Loan is super sweet and professional. Her studio is located in the Phenix Salon suites in a plaza with plenty of parking. The main entrance is locked- so just keep that in mind if you show up late/early! I have pretty sensitive eyes and really bad allergies that will often make my eyes irritated and watery so I don't do lash extensions very often. I've had my extensions on for a week now and they still look good, but I'll definitely need a fill by week 2! I went to get a full set of hybrid lashes that I earned through a giveaway and let me tell you!! I was soooo in love with them! Loan was so sweet and gentle! She made sure she answered any and every question I had and did not mind explaining the difference in lash sizes and styles. She only wants what's best for clients and I love that! She played some nice calling background music and I was able to doze off for a bit as well. She checked on me periodically through out the session. I ended up having an allergic reaction to the adhesive (I knew this was a possibility for me and was transparent with her) I reached out to her and she checked on me DAILY! She offered for me to come back and her remove my lashes for me as long as she was able to see and check on me but with my busy work schedule I was not able to make it but I ended up being able to remove them at home myself!
