I've been here a total of 3 times so far and I think this deserves a review. I found this place through Tiktok and IG. My communications for inspos and appt times were all via Instagram DM with Kimmy. My first set was in March, done by Tracy. She did an AMAZING job. I've wanted a cute, pink spring Miffy themed nails for my Japan trip and she delivered! She hand-drawn and hand-made the little 3d pieces for my nails. This set was still my favorite. Second set was done in April by Helen (who is a friend of Kimmy). She also did a 3d Miffy charm for my nails along with butter yellow French tips. Another beautiful set! I also got a pedi done by Kathy, a very sweet older Vietnamese lady. Third set was done earlier this June by Nancy. I also got a pedi by Kathy. I went for a different design for my nails with no 3d art. Nancy was great with the details on my request. I never had any issues with wait time since I book my appointments ahead of time. read more

Very disappointed. This was my second time getting my nails done. I like the way they came out the first time which led me to come back. For pedicure classic is $26 with gel polish it was $36. For my acrylic full set it was $55 because I wanted a thicker French tip. A thinner French tip is $45. A $15 difference for the size of the tip is ridiculous. But whatever I didn't care because it was my birthday nails. AND THEN when I was done paying Cindy gave me her Zelle QR code and I sent her a tip as I was walking out and when I went to my car she chased me outside saying she didn't receive her tip. I responded saying I sent it and she says "oh yes I got it". Following a customer outside for a tip is CRAZY!!!!!!!!! And on top of that paying $91 for my full set and pedicure there wasn't any option to tap or pay with Apple Pay. I had to Zelle . Just so much inconvenience. At one point getting my nails done I asked Cindy if there's restrooms for customers. And she stood quite and I repeated my question saying excuse me Cindy is there restrooms and she finally answers saying yeah in the back. I don't get the reason to gatekeep a restroom. I was seen on time at my appt and I love how clean the nail stations are. The tech that removed my nail polish and cleaned up my cuticles was gentle and efficient. I loved how my nails turned out - so cute. It's such a bargain for design on every nail. Lots of parking and they take cc. Everyone was super friendly. For now they only make appts through instagram. I went it and showed them an inspo pic which I was quoted 90. Valid but I declined and told them I'd opt for a solid cat eye. I was then asked if it was because of the money I said yes. I was after asked if I had a job. I found that very unprofessional and I answered yes. I was finally told to save money to get the design as a birthday set in the future. Horrible service! Made an appointment for my daughter to get her nails and pedicure done for prom and regret supporting this business. Appointment was set for 5pm, my daughter arrived about 15 minutes early and she was not seen until 6:40pm... That is unacceptable! On top of that, they were rushing with my daughter and were not listening to what she was asking for or the fact that she was expressing her dissatisfaction with her nails, instead they told her to listen to them! I walked in yesterday around 5:45PM and had no wait. I was immediately greeted and seated. Kimmie worked on my nails and I AM OBSESSED WITH THE RESULTS. She was very engaging and held out a conversation, which I enjoyed having. I feel most nail salons have a language barrier so it's difficult to converse in english, but it was very nice and comfortable considering I was there for about 2 hours. Kimmie made sure everything was to my liking, asking questions along the way and making sure no mistakes were made. At the end of it, the receptionist gave all his clients Avocados!! So sweet. I came back the next day for a pedicure and again, greeted and immediately seated. Decently price and didn't take too long. I made the mistake to go in with really short nails which only made it more difficult considering the fact that I have really small hands. Very disappointed with the service /: found this place on tiktok & was excited to support and brought 3 of my friends. On three fingers.. my cuticles bled. The lady wasn't careful at all & I had to keep pulling my hand back because it hurt so much. The techs here are very distracted talking to each other & the polish on both my hands and feet are unfinished, messy, & are on my skin.. don't get me wrong, they were nice, but they didn't do a good job. The pedicure was not worth it at all.. they have you pick a package and I chose the one with a 5 min massage and she just gently rubbed my feet and legs with baby oil. It felt as if someone was just applying skincare, not a massage. She also didn't ask how I wanted my nails cut so rather than strictly round or square, it's just somewhere in between those two so the shaping looks very off. The same happened with my other friends too. Also, they don't actually scrub the bottom of your feet like all other nail salons (they just slightly brush literally once and call it a day). My feet also only touched the water (I kid you not) for 10 seconds, for the most part she wanted my feet up (not soaked at all), which made me sad because the whole point of the pedicure is to relax. I was just tense & felt like my feet wasn't getting proper care. That was also the most expensive pedicure I've gotten, yet the worst one. I was so confused.. after we left too, we went to go eat and my feet were very uncomfortable in my sandals as I was trying to keep them secured as I was walking. Usually at other nail salons, they use lotion, not oil.. so it was very slippery and difficult to walk. Not only that, but as I was waiting for my friends to finish, the guy in the front asked me to come up and pay.. AGAIN.. TWICE (so I had to come up and pay a total of THREE times) because he kept forgetting to charge me stuff-- an entire hour after I was last charged... That's never happened to me, and if I never had to wait for my friends, we never would've come across the communication that my $10 deposit was NOT deducted from the total of my services. For a salon where all the techs do are just talk to each other, you would think things like this would've been communicated with one another... I would've been embarrassed to keep asking for more money at a certain point. It felt very weird having to keep going back up to pay more and more.. on top of that, we all paid $10 deposits, but for my last friend they serviced, he charged an extra $10 instead of deducting $10 too. We all drove over an hour in traffic during rush hour to try this place out and we really wanted to like it /: we compared nails and we all experienced missing polish on the sides or uneven application + polish on our skins. I usually get my nails done in fountain valley after work but decided to try a new spot closer to home and saw the reviews we're decent for this spot and decided to try it. I got my toes done and they came out really cute so I asked if they were able to do a specific acrylic full set which they said they could. I asked if they had availability and if not I would make an appointment. They said they had time and had me wait over an hour and a half. I should've left but I was already there and thought since they did so good on my toes might as well wait. She spent an hour and a half doing my nails and they did not come out how I wanted. I had to continuously remind her to check the inspo as she looked at it once and started doing what she wanted. She seemed so rushed as she had someone else waiting for her who had an appointment and asked for her specifically. Now a week later my toe nail is showing chloronychia. I've gotten my nails done at a different location star nails for years and have never had anything pop up and now I believe this location queen nails doesn't sanitize their equipment or poorly applied the gel. Walked in to get my eyebrows waxed real brows waxed. Waited just 4 minutes. When I got in the waxing room she had another lady in there that was getting lashes done. That lady didn't sound too happy, she needed to use the restroom. Waxing lady told me to lay down on the table and she would do my brows. She was very aggressive with the way she moved my head. Was rushing through it. She was yanking those strips off so hard. Never once tweezed a single hair. (Have never ever had them wax so clean they didn't have to tweeze at least a couple hairs) . Wish I could give this place a 0 , one star is way too much! Went in twice, once to get my nails done & the second time so they could "make up for the first time. The first time the lady burn my feet during the pedicure. Then rubbed it repeatedly to "help" it. (Hurt more) then she cut my nail too short. The "owner " gave me a card & told me to come soon & she would take care of me. So I did . When I came in, she seem rude right away because I came. Then she started my nails but was rough & did a very bad job. I had to keep asking her to clean up my fingers because she got polish randomly all over. I like this place and the reason I keep coming back is because they are super friendly and accommodating. Always make me feel welcome and have taken me without an appointment many times. My only complaint is the lady who does my gel X I think she overuses the UV lamp.
