Kristy thank you so much for my lashes I absolutely love them. I love the lip waxing and eyebrow waxing she does an amazing job. I love her flexibility, prices and monthly specials

I'm in love with this place . Tiffany did a really good job with my lashes. The price is good and the lashes stay long.

She sent a picture of her client that she was currently working with which I'm sure didn't even know she took the picture.

I got my eyelashes done with Kristy yesterday, next day while I was working they started falling out. It looks like I have classic eyelashes extensions, I paid for hybrid. I texted her and she offered me a 10% discount for my next visit after I let her know I don't have time before her vacation to get my eyelashes fixed because my schedule doesn't align with hers. I barely had time to go yesterday and I was thankful she even did them. I got these done for my brothers wedding and now I don't know what to do because she won't give me a refund! She sent me a picture of her client which I'm sure she doesn't even know she sent and I'm just wondering what other unprofessional things does she do! This is unprofessional, disrespectful, and over all inhumane. She's greedy for money and doesn't care how she leaves someone under her care. It's unjustifiable and unbelievable that she won't give me my money back. By the way I have came before to get my lashes done. Not my first time!! So for her to treat a customer that's been to her multiple times is crazy! If I could give her a 0 I would. Don't go there!!! Now I have missing lashes and have to figure out how to make this work before my brothers wedding!

Updating the review because of how long the lashes lasted. It's very affordable but they started to fall out in clumps after five days. They were all out after 7. I did not rub my eyes, sleep on my face, or touch the lashes. Also my eyebrow has a bald spot from the lamination. Nothing has changed in my life other than trying this for services and I now need to use eyebrow makeup. They were pretty but my eyebrows didn't look any different after a day and my eyelashes fell out after a week. Not worth the $130 I spent. I know people can have chemical reactions to products, but I have laminated my own brows and this has never happened before.

I love this place. I have been coming to Kristy for several months. My lashes look great every time.

Very adorable place. It's so cute and welcoming. I started coming to Kristy for my lashes since February 2023. I asked Kristy what does she recommend for a 57 year old woman for work and everyday use. She recommended the "Classic Eye." Let me tell you this is life-changing for me. A natural look with eye-popping lashes that is not overwhelming. It is easier for me to get ready for work daily. I have very oily skin, so mascara and false lashes melt on me by the end of the day. Lash extensions are the best for me. I come every two weeks for my fills, and I love it because I leave here feeling beautiful and refreshed. Thank you, Kristy

Very unprofessional

Kristy seems like a person that shouldn't be running a business. I had an appointment at 9am and and she pushed it to 9:30 because her previous client was late. I understand it happens but the whole time I was there it felt like she was rushing with her application on my lashes. She did not talk about after care or offer any after care at all. Right after my appointment she took my money and quickly locked up her lash studio which seemed very unprofessional. That same night I reached out because I developed an eye infection only in one eye. I asked her why this could happens and she respond with "go to the doctors" obviously I know what I should do. I asked her because she's a lash tech and I'm sure she had to have some training and knowledge of why people develop eye infection. Her tone the whole time I was messaging her seemed aggressive. Overall do not recommend. Avoid this place she does not care about her clients.

This is the BEST Walgreens pharmacy in the OC. Personable, compassionate, and dedicated to serving…read moretheir customers. It seems that, in a defunct medical industrial complex that does not serve the patient, this Walgreens is committed to putting patients first. The star pharmacist there is Pendleton. Yep, you heard right! Like the warm, flannel Pendleton that ensures warmth and security, Pendleton gives you his precious time in a timeless way. A good listener is the key to advocating for your own health. He gets it!!! Recently, had a prescription filled and it came back generic. The generic scip is not equal to the brand. PERIOD! He returned my call and we talked. He made it happen. I don't know about you, but one of the best things in life is to have an excellent Pharmacist. He is King! Go see him!!!

Very Disappointing Pharmacy Experience - Poor Customer Service and Lack of Support…read more I recently had a very disappointing experience with this Walgreens pharmacy, particularly regarding prescription pricing and customer service. I wasn't feeling well on the day I picked up my prescription, so I didn't pay much attention to the price. I trusted that my insurance information had been processed correctly, paid the amount requested, and left. Later, when I reviewed my prescription history, I was shocked to discover that the price had increased by approximately 380% compared with what I had previously paid for the same medication. I also discovered that a prescription discount program was offering the same medication at this very Walgreens location for over 80% less than what I had paid. What disappointed me most wasn't simply the price increase. It was the complete lack of guidance and willingness to help. In my previous experiences with other pharmacies, pharmacists have often proactively suggested GoodRx or other prescription discount programs when insurance does not cover a medication or when the out-of-pocket cost is unusually high. I have received this helpful advice several times without even asking. Unfortunately, the staff at this Walgreens offered no such guidance. When I later approached the pharmacy staff and manager to explain the situation, they were not helpful. Their response was simply that the transaction had already been completed and nothing could be done. I subsequently escalated my concerns through Walgreens Customer Relations. Unfortunately, that experience was equally disappointing. The responses felt so scripted and impersonal that I genuinely wondered whether I was communicating with an automated system rather than someone who understood my concerns. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter through the pharmacy, management, and the escalation process, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution. A pharmacy should be more than a place that dispenses medications and collects payments. Patients visit pharmacies because they need healthcare, and sometimes they are unwell, stressed, or simply unaware of available prescription savings programs. I understand that pharmacists may not be responsible for finding every available discount. However, I believe reasonable guidance, compassion, and a willingness to help should be basic expectations of customer service in a pharmacy. My advice to other customers: If your insurance fully covers your medication, your experience may be different. However, if your medication is not covered or you are paying out of pocket, I strongly recommend comparing prices and considering another pharmacy before using this location. Do not assume that using your insurance automatically gives you the best price. This experience has completely changed my opinion of this Walgreens location. After the lack of support from both the pharmacy staff and management, I have decided to move my future prescriptions to CVS on Ball & Walker. I am sharing my experience so other customers can make their own informed decisions.

Happy to have one in Pasadena, as I've been looking into more alternate options to reduce waste. They have all kinds of items, including conditioner bars which have worked great. They have all kinds of items you can use to lessen plastics and waste in your bathroom and kitchen like wool dryer balls, detergent, deodorant, shampoo and conditioner bars, bee wax paper to use to store food, and so much more! Check their website for more items. I called to ask some questions, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and let me know everything I needed to know so you can tell they are passionate about zero waste. There's streetside parking alongside target, and I think there is parking lot next to the store itself- which I didn't see until I was driving past it, so there's that too I believe? I came in 10 minutes before they closed (mainly because I had to rush to work to catch them before they closed) and they were very nice and let me know I could take my time. I wasn't rushed at all and I was able to buy my conditioner bar with no problems! Will be back to try their other products!

It's a small place - and street parking can be tricky. But I was fortunate to get a spot right out front. I stepped inside and saw the various containers of products and was pleased. Not only were there things that I use every day, but the prices were ridiculously affordable. Isela (theeee sweetest person) gave me a brief, but thorough "tour" that was absolutely fascinating. She answered any and all of my questions and provided me with a few donated containers for my purchase. So far, the star of this visit are the scented lotion and hand wash. Can't recall the name. But they are pricier than the other products. I don't care at all. I LOVE the scent. As a matter of fact, I'm going in this weekend for some more of the hand soap. I have it in my bathroom (foaming pump) and my kitchen (regular hand soap pump). I also diluted it to use as a shower gel. YES, doggone it!!! I'm kinda addicted! This is one of those places that you should actually do a personal field trip to. It will change your life. Believe it. Highly, highly recommended! UPDATE: I went back in for more hand soap concentrate and some retinol serum. By the way, soap and lotion brand name is "Further". Alyssa assisted me and she is an absolute DOLL. And I met her husband and best friend, who happened to be in the store. Simply delightful. I think this is going to be another one of my "happy" places.
