My 1st time going here was on 8/4/25. When you walk in, it smells soo good and look clean. My lash tech Lien, was very friendly. I explained to her my preference on the look & length. She definitely understood the assignment because my lashes were fabulous. I partied and went swimming in Vegas. Unfortunately I had medical issues and could not go back for a fill. But I have to tell yall I had a drs appt on 9/3/25 (a month later) The nurse says to me, I know you're in pain but your lashes look good She did not believe I got them done a month ago. I've seen both Lisa & Lien and recommend both. Lien can execute faster, but both are good lash techs. Lisa's work is thorough but I do think she uses too much glue. After 2 years their prices are still affordable. They haven't raised prices for lashes since 2021. You can now book directly on their website. If you pay cash you'll get a discount. I wanted to get my lashes done for the first time and Sarah was the best! Before the appointment, we had a consultation about what kind of style I wanted to do. Sarah is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She also noticed how closely I wear my glasses on my nose so she accounted for that before applying my lashes. 90 minutes later, I woke up with the best lashes I had ever seen!! Lien is amazing! It was my first time doing eyebrows... I will say anyone doing their eyebrows for the first time should just trust the process. I definitely freaked out right after because my "new" eyebrows were so dark and thick! Oh my gosh... I thought they were going to stay like that even though Lien told me they would mellow out...anyone doing this for the first time please know your brows will be swollen from the micro blading process so you new brows will appear thicker than they will end up. I put off posting this post for a while as I didn't want to put my old lash technician on blast. I've been going to this person for 3+ years every 2-3 weeks without any breaks. At first I went because I loved her work but then her quality dropped. I still stayed because it was cheap. Not only did her work quality drop but so did their lash extension quality. Over time I just got fed up on several things such as overlapping appointments due to overbooking,HUGE chunks lashes not even fanned out being stuck to MULTIPLE of my lashes, loud phone calls during my appointment,and her eating for 10+ minutes and coming back smelling like food to finish my lashes. My biggest problem was the lash clumping as this started making my lashes bald fast and I would be blamed when I came back with little to no natural lashes. I've tried telling her right after she did my lashes that I couldn't even brush it out because they were so clumped together and glue was stuck to the ends of the lashes. During my final appointment there she got so much glue everywhere that part of my left eye was red for 5 days. I had to go to a very important wedding which was devastating. Even through all that I stayed. My final straw was the day that NONE OF THEM told the customers that we couldn't park in the last row of the lot because of gardeners. So when I came out of my appointment my car was scratched up and had branches all over it. I asked my lash lady to give me the land lords number to which she kept telling me that she didn't know but all of the sudden she knew when I got upset. I started going to a new lash place and now my lashes don't fall out anymore and I dont have any issues that I listed here! read more

I went in for a volume cat eye one eye was left more full than the other and seems messy as if they were just placed at random doesn't look like a uniformed cat eye compared to other times I have been, I was already there for quite some time so i told the lash tech is was fine it didn't brother me too much but the same night it felt uncomfortable there seems to be big glue clumps that rub against my bottom eyelid when I close my eye and then I come to realize that the eye lashes are not all isolated and glued to my eyelid which is causing discomfort not what I expected to get for the price read more

Prices are affordable and the quality of service is top-notch! Lien is very accomodating to all of my needs. She customizes the lash style to whatever I want and is honest if she doesn't think it would look good with my eyes. Sometimes I just tell her to do whatever she thinks should look good, and I've never been disappointed with the results! I got a refill done about 2 weeks ago and it still looks great! Prior to that, I had my lashes for over 3 weeks and I was still getting compliments because they were still pretty full! I would say her lashes last about a solid 3 weeks (for me at least). They are now a must-have for me for vacations and other special occasions like bachelorette parties. First time getting eyelash extensions and it was amazing! It took an hour and a half but I also got my eyebrows done.
