I come to this place regularly and I have always had good experiences. The place is beautiful and has top notch cleanliness. The ladies are always so welcoming and friendly. My gel x manicure and gel pedicure always comes out beautifully and last me a full month. Sometimes even longer. I also like to get my eyebrows and armpits waxed here and I have even tried the Brazilian wax before. They are always so gentle, efficient and reasonably priced. But today I tried something different, the head spa (The Boss Hair Wash) And I am so glad I did. Rudy provided the service and she was very professional and had wonderful technique! I honestly didn't know what to expect but it was a lovely service! She started with a nice head, neck, shoulders, arms and hand massage, then did a soothing facial and lastly the hair wash and blow dry. The whole process was so relaxing. There's something about someone else washing your hair that's so comforting. All of the products she used smelled amazing! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and had soft silky hair! I LOVE this salon! First, the prices are reasonable. Second, the ladies work their butts off. Thirdly, they have a boss lady on the floor making sure their work is clean and consistent. Stephanie is an incredible boss and I met Thy today who was also really and cleaning as soon as she got there in the early afternoon. Now, Helen...she is patient, she is sweet, she is detail oriented and she's an artist! All the ladies there are equally amazing but Helen is by far my favorite! She slays my manicure every time and her hand massages at the end almost put me to sleep. Don't sleep on this salon. I've NEVER left unhappy or had an issue with having to go back because my nails broke. Never. I go back 3 weeks and my manicure still looks good when I'm going back. They've never hurt me either and they'll give you what you want without being pushy! I love coming here because I'm dealing with professionals and artists. I've never had any bad interactions coming here, I've always been greeted very well by the manager and usually get attended by Natalie BUT ... I came in today 6/5 and got attended by Lisa, everything was going smooth until she asked to cut my nails in which I replied yes then proceeded to file my nails so I reminded her : she then gave me attitude and said "you said not to cut them " so I politely said, yes I did and then started handling my hands super aggressive and then threw my hands at me and said you're done, leaving my hands very dry and ashy after she used a tone of acetone on my nails. I made sure she knew that she was very rude before heading to pay. It wasn't necessary for her handling my hands aggressively or getting upset at the fact that I reminded her to cut my nails. this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

So I'm a usual at this nail salon, and usually it's a good experience until yesterday. Let me explain the worse part first. When it was time to pay, one of the nail techs, I think it was Cindy, kept hovering over my phone as if she was making sure I was going to Zelle them. As I said before, I'm a usual and they've see me plenty of times. But she kept hovering over my phone and getting into my personal space and I began to feel uncomfortable. Not only that, but after I paid $130 for the entire service, she pushes me to tip her for the pedicure and Jenny for the manicure by putting her laminated Zelle barcode so close to my face as if I didn't have an option. Im a normal tipper at this place but she was pushing it big time and wouldn't leave my side until she checked the Zelle went through. She was invading my personal space and didn't understand boundaries. I never had this experience before with them. Next, I got gelx for my manicure and a gel pedicure. I was expecting to leave paying what I usually pay which is usually $100-110 flat. But then she tells me I owe $130. I asked for the breakdown. Apparently my French tip was $10 more for the manicure and the "treatment" for my pedicure was another $10 extra. I'm not too sure if they ever verbalized that with me but it wasn't clear enough. It seemed way too overpriced and they should've given me the breakdown before starting the service. I'm very disappointed and after being there multiple times, I don't think I will be coming back. read more

I've been coming here for years, and it's still the only place I trust to get my nails done. Some of the nail techs have moved on and the salon space is now a bit smaller (just one storefront), but the service and quality haven't changed one bit. The environment is always pleasant, the salon is spotless, and everyone here does an amazing job. I have to give a special shout-out to Kathy -- her pedicures are truly next level. I struggle with ingrown toenails, and she's the only person who can fix them without pain. After every appointment my feet feel amazing and completely pain-free.
