The services are good. There is one particular manicurist who insists on doing things which you don't wants. I went there for pedicure and then decided to get just plain manicure no nail polish . This lady kept on insisting I need to put nail polish and then decided to use something called organic buffering without asking me and they charged me extra 5 bucks for that . Oh in the end the Organic buffer was swept in the trash . So basically she looted me for something shitty . The pedicurist was nice and I have had good experiences for pedicures all the time . I need to make sure I don't have the same manicurist next time. I will go here again just cause it's convenient, clean and the pedicurist( one with glasses) is nicer . read more

Not very happy. Booked for a dip mani, when I got there they told me I needed to do gel builder instead (should've just left but decided to give it a try).. my mistake. But my nail tech didn't listen to me. I said I didn't want the milky white color, just wanted a nude with a baby blue French tip and chrome on top. She gave me the options for the chrome, I choose I -3 and she chose a different one. ‍ nails are super thick, bumpy and over all just not my vibe. Cute salon and seems clean enough though. read more

I'm so happy to be a new guest to this amazing salon. Trish did my lavender deluxe pedicure and the fabulous Lynn did my acrylic, perfectly shaped nails. I'm just totally wowed by how nice these ladies are and how clean and everything including the music is so perfect here. Exactly what I needed after a hard days work. UPDATE: its barely Tuesday and 3 nails already popped completely off! Only having gotten the new set last Thursday, 5 days ago, there's NO reason for this to happen!! Just goes to show the poor quality of work done, further validating the terrible experience. Disappointed is an understatement. Went here on referral from a trusted friend AND checked out the Google/ Yelp/ FB/ Instagram with high confidence that this would be relaxing and come out wonderful. Needless to say, that's not what I got. I am beyond let down from the work received by Amy and Alice on toes .... it was the opposite of relaxing and refreshing. I was so physically uncomfortable getting my mani pedi done at the same time, I was unable to enjoy the chair or getting "pampered". I would never get my hands and toes done at the same time here. I'm pretty flexible, but reaching over my whole right side for the left hand was so unnecessary. It was empty when I came in and was still empty 30 minutes after I left (went to Lupe's next door for dinner) so there was no need to rush/ cut corners like they did. If Lynn, creator of the photos online and evidently the owner, was there I am certain this entire experience and results would be different. The kicker for me was when Amy tried to change the pricing on me at the end. I've included the inspo photo that she said was a squared ombre, she said she can do that exactly and just pick whatever color, great. Come to the end, all that was serviced was a ombre squared short/medium nails (not like the photo) and a regular spa pedi = 50&36 I was appalled when she told me $115, not the 86 as described. I had repeatedly expressed to my nail tech that I was uncomfortable and that specifically the left hand was not correct (especially the thumb) as well as my toes needed to be soft edges. Someone else came and made the toe shape better but by that time I was already in tears. I was trying to be beautiful for my 3 year wedding anniversary today. Super friendly staff and a great place to get nails done. Their prices are good for how expensive nails are now. The inside has a very fun atmosphere with decorations, upbeat music, and travel vlogs on the Tv. I got the Spa pedicure and was very happy with the service. I get cut often when my cuticles are trimmed but they were careful and efficient. I got color 057 gel. I thought it was a nice touch that she showed me the color in the bottle again before putting it on. Also included was a foot treatment, exfoliation, and leg massage. They are very clean and use new tools. My toes look great, will come back again! :) Note my inside photo is only half the room, they could easily serve 20 people in here at once. She checked the sizes of each nail to make sure both hands are matching (most of places don't do that and I always ended up with some nails a lil bigger than others). This place was terrible. I just wanted a simple, two toned nail, and the girl could not get it right with how I wanted it shaped. It was a light pink base with the dark pink tip curved out. So I had to wait for my friend's nail tech to get done so she could also do my nails. They left the edges rough. They didn't shape them up at all after they put the gel X on and although the polish was good on the pedicure, they didn't do any of the things that they were supposed to do and they're $60 pedicure. I just went to tip top nails and got them fixed and he did a wonderful job if you need a new nail place. read more
