loud commentary in the background. What's even more concerning is that she occasionally scolds employees in front of customers and frequently shares personal stories and gossip that customers never asked to hear. The salon should feel calm and welcoming, not like being trapped in someone else's never-ending conversation. To be clear, this review is not directed at the nail technicians or the quality of their work. They are the reason we keep coming back. In fact, if Anna's nonstop talking were not part of the experience, I would happily leave a 5-star review. I sincerely hope the owner takes this feedback into consideration. Customers come to a nail salon to relax, recharge, and enjoy some peace. Please allow that experience to exist. Say what needs to be said, then let the guests enjoy their appointments. Since the sheer chrome laid out on my base didn't feature the colors I asked for! Which, was rebutted with a "that's too much" on a design I ASKED FOR) Yes you asked if it was good, yes I left you a fat tip, on a wack ass design that you couldn't even do the colors I asked for. I would love to see a detailed receipt cost after this review because I still can't justify what has been done. My nails aren't even the same length as my other hand. Not even a full new gel x set. Just a fill and I'm getting charged a full set plus design with colors i didnt get? Which I specified what colors but home girl didn't feel like doing cause it was "too much". You're a nail salon. If I offer 3 different designs, and you choose one that is available to you and you can't even honor it? But want to charge me full price after messing up the original design?
