Super disappointed with our experience here. My boyfriend and I called ahead to make sure they could take us both, but when we arrived, there was only one chair available. So much for planning ahead. When it was finally my turn, I picked a color for my regular pedicure and was told, "Not that one, it's gel." I asked if all the samples were gel, and she said yes but that she had a "similar" color. I asked for white -- I got a nude, almost clear color instead. Nothing close to what I wanted. The service felt rushed and dismissive. I came here since it was so close to my house and I was looking for a simple & quick regular polish mani. I stopped by around 5p and they were so busy! I am thankful that they still took me as a walk-in, but l felt that the quality of the manicure was lacking. The polish was streaky, which was extremely noticeable on my pinky. The lady (Mindy) who did my pedicure showed me the usual Price list and services included ( i usually opt for the middle option) but that did not include a callus scrub ($5 more). In the end the total price was about the same as my other place. Pluses : Offering an extra Reflexology massage for additional 10 minutes for about $10 Blue disposable liners for the footbaths, individually wrapped and sanitized manicure/pedicure tools Hot stone massage available Not a long wait (considering I just wandered in without an appointment). Not so great: The chemical smell (they were doing fills(?) for three or four other ladies) - a good ventilating system or even simple strong fan might have helped. My massage chair was temperamental - it would start and work for a few minutes, then quit massaging , it never had that "Vibro" setting work at all. When Tony is doing your nails, all his attention is on you. He is so focused on what he is doing and wants to do the best job he can for all his customers. I like it! Just your basic nail salon, but they did a great job at a reasonable price. I made an appointment for a Tuesday evening, I still had to wait about 10 mins, but no biggie. They were busy, it looks like they take a lot of walk-ins. I took my 4 year old for her first mani/pedi and she loved it! She hates getting her nails clipped at home, but I was amazed that she sat quietly in the spa chair next to me as the nice lady did her nails. She even got a little foot massage, which she enjoyed. They finished her manicure with a flower painted on each thumb. Total cost for a kids mani/pedi was $20! So reasonable! I decided to get a gel pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure was super gentle and did a great job, my feet are ready for summer! Total cost for a gel pedicure was $29. I think that is very unprofessional and he has my number so he could have told me ahead of time, im so very disappointed and my feelings are hurt, I will let everyone i know about this and if I see or hear about anything out of the ordinary, im reporting it.. I got a mani and pedi the massage was the best part they didn't skimp on it. One of my toe nails broke they rebuilt it with acrylic to make it even without me even asking. My toes look great!
