Came in with a friend that had booked an appointment for us! I think I had Helen for both my hands and feet! I felt well taken care of and comfortable. I will be coming back and highly recommend!
Great service. Fast. I showed a sample of the nails and she "nailed" it to the T. Served by Helen, Heidi, Coco and Angie. My daughter and got gel manicure and pedicure French tips with flower designs.
Amazing service. Reasonable pricing and I absolutely love the work that they did. This is now my go to nail salon. Helen was amazing and did such a great job on my nails, she made sure to check in and see if I liked the shape/color/thickness. Victoria was very kind and did a great on the artistic parts of my nails. I'm going to be recommending this place to all of my girlfriends!
Kind establishment and worker but the execution was just not it which is a bummer because nails aren't cheap. The shape is really off. Much rounder and chunkier than the inspo picture. I did ask for a second coat of the tip which resulted in uneven thickness. I've had French tips with two layers (like any normal polish) without it becoming this thick. I also feel like another coat of the base could've helped with my real nail not showing up as much + trimming them. There was no nail prep aside from removing the polish but not sure if this is just their protocol. Only writing the review bc I'm pretty sure I will be removing the nails and just leave them alone. Paying for another set is just not feasible.
This is the first Time I did cat eye ! Wow! It's amazing and great job of Hellen! She is very nice, friendly , and helpful! She and her manager ( Diem) gave me advice! Took care of me carefully! I love this place! It becomes my favorite nail spa! All staffs are supper nice and warm welcoming!
My first time here and I definitely would come back for Hellen! She did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! Her work was very detailed and she made sure I was happy with everything during the process. The ladies here are all super nice and welcoming. I am so happy to finally find a place that truly cares about their customers!
Angie is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. She is very welcoming & friendly. Heidi & Hellen provide excellent top quality service every single time. When I am here my experience is always phenomenal. These ladies are hard working and dedicated to what they do.
Found out about this nail shop through a friend who always had bomb nail designs. Service here was great, the shop is small, but loved the cat eye nail design I got. They also do offer coffee and drinks. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the shop is clean and modern inside. Helen did my nails both times, and loved her work. The cat eye nail design looked very sparkly, and I loved the clean look of the gel light pink. my nails were very thin and breaking before i came in, I'm glad i came in and will be back! Ask for Helen or Valerie!
I've came here more than once , actually I'm a fellow licensed nail tech myself but I like to go to other people for my pedicures. They do a good job in overall if you want what you pay for... it looks like a pretty clean decent salon but once you sit in their chairs and you actually know HOW they're supposed to be doing their job it's terrifying. They use dirty implements over and over again they don't disinfect them in barbicide they just rinse them in the sink with water they use the same dirty sanding bands from the previous customers. They dig into ingrown toe nails and that's not what they're licensed for. It's not like using CLEAN implements costs them more money that's legally what they're supposed to be doing and I can't believe the owner hasn't told them anything unless she does the same as well. This needs to be reported to state board no way it costs them so much to just be clean. This absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: my toe is swollen and red after the pedicure and it hurts to walk when I put pressure on my feet. I'll definitely be contacting the owner and state board if I do not receive my refund.

I loved the service and most importantly loveee the nails, it was fast and very efficient. I had Hellen as my nail technician and she was the best! I'm usually scared of getting my nails done due to past technicians constantly hurting me but she was very mindful of that and made sure to be extra careful to ensure she did not hurt me. The atmosphere was immaculate as well. 10/10 will come back! read more

What my nails look like after leaving the shop. Cut two fingers. Was able to stop one from bleeding after applying neosporin ointment, other one still going. Avoid if you don't want your cuticles cut to the point of bleeding. read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in a good minute, moved to Westminster not to long ago so I started looking at places on yelp and found this one. I used to do gel dip powder, and Hellen recommended that I do the gel-x. So I did, I am pleased with my nails. It was a great experience. They are very sweet, and did a great job. But when I got up to pay I was told it was 172 dollars for my 8 year old daughter and my hands and feet. I looked at pricing based off of their yelp page. And I showed them the picture. Which I was told was not their review or page. When I proceeded to show them that was their page they tried to inform me that someone else posted that and those weren't their prices. Which i obviously wasn't aware of. Hellen and the other girls are very sweet! They do an amazing job. They were very sweet to my daughter, treated her very nice. But too overpriced for me. I was very pleased with everything up until pricing. I just think 172 dollars is very expensive. read more

First time here and left completely satisfied with a full set and pedicure!! Hellen prepped and shaped my gelx set while Valeria finished by doing the design. Turned out exactly like the picture. I have been having my manicures and pedicures done by Angie and her employees for over a year now. I have even followed Angie from Orange to Westminster because she is that good! Angie is so sweet and down to earth & her employees are equally friendly too. Angie always does an amazing job on my manicure (gel builder), and if I'm having trouble on deciding what to do for a new look or color, she always has great ideas and recommendations. The salon itself is always very clean and they play upbeat music, but the vibe remains relaxed and comfortable. I love coming to Pro Nails Spa. All of the staff are wonderful and do an amazing job. I usually get my manicure done by Helen. This is now the only nail salon I'll be going to for my acrylic nails! The atmosphere is so lovely. The staff is so friendly, especially Helen my nail technician! She did an incredible job with my nails!! The wait time was minimal as a walk-in, though I'll be making an appointment next time, and my nails were done perfectly in less than an hour. I've been here two times. The first time was for a pedicure, it was fine. Second time was for color change. I specifically said I only want color change and do some drawing designs. The person did my nail went ahead and cut my cuticles and gel removal process was sloppy that cause an injury and some bleeding on my pinky. It has only been two days and the charm already fell off. I came in at 11:45 and did not lean until 2pm. That was too long. Process could have been faster but the person that was finishing me off was doing each finger with the top gel coat. read more

i am obsessed with my nails! Walked in at 11am on a Monday and I only have to wait for 10 mins. I got the signature manicure with added gel, Funny Bunny ( it's pretty popular right now), chrome and some heart and initial designs. I also have to get my left thumb repair since I broke it recently and Jenny did an amazing job with everything!! The total came out to be 45 dollars and they also have a 15% off for all service. Everyone was so nice and I loved it there, this was my first time ever at this salon and they did not disappoint, I will 100% come back soon read more

Been here like ~8 days ago. Did the most expensive pedicure with gel and French tip including design and acrylic on both big toes. Came in today on Saturday August 3rd 2023 roughly 9:34 AM. Mind you they open at 9:30 am clearly states on the door. I don't mind waiting for a bit to fix one toe that I DO PLAN ON PAYING. These two ladies just looked at me UP & DOWN... as if they are judging me to see if I'm planning to get something more than just a "FIX" on my toe. She then tells me come back at 10am. They are so easy to take your money here but when you come back to fix a small thing they push you out the door and tell you 10AM when NOBODY WAS IN THE STORE! no acknowledgment no respect whatsoeveR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO RESPECT AND MANNERS especially when it comes to returning clients like myself and they just throw away. I'll be taking my money elsewhere because this salon isn't it. Mind you I speak Vietnamese as well. The other tech tells the one speaking to me to "Tell her to come back later". Like this is a paying customer and you have the audacity to throw clients away in such a horrific manner??? This store has no class at all. I am in shocked and disappointed how you treat your returning clients! You guys honestly should be ashamed of yourself. read more

Came in around 11am on Saturday, during the holiday season, and had to wait about 5-10 minutes. My sister who had an appointment at 11 with Annie, and was brought in right away. For me, I got My, and I requested for specific designs, nail length, and color. I even showed her pictures as inspiration and she was able to do it exactly as I had asked her. The length, color, and design is soo pretty. She made my nails exactly like my inspo pictures, I love it. I did a walk in while I was running errands in the area. I saw the reviews and thought this was a good place and genuinely was not disappointed. The salon is super clean and cute. Angie is amazing and she's pro! She is meticulous and patient. She was paying attention to every detail. She did such a fabulous job on my nails. And to top it off she's so kind. I did an acrylic fill with a matte finish. Out the door it was $45. Well worth it too, Angie took her time and solely because of the amazing job Angie did.
