Unfortunately, within one week, both my brows and lips appeared as though no procedure had been performed at all. I have since shared photos with multiple permanent makeup artists, all of whom expressed surprise at the lack of visible results. I do not believe I should be required to spend additional money to have another artist correct work that did not produce the agreed-upon outcome. These guys are very fast and efficient. They are usually packed on Friday and weekends, but the line moves fast. Eyebrow threading is only $10. They also do facials and eyebrow tinting services. I believe after 9 or 10 services, you get a free threading. They will send you a text message to let you know. Make sure you come to redeem quickly, as there is a short expiration period for the free service. You can check in on the kiosk as usual and redeem it there.
