I've been to several other places and they've all said my lashes are too thin, too little, and too short. So every time I walked out, the lashes would be very separated and split. Either that, or they would fall hours after getting them done. Also, every technician would press their hand down on my forehead and put discomforting pressure on it. My lashes would also burn and get heavy (because I'd want a dramatic set). However, with Daniel's technique (whom he also teaches to his staffs/students), I didn't even feel the lashes get put on me! Nor did I have to deal with a hand in my face or smell/stinging from the glue. On top of that, my lashes has never looked so natural, fluffy, and full! I finally found my gem. His prices are very reasonable too. He works with celebrities and gives the same high quality service, but at an affordable price. So called to see if I could get a same day appointment, but they were already booked. They tried to schedule me for the next day, but do to my job and my 2 kids it was hard for me to take it I told the person that I had to wait for my husband to get off from work so he could watch the kids. Do to that I would just had to call them back. I told them if anybody called to cancelled to call me back. Well that same day in the evening, I get a text, from Longmi Lashes, telling me they can get me in the latest at 5:30pm on Tuesday. That work perfect for me, I took that appointment. (It felt good how they worked around their schedule to accommodate me, as their 1st time customer.) Well today I showed up for my appointment! There was Daniel waiting for me, he showed me around the office and how they work on private rooms for the comfort of their customers, which I liked. The facility is spotless and beautiful. They have done lashes for so many celebrities, they have the pictures on the wall. Daniel, was so professional explaining everything. He made me feel welcome, comfortable, from the moment I step in to their business. After that...... Daniel started doing my lashes......... we right away stablish a nice conversation, that it felt we knew each other for years. I didn't even felt the time. He made sure I loved my lashes before I left. He said, "If your happy, I am happy". I was so impressed how Daniel provided me with excellent customer services from start to finish! Lately though, I've decided that I just need a lash lift with tint and so she sent me over to her coworker Mia who did an excellent job. They are so cute, subtle and flirty. I've had a lash lift done once before this and the results were horrendous as they were curled too tightly and they went straight up and so it looked awkward from the side. Making an appointment with her is super simple. I called at 9AM to set one, and she was able to see me 11AM same day. As soon as I got there, she came out to greet me and asked me what I wanted. Since my eyes are more almond shaped, I wanted shorter lashes that'll get increasingly longer towards my outer lids, like a winged eyeliner. She gave me a volume cat eye, and I was so in love with it. The whole process from the moment I stepped in to when I checked out took exactly an hour and a half. What I'm definitely more particular about too is my eye shape. As an Asian monolid girlie, I always found it hard to find lash techs who can mold their style to my eye shape. It's always either too dramatic or too natural and not worth it. I went into a rabbit hole of lash tech searching on Instagram and then when I stumbled onto Hellen's page, it was an instant connection! I know that sounds bizarre or dramatic, but I'm a firm believer that every girl has a lash tech/hairdresser/mail tech etc. that is best suited for them and I found my person. I loved her aesthetic and her work! When I looked into her work, I was so impressed. It was so clean, full, and she had such a variety of different styles for all eye shapes - I truly have never had a bad set from her, and they've all lasted so long. Before Hellen, none of other lash techs ever told me how to maintain healthy lashes and they were all always so abrasive and harsh with my lashes. I was never able to fully relax while getting them done because my eyes would be burning or because I just wouldn't feel comfortable. But in my years going to Hellen, I literally never have my eyes burn - EVER, and she makes you feel taken care of. She sometimes makes her own lash cleansers and they're AMAZING as well!! I thought burning eyes were always normal because other lash techs said my eyes were probably just sensitive to the glue, but Hellen told me that that isn't correct. She's very transparent and she truly does care so much for her clients. I love her so much lol I can probably talk about how amazing she is both as a lash tech and as a person for hours! I commute from Corona to OC just to get serviced by her every 2-3 weeks for my lashes for the past 4 years. She also has other services like brow shaping, brow laminating, and lash lifts - all of which I've done with her before and I absolutely LOVE those results too. Please please please trust her with your services as I do :) she's worth every drive and penny. I don't open up very easily to people, but Hellen has become more than just a lash tech.
