I'm honestly sad to write this review because I had thought I finally found my perfect lash spot. I came here to get my lashes done back at the beginning of the year when I was pregnant they were so nice and this time I came back the service was awful to say the least. I think Kristy did my lashes and it's the first time she's done them on me, previously it was two other different girls (they did a good job) it's been q week and my eyes are itchy. The lashes look terrible like spider legs, she made me so anxious during my appointment I almost had an anxiety attack because she kept complaining about me. Her hands were always floating, she doesn't use the forehead as leverage so she had a hard time applying them. She kept wiping off the lash fans right next to my face and it felt as if she was slapping my pillow. She kept making murmurs and gasps expressing her frustration with my set. Made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked for a hybrid and she gave me a volume set with wide fans and she didn't cover not even 50% of my lashes. $130 dlls for q terrible lash set and an "ok" brow lamination. My brows feel a little over processed too. Sad but I have to warn others since it seems like Kristy should really look into taking more training to learn to better her application techniques. I hope once she practices better techniques and better customer service, her business can thrive and be successful! read more

I had an awful experience and it's especially upsetting because it was the day before my birthday. The full set of lashes I received was the worst I've ever had--they were placed unevenly and obstructed my vision. When I was laying down and she showed me my lashes they looked ok. She even took pictures. When I went to turn on my car I notice eyelashes were blocking my vision. I went back inside and asked for a lash brush. Well that didn't help because it was actually the placement of the lashes. When I politely told her I was unhappy, she rudely asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" I asked her to fix them, but instead of taking the time to do it properly, she tried to fix them while working on another client. She then claimed the problem was with my natural lashes and said there was nothing she could do, offering to remove them instead. I ended up sitting there for three hours just to have them taken off, wasting my time right before my birthday! She promised a refund but refused to return the tip, so I basically paid her to ruin my lashes. To top it off, before I left, she said, "Maybe I'm not skilled enough to do your lashes, you should go somewhere else." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering the timing. I got my eyelashes done with Kristy yesterday, next day while I was working they started falling out. It looks like I have classic eyelashes extensions, I paid for hybrid. I texted her and she offered me a 10% discount for my next visit after I let her know I don't have time before her vacation to get my eyelashes fixed because my schedule doesn't align with hers. I barely had time to go yesterday and I was thankful she even did them. I got these done for my brothers wedding and now I don't know what to do because she won't give me a refund! She sent me a picture of her client which I'm sure she doesn't even know she sent and I'm just wondering what other unprofessional things does she do! This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and over all inhumane. She's greedy for money and doesn't care how she leaves someone under her care. It's unjustifiable and unbelievable that she won't give me my money back. By the way I have came before to get my lashes done. Not my first time!! So for her to treat a customer that's been to her multiple times is crazy! If I could give her a 0 I would. Don't go there!!! Updating the review because of how long the lashes lasted. It's very affordable but they started to fall out in clumps after five days. They were all out after 7. I did not rub my eyes, sleep on my face, or touch the lashes. Also my eyebrow has a bald spot from the lamination. Nothing has changed in my life other than trying this for services and I now need to use eyebrow makeup. They were pretty but my eyebrows didn't look any different after a day and my eyelashes fell out after a week. Not worth the $130 I spent. I know people can have chemical reactions to products, but I have laminated my own brows and this has never happened before. read more

Kristy seems like a person that shouldn't be running a business. I had an appointment at 9am and and she pushed it to 9:30 because her previous client was late. I understand it happens but the whole time I was there it felt like she was rushing with her application on my lashes. She did not talk about after care or offer any after care at all. Right after my appointment she took my money and quickly locked up her lash studio which seemed very unprofessional. That same night I reached out because I developed an eye infection only in one eye. I asked her why this could happens and she respond with "go to the doctors" obviously I know what I should do. I asked her because she's a lash tech and I'm sure she had to have some training and knowledge of why people develop eye infection. Her tone the whole time I was messaging her seemed aggressive. I don't recommend this place at all. I got my lashes done here and ended up in the hospital were they had To flush my eyes out because the glue caused really bad irritation to were i couldn't open my eyes. I Missed 3 days of work because I couldn't attend work with my eyes looking blood shot red with irritation ... worst experience ever. Also when you book an appointment they tell you there that they're not responsible for how the glue reacts to the eyes nor will you get a refund back .I didn't see that on the application because it was written too small. I'm not here to bash this business but it's unacceptable that they did that and I tipped well because I did like my eyelash results I just didn't think I would wake up the next morning not being able to open my eyes with burning sensation. read more

I found her totally by accident. First time ever having it done and I'm not young. I wanted more time in my routine and she gave me great looking lashes and so much more time in my routine. I went from wearing quite a bit of eye makeup to none. She is very reasonably priced, she is very conscious and You're out the door with beautiful lashes and eyes within an hour. I really wanted to be a lash lift repeat customer here. The first day (Saturday) was great. They were friendly, and eyelashes came out good and straight. I followed the after care instructions for 48 hours and not just the 24 hours that was suggested. I did not wash my face or use lotions or serums for 48 hours. On Monday, I woke up, and the eyelashes on my right side were curving. I contacted them, asking if there was something I could do to try and straighten them out. The lady said to come in, and they would try to help me. I told her I had a trip coming up and was hoping to get in to see her before leaving. I asked her if I could go in at 9am on Thursday. She said I could come in no appointment needed. Thursday comes around, I get to the shop a couple of minutes before 9am and no sign of anyone inside. At 9:12am, I texted asking what time the shop opened, and she responded after 1:30pm and to come in anytime. I told her I was going out of town, and that was why I asked if 9am Thursday was ok. She asked if I could go in at 12pm, to which I responded that I would be on the road at 11am. I had a 5 hour drive ahead of me. That was the last I heard from her. Not one peep from them since, and that was 2 weeks ago. Now I have to walk around with my eyelashes looking like they do until the lash lift wears off. All I wanted was a solution, maybe something I could do without having to bother them. I'm super disappointed. read more

Horrible place to get your lashes done would not recommend. Sister went to get her lashes done and what ever they used on her lashes she got a bad eye infection and ended up in the ER all in the same day. My lash tech is Nhi and she's very detailed and always listens to my needs and what I want in a set. I usually ask for doll eye volume. I always feel so much more happier and confident every time. I went for lash lift on tint and full bikini waxing. They asked me for $20 dlls to reserve my place, I arrived at the agreed time, but the person who was going to do the service for me arrived 15 minutes late, I don't see the point of charging you $20 dlls if they are going to do what they want in the end, while we were in the process of lifting eyelashes, I asked her if I needed special care, but she didn't answer me, I thought she hadn't heard me, and I asked again and she still didn't answer, I don't know if she didn't want to answer or if you don't understand well English, so I was left with the question, when I went to the waxing area, this was my first time, so you already know my pain, while she was doing the wax I applied the eyelash tint, I asked her for a small I rest to recover, and he told me that she was going to count to #3 to pull, but she did it at number #2. And the tint of the eyelashes was not visible, I am going for 3 weeks and my eyelashes are still raised, the only good thing. They definitely have to improve their customer service, be more punctual if they are going to demand a deposit and be professionals. read more

I went in for a foreign fill and it took kristy 25 min to do it, my lashes were so itchy and hurt to the touch, when I got them removed 2 days after they had to cut my lashes where she added clusters and clumps of glue that was nearly impossible to remove. I will not be going to her again. Remember ladies, if it takes 30-1 hour for fulll set they do not lash them right. No proper isolation. I'm a lash tech and their technique is so wrong.
