The nail salon is very clean and lively with customers. Time after time a lot of regulars would walk and be welcomed by name it was really sweet to see. They offer a variety of complementary drinks and the signature massage chair as well to continue your relaxing! There are a couple TVs on the walls but no shows playing just picturesque backgrounds. Heather was efficient and effortlessly a perfectionist. She has been one of my favorite pedicurista so far, although my nails weren't as opaque on the entire nail as I was hoping they would be, the massage and attentiveness to detail on my nail care made up for it. I had chosen a milky off white for my toes and a couple areas had more polish than others, although hard to tell from far away. I would absolutely love to come back and give it another try!

Came to this salon based off the Yelp Reviews and had the worst nail experience of my life. Praying…read morethis was a freakish one off! I do not think it was malignant or ill-intentioned and the staff was friendly. I was in the area and came in as a walk in. They do not do acrylics but I was OK with gel X. Ive been getting either or done for the last 20 years so I have quite a bit of experience! My nail tech was a younger gentleman with orange ish bleached hair. He sat me down right away with no wait so I was feeling good about it! What followed was TWO HOURS OF NAIL PREP. Never in my life has this happened. I started timing how long he would be filing a single nail in the process (~ 3 minutes each). Let me be clear here- I came in for a simple french, we never even got through tips. In the background was a "free" google tv channel. I listened to the same ad on repeat four or five times each time there was a break in law and order svu. I probably heard the same commercial I am not kidding over a hundred times. I was doing my best to stay patient thinking maybe it was his first day. He started painting the tips around the 2 hour mark. Once again taking longer than I have ever experienced the many many dozens of times Ive gotten my nails done in my life. Only a couple tips in he went back and erased the tip to redo it. At that point I asked how much longer he would estimate the appt to take. He said maybe 30 more mins. I let him know kindly that Id been there 2 hours and that Id just take a color coat and leave. Where I absolutely had my breaking point was today, not even 48 hours after the worst nail experience I ever had. The thumb of my left hand broke. It was painful and it looks horrible. If you do go here I would recommend having a few hours to spare and I am hoping this was just a really bad one of because everyone has bad days!

Yes, I chose to head on over because she took about 30 minutes to respond, so i figured, "if they answered l, they are open" and I live like 7 minutes away from your business. When I got there there was 3 people. You, a client and another worker. At that time is when you told me it was for appointments only. It is when I left that she texted me telling me that you were not available and I have the text to prove it. Listen. I don't care because I'm not going back. First impressions are very meaningful. Just take accountability. I'm done.

I had a gel manicure done by Tammy a little over a month ago for my wedding! Trying out a brand new…read moresalon right before my big day made me a little nervous, but looking back at the results, I'm so glad I did! Getting to the salon wasn't too difficult, some street parking wasn't too difficult. The salon had a cute and modern vibe to it! I was instantly seated by Tammy and she got to work. They had an iPad at each station, which really made my experience here relaxing. I had a hard gel set on, and Tammy did mention how they'd have to start clean and remove this set. I was charged for removal, which I wasn't the greatest fan of. I asked Tammy for a classic nude, white ombré with a bit of glitter on top, and she delivered! This is probably the best set of ombré nails I've ever had done!!! I've had many nail techs say how ombré nails look better on longer nails, but Tammy made things work with the nail length I was comfortable with! I was a bit skeptical of the longevity since it wasn't the hard gel I'm used to, but this set legit lasted me over FOUR WEEKS (with the exception of one nail that had gel-ex on because of some previous nail damage)! If I were in the area more often, I'd go back to Buttercup in a heartbeat!!!! They are on the pricier side, but you'll be paying for quality IMO.

I also clearly stated that I was there for gel acrylic. (The whole package was already paid on classpass) Instead of confirming the service with me, the technician proceeded with a different application (what appeared to be Gel-X). Only after the service was completely finished was I informed that there would be an additional $20 charge. At no point before beginning the service was I asked whether I agreed to this additional charge. When I questioned why I had not been informed or given the option to approve the charge beforehand, my concern was essentially ignored. What was especially concerning was that the owner was present and witnessed the interaction but did not step in or address the situation. The overall experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional, from the appointment check-in to the communication surrounding the service and unexpected charge. I am currently escalating this through the appropriate channels. I also wish I had looked into the reviews more carefully beforehand. There are already multiple people discussing their experiences with this establishment online, including on TikTok. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. Businesses should not be charging customers unexpected fees after a service has been completed without clearly disclosing and receiving approval for those charges beforehand. I hope the owner takes this seriously and addresses the way customers are being treated. Luckily my situation is being escalated and classpass is investigating.

Then a corner was taken off one of my toenails, half of them are uneven, parts of the nails don't have enough glitter flakes, and my large toenail didn't get filed or taken off properly and looks like I have stuff under it. I paid for a deluxe but there was absolutely nothing done that was in addition to a regular pedicure....no paraffin wax, callous removal, etc. When we were finishing up, I asked Lisa if I could use the restroom.
