I'm not one to typically leave a review, but I couldn't help it after meeting Natalia--she's absolutely amazing! She's so welcoming and friendly and won't make you feel bad for asking a million questions. She tells you exactly what she's doing every step of the way so you won't run into any unwanted surprises with your brows. I was a little nervous walking into the appointment since this was my first time getting a professional wax, but she made sure to make me feel comfortable the whole time and frequently checked to make sure I was okay. As for my brows, I've never seen them so clean and nicely shaped. I usually get my brows threaded but it was never quite right ...
