Kind establishment and worker but the execution was just not it which is a bummer because nails aren't cheap. The shape is really off. Much rounder and chunkier than the inspo picture. I did ask for a second coat of the tip which resulted in uneven thickness. I've had French tips with two layers (like any normal polish) without it becoming this thick. I also feel like another coat of the base could've helped with my real nail not showing up as much + trimming them. There was no nail prep aside from removing the polish but not sure if this is just their protocol. Only writing the review bc I'm pretty sure I will be removing the nails and just leave them alone. Found out about this nail shop through a friend who always had bomb nail designs. Service here was great, the shop is small, but loved the cat eye nail design I got. They also do offer coffee and drinks. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the shop is clean and modern inside. Helen did my nails both times, and loved her work. The cat eye nail design looked very sparkly, and I loved the clean look of the gel light pink. my nails were very thin and breaking before i came in, I'm glad i came in and will be back! I've came here more than once , actually I'm a fellow licensed nail tech myself but I like to go to other people for my pedicures. They do a good job in overall if you want what you pay for... it looks like a pretty clean decent salon but once you sit in their chairs and you actually know HOW they're supposed to be doing their job it's terrifying. They use dirty implements over and over again they don't disinfect them in barbicide they just rinse them in the sink with water they use the same dirty sanding bands from the previous customers. They dig into ingrown toe nails and that's not what they're licensed for. It's not like using CLEAN implements costs them more money that's legally what they're supposed to be doing and I can't believe the owner hasn't told them anything unless she does the same as well. This needs to be reported to state board no way it costs them so much to just be clean. This absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: my toe is swollen and red after the pedicure and it hurts to walk when I put pressure on my feet. I'll definitely be contacting the owner and state board if I do not receive my refund. read more

The lady who did my pedicure was friendly and polite. She asked if I wanted water, and I said yes. She took her time and created a relaxed, positive atmosphere. A few things I love about this salon: great hospitality, variety of nail colors (they always have the next trending thing), and the staff here are skilled. Hellen has been doing my pedicure for the past couple months and she always does a great job! Usually I would get French nails done (I'm usually very picky on how I like my French, however Hellen knew exactly what I wanted and she does an amazing French design) but I decided to do jelly nails and Hellen killed it on both mani & pedi. This will be the last time I come here. When I walked in it was busy. I let the lady know I was there for a pedicure and she said have a seat and wait and pointed to one of the 3 chairs to wait in. When I sat down I asked about how long the wait was, she replied "don't worry about it" that should have been my cue to leave but I didn't. I have been coming here for about 14 months regularly and have never had too bad of an experience so I let it go. One of the lady getting nails turned and laughed when she told me not to worry about it. I think she realized how rude she sounded because she was trying to be nice after. She got up and put water for my pedicure and when I put both feet in the water it was scalding hot, I mean super hot. She saw my reaction and asked if it was too hot and immediately drained all the hot water and started putting cold water. Took me a couple mins to out my feet back in and I checked them to make sure I didn't have any burns. Now after 25 minutes of waiting my pedicure is starting. I've had this lady before but she's not the one who usually does my nails. Coming from a management or customer service point of few it was bad and will not be coming back. Maybe the lady was stressed out because of how busy they were but no excuse. If I have a blister on the top of my feet tomorrow I will be asking them to review their cameras.
