I'm never paying cheap for luxury services again. I decided to check this place out because all of the reviews on Yelp seem nice, and plus it's really close by. However, they totally messed up my lashes. Throughout the service I noticed my lash tech was multitasking and busy. So she left half way and was texting people while my eyes were closed. I didn't get a lash bath or proper sanitation done. Still, they turned out looking good for those first couple of hours. I actually really loved how they looked. The very same night they did my lashes, I woke up around 1am feeling like I had a contact lens stuck. I had a massive red spot on the whites of my eyes. It's a chemical burn or a subconjunctival hemorrhage. Literally looked so scary and the next day my eyes had discharge and were so dry. I communicated this with their team and everything seemed cordial at first. They offered removal and full refund. They had me come in at 7pm, and waited until they finished with another client while I was in the lobby waiting on my phone. We started around 7:15pm. Another lash tech did my removal WITH NO LASH BATH. This other lash tech basically tried to gaslight me. She said it was completely normal for this to happen. She also said it was probably due to me "touching my eyes" so the redness was normal. And then she also said it could be that my lashes are straight and that's why it itched. I've gotten lashes before. I've done volume, natural, hybrid, etc. Never a problem. Be so for real.. my eyes were watering and twitching like crazy. The other lash tech let me know that she "has a bunch of friends who are nurses and this is normal." Ok well, guess what? I'm literally in nursing school. I even went to the ER earlier that day and I was prescribed lubricant eyedrops. You caused me a chemical burn with your cheap glue and lack of sanitation! They kept pulsating so much she had to hold down my eyelids with the gel remover. At the end, she couldn't even get half of the lashes off and USED A MAKEUP WIPE. After peeling off the pads, she goes to literally pluck my natural lashes out. At the end of the removal I had to go into the bathroom and wash off my eyes. Massive flakes of hard glue still on my lashes that they pulled and cut out. I got my refund, but now my eyes are still messed up and half of my lashes are gone. Pay cheap and expect cheap service and them to gaslight you! read more

Today marks a week since I got eyelash extensions for the first time. Being that I'm new to this service I asked for a very classic/ wispy look. I inquired about services via Yelp and was responded too quickly. On the day of my appointment I noticed the parking lot has several businesses and is a little full but was able to find parking fairly quickly. The salon itself is very clean and modern. Upon check in I was asked to fill out a quick questionnaire and was then taken back to start. It's an open space and the beds are right behind the check in desk.
