I thought it was cute they were giving out flowers to the moms . As a mom of 4 I was excited to get my rose after I paid . I watched two ladies leave and be told happy Mother's Day by a few workers . But the main reason I have this bad review was because my big toe was injured during the pedicure . While cleaning the cuticles she went in super deep that it hurt badly . She said her little sorry and squeezed it . For days it hurt badly, it was super red and swollen . I was a Thankfully able to heal it with epson salt and hot water soaks . I was nervous it would get puss and I would have to go to urgent care . After this I will no longer give this location my service unfortunately. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and the service here has always been hit or miss .

On more than one occasion, appointments were rescheduled without informing me that the specific technician I requested would not even be working that day. Instead of notifying me beforehand, I wasn't told until I arrived for my appointment. I was offered a credit as an apology, but when it came time to pay, the husband conveniently disappeared, leaving his wife to deal with the situation. What bothered me even more was witnessing how the owners treated their employees. During appointments, they would interrupt technicians in the middle of providing services, speaking to them in a way that was distracting and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect my appointment to be relaxing--not repeatedly interrupted because management chooses to address employees while they are actively working on clients. It unnecessarily extends the appointment and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a business owner myself, I respectfully expressed that I felt this was unprofessional and disruptive. Rather than accepting constructive feedback, Christina, the owner, became defensive, called me "trash," and told me not to come back. That response alone speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere. I support businesses that value both their customers and their employees, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If you're looking for a salon with professional, respectful ownership, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The technicians deserve recognition for their excellent work, but in my opinion, the owners' behavior overshadows the quality of the services they provide.
