I used to love this place but they have new ownership. I went once and was disappointed but thought to try it again. We made appointments because I'm recovering from back surgery and my mom has cancer so we can sit and wait around extra long. So we got there and they had us take a seat. One lady came out and started working on my mom's toes. We made two appointments for pedicure manicure. Sat and sat and no one ever came for me. Yet 4 people came in asking if they could also get mani pedi or simply manicures. The owner took them in which is wonderful but I was waiting for anyone to start me. After the very sweet lady finished my mom's pedicure, she did mine. Yet still no one available for manicure. I was done and no one started our manicures. Such a bummer. We left after the pedicures because still not one person came to start our manicures and my back was hurting after being there over an hour. The owners just kept taking in more business because they were closing without thinking about their custom they already had in the store. At the very end, my pointer finger was lumpy and misshapen, so I asked her to please make it even and finally when she finished, it was a slightly different shade from the other nails... Taking a closer look at home, I realized it was because she put a GLITTER top coat instead of clear top coat... on just that ONE nail... what the heck?? And to finish it all off, she filed so hard around the edges of all my nails, exposing my real nail underneath and removing all the polish she just did?? I truly don't understand. This place used to be really good but I'm disappointed in the new owner business practice. I did a spring cleaning and found an old gift card that I thought I had lost. They told me it's a new owner so they cannot accept. I asked if I could get a discount since I still had 65 dollars on my card and the lady told me half off but when I went to pay her husband he told me 10% off which was just a few bucks.
