Kristy Was More Than Willing To Work On Me. She Was Pretty Attentive, Friendly & Talkative!!! She Made Me Feel Very Comfortable. She Did A Very Nice Job!!
I had a gel Pedicure & Manicure, and it was a very nice experience. I recently moved & was long over due for a pedi & manicure. I only had time for the classic treatment. The results were excellent! I was referred by a friend to ask for Cindy- she was amazing & I'm very pleased with my pedicure (embarrassed so not posting the before pictures). Kristy was the aesthetician who did my nails, they look amazing. She was very professional & transformed my nails! I will definitely return to this beautiful nail spa & hope to get the same dynamic duo. I booked my appointment for Natalie & Cindy, based on a referral. I was very pleased with Kristy. I was able to conveniently pay with Zelle, it was an easy process, too! They offer free guest WiFi to connect to, or if you have any WiFi issues, just ask for the code.
Just moved in a few weeks ago down the street and was looking for new nail salon and came across the nail boss. I called in to make an appointment and the team was super friendly on the phone and got me an appointment super quick. The location is clean and cute. The location is amazing also you can get some food and snacks after you are done :) Lisa did an amazing job on my gel x nails. She left my cuticles amazing. I also tried out cat eye for the first time. My pedicure came out super nice as well. Definitely my new go to nail salon in the area. Thank you !!

I will preface by saying I'm someone who pays attention to detail. I asked for a gel mani and pedi. I explained from the beginning that my mani has to be sheer for work and a natural color but that I didn't want just clear. Things were going well until they clipped the side of my left thumbnail too much and I bled. Then when I picked a color for my toes they were insistent on using it for my hands to match and I said no they needed to be sheer. So she brings me another color. That's fine it was pretty, a slight milky hue to it but that was nice. The shaping was minimal, I had to ask for them to file and shape the blunt edges they cut. During application of the clear base coat, I pointed out that I have large nail beds and an issue I have often is that people don't apply nail polish to the entire nail bed. The sides get neglected. She did this in the base coat and I pointed it out again. The first polish coat she had me go single nail at a time to approve and many times the nail sides were not painted, or there was dust on the nail. Each time I pointed this out I got increasingly frustrated because I should not have to keep pointing out the same mistake. Then there were a few nails where I also pointed out that the polish streak was curved like a rainbow or just very uneven and that I was concerned this will be visible in the end. She replied that it's okay because the 2nd coat will cover it. And I asked, "are you sure because it is supposed to be sheer polish so you will be able to see the first coat." And she insisted it was fine. Well, second coat comes along and the uneven streaks were coming through. The sides were again not painted and when I found a giant piece of debris under one of the nails, I told her "look, this keeps happening and I feel like I shouldn't have to tell you because you are looking at the work you are doing. The streaks are showing too." And she said "you looked at each nail and said ok" I was taken aback by this because I was really trying to be polite but clear about the issues throughout the process. I sighed and said okay but I shouldn't have to. She said okay if you don't like it I will take it all off then. At this point I said, no, let's just finish but please in the future be careful with the first coat. So then she starts the clear top coat, while explaining that that's how sheer polish works and that that's why you need a third coat. I explained, but I need it to be sheer so a third coat would not work. She shows me the clear top coat of one hand and again debris under the coat causing a large lump. I said "this is happening again." She just walked away and brought in more staff. No one let me explain they just talked amongst themselves in their own language and then one of the other employees said, "it looks streaky because your nail beds are not even. They are bumpy and next time get sheer clear so it's not streaky because this one is milky sheer so it will streak if your nail is bumpy." So all in all it was all my fault because my nails are flawed, sheer was the wrong choice, and I was responsible for the work since she showed me each nail. I was so upset and ready to cry. I am not upset at the mistakes, I'm upset at the lack of accountability and lack of care in the work. Like many women, I go to a nail salon for good service and a moment of relaxation and pampering and this was the opposite of that. If you want to relax and trust that you are getting quality work, I would look elsewhere.

Ever since 7 months ago this place had became my sister and I's go to place. I came today like usual... they usually don't have a wait but today they had a 15 min wait which i didn't mind I went out to wait in my car and came back after 15 mins. They proceeded to take me in right away and got started with soaking my feet and thats where it ended. After the tech started the water she left and never came back. They didn't even set up a towel or anything. pics below included time stamps with my friend as I waited. On top of that no one was communicating with me that maybe another client was taking longer than usual I was just left there. I arrived at 5:06 was told that it was a 15 min and at 5:40 i was still waiting just sitting in the water. If they were just upfront and honest I would've just came back another day. But now I will not be returning ever. I believe communicating with guests is really common practice when running a business but not here.

I've been coming here for over 3 years, and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. The Nail Boss and the entire team are amazing! Everyone is so talented, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. The salon is always clean, the attention to detail is incredible, and my nails consistently last for weeks. Whether I bring in a specific design or just have a general idea, they always bring my vision to life. If you're looking for a nail salon with talented artists, great customer service, and a friendly atmosphere, I can't recommend them enough. I have been coming to this salon for 3 years now. All of the techs are very good and their work looks clean, professions and never rushed. I've never had any bad interactions coming here, I've always been greeted very well by the manager and usually get attended by Natalie BUT ... I came in today 6/5 and got attended by Lisa, everything was going smooth until she asked to cut my nails in which I replied yes then proceeded to file my nails so I reminded her : she then gave me attitude and said "you said not to cut them " so I politely said, yes I did and then started handling my hands super aggressive and then threw my hands at me and said you're done, leaving my hands very dry and ashy after she used a tone of acetone on my nails. I made sure she knew that she was very rude before heading to pay. It wasn't necessary for her handling my hands aggressively or getting upset at the fact that I reminded her to cut my nails. this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. read more
