The Gel X full set looked so good, I couldn't stop looking at my nails every day for 2 weeks. And they never lifted! They were strong the whole time. My gel pedicure was perfect. And so was my regular manicure. She never nicked me when she cut back my cuticles. She was very careful. And she was very careful and took her time removing the old Gel X without damaging or hurting my real nails. Even though she is careful she still works pretty quickly. Her salon is very clean. She works solo so there is peace and quiet in her salon. There will never be other customers. She plays really cool music too. It's been really easy to have nice conversation with her. I get along with her very well. She speaks 100% perfect English which is great because so many nail techs have a Vietnamese language barrier. My very first appointment she talked about nail health and I honestly learned so much. I've been coming back ever since. I have NEVER not been completely satisfied with my nails and the experience. I look forward to coming in and catching up with Rachel and leaving with nails I can't stop staring at. She is an artist through and through and I love showing off her work to everyone I know. I get basic gel (or at least I think it is) and my nails always last - I go about 4 weeks between appointments. It was so convenient, especially since I came during my lunch break. Lee, the owner, took care of me, and he was amazing! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was talking about. I usually stick to very basic nail colors, but he encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone.
