When another esthetician even pointed it out, Maryam dismissed it and kept insisting it "wasn't my turn," which made no sense given I had signed in before everyone she took ahead of me. After waiting and being ignored repeatedly, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. There are plenty of other brow places that actually respect their clients' time and treat them with basic courtesy.

I immediately saw an older lady wearing glasses which sadly is a red flag because their vision isn't as great and of course that is who I got. She did an awesome job on my upper lip and I liked that she even trimmed my eyebrows but she did miss quite a bit on the eyebrows. I don't know that I'd go back. The lady was nice, she tried having a conversation with me but I was pretty nervous, it being my first time here and working on my eyebrows . I'll keep looking around until I find my five star.
