He works with what you got, so whatever your eyebrows are he will make the best of them. for whatever reason his service is not as painful as when i get them done else where. now the one star off is because you never really know when you can get your brows done, you can't book an appointment, and even check in online just gives you an estimate of when your opening is. if you live locally then it may not be a big deal but if you are driving from the opposite side of OC it can be a bit annoying since you not only have the drive time but the wait time as you can't miss your window or he moves on the next client. read more

Tried to come here on a Sunday at 11. Walked in and wasn't sure where to go, princes suite is right inside the door but the door was closed and there's people lined up in the hallways. The business, the building it's in, and the website all have different names so it's kind of hard to navigate. From the website, it looks like you can't make an appt, only walk in. I had a really good experience with my eyebrow service here -- the technician was very kind, and my brows turned out great. The only reason I'm leaving three stars instead of five is because I later found out that my service was being shown on TikTok Live without anyone letting me know beforehand. I genuinely enjoyed the service itself, but I would have appreciated a quick heads-up or consent request before being filmed. I hope the salon considers notifying clients in the future, because everything else about the visit was wonderful. This could cost someone their lives or their jobs. Just leaving a review after feeling very disappointed. My eyebrows are supper thin and not the greatest to work with. Haven't found a business that can do a great job. After looking around online for businesses/TikTok I stumbled upon this place and thought it would be great to try it out. Looked up the place and walked in. Upon arrival the door was locked with a sign outside the door saying please call business if door is locked. Which I did no answer because the owner comes up and opens the door. seemed upset, which is fine I brushed it off. After that I stood there waiting my turn. Once again this was my first time going and not knowing what to expect. I should have called, but online it just had a question "can i make an appointment?" Not specifying you need to make an appointment. Because I was just standing there looked confused he looks at me and asked do you have an appointment and I said no I don't it's my first time here. which he replied you need an appointment but seemed annoyed and then said he was booked and he can try to fit me in if someone shows up late but it can be hours before he can fit me in IF he can fit me in today. He proceeded to say I need to schedule on instagram. Which is understandable looked up his page and After seeing his instagram I realized his popularity in OC and understood his attitude. I wasn't upset that I needed an appointment. I understand and I would have left understanding, but the demeanor was not great and proceeded to talk to the client that was there about how busy he is and you need to have an appointment. After that I just decided to leave felt super uncomfortable and judged. He mostly likely is an amazing technician a-lot of people like him on TikTok which made me want to go, but it seems like only to his regular clients he is super friendly not sure if it's a fit to new clients. This guy is across from my lash lady. I was always curious what the heck was so great about him, since he has a never ending line of customers!! I used to joke that it's a DMV office or where people get their welfare checks, the amount of people coming and going is astounding!!! When I was younger I used to religiously get my brows done, but as I got older, the growth and hair amount is much less. I got tired of trying new brow artists in Socal because they didn't listen to my requests, so I plucked them myself.
