1 Star -- Really disappointing after 3+ years as a loyal customer…read more I honestly never thought I would be writing a review like this because I had been coming here for over three years. Unfortunately, one experience with the front desk completely changed how I feel about this place. About two weeks ago, I had another doctor's appointment that unexpectedly ran much longer than I anticipated. Because of that, I was told I shouldn't lie flat on my back for a few hours afterward. I called about four hours before my appointment because all I was asking for was to move my appointment to later that day or another day. I wasn't trying to cancel--I simply needed to reschedule. What really frustrated me was that the front desk employee told me there was no issue and that I could reschedule online. Instead, she went ahead and canceled my appointment, which was not what I asked for, and I was then charged a cancellation fee. I even contacted my bank, and they confirmed the charge had been manually entered. At that point, it wasn't even about the fee anymore. It was the way the entire situation was handled. After being a loyal customer for more than three years, I expected a little understanding and basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I was being judged for something that was completely out of my control. I want to be fair because most of the people here have always been nice to me, but unfortunately, this interaction left such a bad impression that I no longer feel comfortable continuing to come here. Three-plus years of loyalty shouldn't feel meaningless over one situation that could have been handled so much differently. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, and I respect that. But there is a big difference between enforcing a policy and making a long-time customer feel like they don't matter. I really wish this had been handled differently because I genuinely enjoyed coming here before this experience. It's unfortunate that one interaction at the front desk was enough to make me reconsider being a customer after all these years.

I called asking for a walk-in appointment (thankful they took me in) and asked for manga style lashes. They didn't know what it was (most popular lash style these days) but I just decided to try anyways since it was local. So I walk in, pick my lash style, and lay down on the bed. First of all, they don't wear any standard clothes, the lash tech was wearing see-through loungewear. The places I go to usually wear scrubs or something clean. I lay down on the bed, no casual conversation, just seemed like she wanted to finish quickly. The lady proceeds to put the eye mask to tape down my lower lashes, but she did it too close to my eye and now I've had an irritated right eye for 2 days. The worst part of this was hygiene. Even while wearing a mask, her bad breath was seeping through it. If you're gonna be that close to someone's face for a period of time, you have to have good breath. But no, this lady was breathing out her hot stinky breath onto my face and I got pink eye. Maybe I should've told her to brush her teeth or chew gum but I didn't want to be rude. Another mention, the lady was actively burping in my face, and for her loud burps she would move her body a little but still burped extremely inappropriately. I felt like a fish out of water trying to breath every time she moved away. I heard some cutting sounds and tugging at my natural lashes, and couldn't help but fear that she was cutting my natural lashes. I asked her, "what is that cutting sound" but she denied and said if needed, she only cuts one or two lashes. I heard the cutting sound at least 7 times. All being said, I will never come back here. Hygiene and service are both terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here unless you want to get pink irritated eyes and lashes that don't last. It's been two days and they're already falling apart.

This was a total brow nightmare. Please DO NOT believe her faulty instagram account. All these "beautiful photos" you see are photoshop and the videos have filters on them. It truly doesn't reflect her honest work. I've cried an entire day and had a complete depressive episode. How could someone ruin a person's face without feeling any remorse? She's an unqualified PMU artist. They should hang her license! Now, I have to spend more money trying to remove the tattoo. I'm thinking about filing for a lawsuit for this injustice. read more

Kayla recently microbladed my eyebrows and they came out amazing! I rarely ever go bold with my makeup, which she completely understood and gave me a very natural full look. She's one of those unprofessional individual who just takes the clients money. I thoroughly went through the photos example of my desire brow. She didn't take any of my opinion into account, then proceed to ruin my brows. It went from having decent brows to ginormous blocks on my face. But no, this lady was breathing out her hot stinky breath onto my face and I got pink eye. Maybe I should've told her to brush her teeth or chew gum but I didn't want to be rude. Another mention, the lady was actively burping in my face, and for her loud burps she would move her body a little but still burped extremely inappropriately. I felt like a fish out of water trying to breath every time she moved away. I heard some cutting sounds and tugging at my natural lashes, and couldn't help but fear that she was cutting my natural lashes. I asked her, "what is that cutting sound" but she denied and said if needed, she only cuts one or two lashes. I heard the cutting sound at least 7 times. All being said, I will never come back here. Hygiene and service are both terrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here unless you want to get pink irritated eyes and lashes that don't last. It's been two days and they're already falling apart.
