I tried getting acne treatment here since 2021 and I have been feeling extremely satisfied with these nice staffs. Every time I came, my face looked very dry and sensitive :) but when I left from there, I felt completely comfortable because all my acnes were removed :). They prepared w many amazing equipment to be able to remove acnes as soft as possible..:))) the space is very clean, the air is very relaxing w soft music and super friendly every single time when I came. The price is reasonable with the quality of service. The staffs and owner have a dedicated heart w their job so their comments are super helpful for my skin care step. This review is for brows tattoo. I had it done recently after so many friends and family members' recommendations. I don't have high pain tolerance like them so I was really skeptical at first. Uyen was super patient. She worked with me on the look I wanted. She suggested something natural that would go with my brow bones structure. I actually wanted something different. Instead of rushing me or pushing me to get what she thinks is better, she actually took her time and try to understand what I'm looking for. I wanted something wider and thicker to offset my round face. Uyen went over a few photos that I brought and drew up the brows I asked for. Short numbing session and an hour later, done!!! Best brows of my life. Left photo is my natural brows shaded and darken by me every morning. I asked for a straighter and more uplift-looking set. Uyen did an amazing job. Amy does the best facials! I have been going to her every month for the past year. She always customizes the facial to my skin's needs that day. This means every time, the products, routine, and devices used are slightly different. I started going to her when my skin broke out with acne from too many products, stress and poor diet. My skin has now greatly healed, although I still have the occasional hormonal acne flare up. Ruby KM charges a very low price for a high quality, 1.5 hour facial. I got my full classic eyelash extentions done at Eyes N Brows place in Westminster two weeks ago and I love it. I was thinking to go back there and get my lashes fill to make it looks fuller but the place is closed on Sunday. As I was browsing on Yelp looking for eyelash extentions place that is close by my home and open on Sunday. Then I made a few calls at some places but no luck. About 10 to 15 mins I continue searching until I have found this hot and new business in Garden Grove that Yelp recommended. This place open until 6pm which is nice. The owner, Uyen picked up the phone after two rings I was super excited that someone answer my call. I asked her if she has an open appointment available for me to come in today to get my lashes fill. Also, I asked her for the price and the lashes style that I want. She politely said yes we have what you are looking for and the price is pretty reasonable compared to other beauty center that I used to go to. She told me that she can do it at 4:30pm since she is booked with clients. I said yes please take me in. I was happy just to get a spot! Most place I know you have to make an appointment in advance. As I got there, I was greeted by Uyen and she was very friendly and kind. The place is clean, bright, quiet, and cozy. This place do not just do lashes but they have other services such as facial, waxing, semi permanemt make up, add on, and hair wash. How cool is that to have a one stop shop?! Such a convenient to their customers. As I was getting my fill in, I told Uyen I would like to have the same classic lashes with long C - curl. She was very professional and easy to work with. She listen attentively and gave options as well. She want to make sure her client feel comfortable and satisfied with her service. I trusted her and I freely let her do my lashes. She didn't disappoint me at all but she make feel beautiful with my new lashes. She went above and beyond my expectation and I love love my new lashes. They are so soft, feel natural, and beautiful. This is my first time writing a review for a facial massage. Because doing facial here is the best thing ever. If you are someone who spends money on a facial massage for a REAL massage, this is the place! I have been to many other spas and never felt satisfied because they only focused on putting different products on my skin and walked out of the room for 1/4 of the session after putting a mask on me. I mean... why would I need to go to a spa just to have someone clean my skin, massage for 5 to 10 mins and put skincare products on ? That's something I can easily do at home. I just had the best facial of my life! I booked an appointment with Uyen and she was able to squeeze me in the next day. I got the pumpkin and orange enzyme facial. Uyen is not about time limits when it comes to her services. She does what is needed as I didn't expect to be pampered for so long. Never did I lie on the table with a mask while she left the room. If I had a mask on, she was massaging my head and/or shoulders. The facial even ended with a hair wash and blow dry. I left with a bunch of advice on how to keep my skin healthy.
