I came in today with my grandma for pedicures and overall the service quality was pretty good! Mimi and Lynn were great. I especially appreciate that Lynn checked to see if I liked the gel color I'd picked out before continuing to paint the rest of my nails. Mimi was also very nice and fixed my grandma's nail polish which had slightly dented after putting on her sandals. It's also super easy to make appointments, just a quick text during their working hours and they respond fairly quick For anyone curious about pricing, we got #5 on the pedicure menu, which was the standard + callous removal + collagen masks/scrubs/lotions and a hot stone massage. This was priced at $60 for nail polish, $75 for gel but I think their standard pedicures run about $35 - $50, I don't remember exactly. My only constructive feedback is that the hot towels turn into very very cold towels when left on for too long, especially with the breeze coming in haha. I also would prefer for maybe a more thorough callous removal but that might just be something I'll have to specify the next time I visit. Otherwise, great salon all in all! read more

Tiffany did such an amazing job on my pedicure! The massage was so relaxing and just the way I like it. She also did the most beautiful French tips I've ever had. Called for an appointment. Went in with a picture. I am extremely particular as I am a retired cosmetologist. The only problem I had was she started to fill my Gel-X nails with acrylic. I stopped her and told her they were Gel-X. She proceeded to change to the Gel-X and she was excellent. The design I got was exactly like the picture I showed her. In fact my friends said they liked it better and that it was one of the best designs ever. I'll be back. read more

I booked with Naomi for my lash extension through its website. It's very easy to navigate the homepage to check the price and make the reservation. I showed up on time and she immediately greeted me and led me to the private room. After discussion, she applied wet mascara on me and after it was done, I felt like I was not used to it because I was used to get the Korean natural lashes. However, after couple of days, I could say it looked good on me. The service was $90 and she took around 90 mins for my Lash extension. It was my first time visit so I got $5 discount. (Paying cash for discount, paying with credit cards, No discount) *There is an ATM inside so it's convenient and safe to withdraw cash in the shop. Overall, I was satisfied. read more

Paid $75 for this set, no polish just the acrylic powder and some clear nail polish. I have been here plenty of times and gotten sets longer and with nail polish designs, charms etc and paid this same price. It doesn't make sense. Originally I had another inspo pic but they weren't able to do it. My second inspo pic had pink bows however they did not have enough to achieve the look so I had to settle for these clear bows. This design wasn't what I originally wanted nor included any nail polish so it definitely should've been cheaper. I also got a regular polish pedicare which was $26 with white French tip. They French tip style was another $10. They had offered me a callious removal during my pedicure but weren't up front with me that it would cost an additional $7. They then said I wouldn't be charged for the callous removal since it was not told to me that it would cost extra but I was never given the discount. They are not upfront with their prices. read more

This time I didn't say anything, just waiting for it all to be over so I could get out of there. Then the massage was just meh, rubbing one side of leg till it was numb, while looking out the window, then the other until their little timer went off. And I noticed the tools weren't sanitized/just kept loosely in a pile in her cart...and when she was using them, she'd just toss them back in the cart.. I wish I could say I'd go back... but Christine kind of killed it for me. $40 later.... Also there was no one there on a holiday weekend Saturday morning? Weird.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Micheal is a weirdo like his weirdo ass wife Naomi. I had a problem here with unprofessionalism last time which is why Micheal gave me a voucher for a free pedi when I go there to use it naomi makes a big scene saying I can't use it when there's no expiration date. So she proceeds to yell at me because she's unprofessional and then Micheal tried to say I had to pay for the pedi when it CLEARLY SAYS Complementary then he said I have minus -25 off the bill you can clearly see the voucher. If you have a problem w naomi just know Micheal is her husband and he doesnt correct her nasty behavior. She's too emotional and Micheal excuses her behavior bc she's new to the country who cares???? People have been in the country for 5 mins and they know how to act. Then naomi tried to insinuate that the reason I have nice stuff is because my mom who cares naomi? are you mad Micheal can't get you a Louis bag or a nice car? Personal problem. Bottom line don't come here there are amazing nail techs in OC that charge the same price as here and do better work! I have been looking for a nail salon near my house and saw this one had just opened up and decided to try it. I have gone back several times since and am never disappointed. All of the mail technicians are very skilled and my nails always look great. I had some lifting of nail polish once and they fixed it very quickly and made the process easy. I assumed it was my turn, but instead another client was taken first, and I was told it would be "another five minutes." At that point, I decided to leave. If they knew they wouldn't be ready until after 6:00, I wish they had simply told me to come at 6 instead of asking me to arrive at 5:30 and wait over 35 minutes. I understand that salons can get busy, but clear communication and respecting customers' time go a long way.
