I come to this place regularly and I have always had good experiences. The place is beautiful and has top notch cleanliness. The ladies are always so welcoming and friendly. My gel x manicure and gel pedicure always comes out beautifully and last me a full month. Sometimes even longer. I also like to get my eyebrows and armpits waxed here and I have even tried the Brazilian wax before. They are always so gentle, efficient and reasonably priced. But today I tried something different, the head spa (The Boss Hair Wash) And I am so glad I did. Rudy provided the service and she was very professional and had wonderful technique! I honestly didn't know what to expect but it was a lovely service! She started with a nice head, neck, shoulders, arms and hand massage, then did a soothing facial and lastly the hair wash and blow dry. The whole process was so relaxing. There's something about someone else washing your hair that's so comforting. All of the products she used smelled amazing! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and had soft silky hair! I LOVE this salon! First, the prices are reasonable. Second, the ladies work their butts off. Thirdly, they have a boss lady on the floor making sure their work is clean and consistent. Stephanie is an incredible boss and I met Thy today who was also really and cleaning as soon as she got there in the early afternoon. Now, Helen...she is patient, she is sweet, she is detail oriented and she's an artist! All the ladies there are equally amazing but Helen is by far my favorite! She slays my manicure every time and her hand massages at the end almost put me to sleep. Don't sleep on this salon. I've NEVER left unhappy or had an issue with having to go back because my nails broke. Never. I go back 3 weeks and my manicure still looks good when I'm going back. They've never hurt me either and they'll give you what you want without being pushy! I love coming here because I'm dealing with professionals and artists. I've been coming here for years, and it's still the only place I trust to get my nails done. Some of the nail techs have moved on and the salon space is now a bit smaller (just one storefront), but the service and quality haven't changed one bit. The environment is always pleasant, the salon is spotless, and everyone here does an amazing job. I have to give a special shout-out to Kathy -- her pedicures are truly next level. I struggle with ingrown toenails, and she's the only person who can fix them without pain. After every appointment my feet feel amazing and completely pain-free. I scheduled an appointment for both a manicure and a pedicure. I arrived on time, before my appointment, and checked in at the front desk. They acknowledged me, and I went ahead with the pedicure. After that, I waited over an hour for my manicure, but it was never done. Eventually, I had to leave because I couldn't wait any longer. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The person managing the schedule tried to make it seem as though I never had an appointment. She even said she called me to "confirm" my appointment, but I had already scheduled it and was in the shop. If I were there early and had an appointment scheduled, why would confirmation even be necessary? This kind of mismanagement and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff gaslighted me into thinking I didn't have an appointment. The Nail Boss must learn how to manage appointments. read more

WOW...I WILL NEVER GO BACK! When shown the colors...I picked 1. Then had 3 people say "that's powder". Ok...and? Then I was told 5 times things they cannot do. Then, I was called "honey" multiple times. Such a weird vibe. I suggested that instead of telling what CANNOT be done, maybe we figure out a way to make it work. Finally, I just said, "or I can just find another place", the receptionist said "yes, tomorrow would be better". I will not be coming back tomorrow. Such a disappointment. Went in for a gel removal and manicure and I couldn't be happier with the service! Everyone was very nice and the place was clean and welcoming. I had an old set of gel nails on before with a gel x extension on one nail due to one of my nails breaking previously and they had no issue removing it as well. They have a great selection of DND polishes and I'm excited to come back to try their cat eye gels! I had Kathy as my nail tech and she was so sweet and gentle with my nails. I had told her previously that the last place I went to were a bit rough on my cuticles causing them to bleed so she was extra careful which I appreciated.
