Every second from the time I called to see if they could squeeze me in at the last minute for until my little exchange with Katrina right before I left made me feel like I have been coming to this place for years. Don't get me wrong, the place is pristine (not to mention the layout is great, well-designed and thoughtfully decorated), but I felt right at home. I AM EXTREMELY happy with Katie's nail designs (I did not want the stones) Now let's talk about the overall service of this establishment... 100% professional through and through! My mom came with me to get a basic mani-pedi, because she doesn't need the works because she had awesome nails, and the ladies ensures that we had water, when my mom got a little too hot they turned the air on more and even brought over a little fan for her Donna did an amazing job on my pedicure!!! It has been at least 5 years since I've gotten my last "me" day, that this was sssooo needed. I felt bad that she had to duck from my calluses but she toughed it out like a champ and made my feet baby soft again!!! And if you're looking for CLEANLINESS, HERES WHERE YOU SHOULD GO! Everything is sterile and has its own packaging that gets opened right in front of your no need to worry about catching someone's funk. I decided last minute about a waxing, but unfortunately it was already occupied. But they are right around the corner, so I can always schedule another appointment for just that. Wanted to try a new spot due to my regular spot just becoming disappointing the last few times I had been. This spot was also in between me and a friend who lives in Huntington. Service was excellent!!! I got a gel manicure and an Isle pedicure and it was fabulous. The nail technicians took their time and took very good care of my friend and I. I have tried a lot of nail places coast-to-coast, and this was my first time at this establishment today. I came because I wanted to try a new place and the reviews were good as well as the prices looked more reasonable than other places in the area. Needless to say, I am really happy I came and I will be back! Out the gate everyone that works there was so friendly, everything looked really clean, fresh and new. And the vibes couldn't be better because every song that was playing was Taylor Swift so I sang along! Tina did my pedicure, and Katie did my nails. Both of them paid a lot of attention in detail. I don't think I've ever seen someone be so meticulous when painting my toes and I really appreciated it. And Katie slayed my nails. Have been coming here since they opened. Now my husband (diabetic) likes coming here as well and reminds me when his feet are getting "gnarly". Just remind the front that he's diabetic so they need to be careful. Today Katie did his pedicure. She did an amazing job. Even though he was the only man customer in the shop, he did not feel uncomfortable. Really recommend this place for couples pedis. Vivian did my pedi -white tip which came out beautiful. Prices are the average for a pedicure but I like that it's clean, laid back and of course, the hubby likes coming here. Plus, you can pay using Zelle or Venmo. My 2nd time to Nail Isle and here's my experience: 1. Came so early they weren't open but still catered to me and I got wonderful treatment of a pedicure with bonus hot paraffin wax , since they are promoting their grand opening. 2. Came around lunchtime on a Wednesday and they were busy in that one half of the chairs were all full. But as a walk-in, I was able to be seen right away. The reason this place runs so smoothly are a few things - the manager is wonderful, she never sits down, she's going from person to person checking on you, bringing you water, offering color suggestions, etc. She is a gem! Also, there's this nice old man who cleans and cleans, everything is so clean all the time! I love it! The gal that did my nails, her daughter, Daisy does eyelashes in one of their back treatment rooms and she runs promos so just ask! I'm considering it! My pedicures have been lasting for such a long time, they do amazing nail prep here. read more

Definitely a five star review, I enjoyed it from the moment I walked in greeted and seated right away. No wait. When I left I was greeted by my name and paying was smooth they accept card, cash, Venmo or zelle. Tip has to be cash though you can't tip on your card if you pay with your card. I used the restroom & it was super clean. Looks like family owned because there was an older gentleman walking around cleaning and spraying febreeze. 5/5 service: My friend and I made an appointment on 04/17 (friday). I came in and got a gel mani & pedicure. Two nail techs worked on me, Hannah and Ny. The two were very attentive to details and I believed their work was great. 1/5 quality: My nails started chipping the next day. As of today (4/20), barely three days later, my gel nails have chipped or are peeling. I was very excited to get my nails done as I am preparing for a grad photoshoot. I am disappointed that I will have to get them re-done elsewhere. For the $40 service, I would expect them to last atleast a week. To preface, this is my first time at this salon and the first time my gel nails have not lasted for at least 2 weeks with no chipping. I get gel nails often and give breaks in between to make sure they are healthy. All I have done is do some computer work so I have no idea why my nails are peeling/chipping the way it is. I have to peel the nail off so it doesn't get caught on my clothes or scratch me. read more

Found this place on a whim because my regular pedicurist is on vacation, and I was incredibly happy. Not only is the place extremely clean, it's also very well decorated. Everyone here is so friendly, and they have a great selection of colors to choose from, especially those trendy Korean shades. I had my Gel-X done by Tyler, and he was super attentive to detail. I have sensitive skin, and he was extra careful with everything he did. I've always loved the look of acrylic nails, but I hated how much dirt they collected, the damage they caused, and how difficult they were to manage. Here, they offer builder gel, which lets your natural nails grow stronger--and I absolutely fell in love with it. I came back today because I was a little overdue. The first time, I'll admit I was a bit hesitant since I don't like bulky nails, and they felt a little thick for my preference. But this time, Tyler did my nails and completely nailed it (no pun intended!). I let him know I wanted them thinner, and he executed it perfectly.
