Before this salon, I went to many different shops because other salons would make my acrylic thick and crooked. Ever since I found this shop, I am completely satisfied with my nails. They look natural and professional! I have had Tammy and Jessica do my nails, along with some other technicians who have all been good. Today, Jessica did a wonderful job on my brittle nails that I was embarrassed of! She was so nice, and so is the woman who runs the shop up front (owner). Please give this salon a try! I stopped coming here for a few months because of how behind they run and they constantly call me to ask me to come later than my appointment and still make me wait. I decided to come back because I missed my pedicures with Rosa, who is the best and amazing at her job. At 9:42AM, the owner calls me asking to come at 5:30 instead of 5, so I said ok. I show up at 5:30 and she told me it's gonna be another 15 minutes or so, which already was annoying. She came up to me again after to tell me Rosa is running behind so I told her that I feel their system is overbooking her techs because this happens every single time, and she disagreed and said Rosa is slow and its her fault and that she sucks. I told her she should not be talking about her employees like that because its extremely disrespectful & unprofessional because Rosa makes her money. She responded "Rosa doesn't make me money, she's too slow". I could not believe how rude she was being. Without her techs, she would have no business. She is always rushing everyone, and you can read multiple reviews how various people felt their services were rushed. She's just greedy & money hungry. Most of the time I come in, someone's getting into it with the owner. She takes zero accountability. She also got upset and was yelling in the middle of the salon about me, which if you ask me is quite unprofessional. She was yelling at Rosa the whole time, and Rosa approached me to apologize, but I let her know its not her fault at all and how amazing she is. The owner then stormed by yelling at Rosa to tell her "tell her its your fault not mine". She also kept screaming in the salon how they close at 6, and I'm lucky, but SHE called me to move my appointment to later. She also told me I couldn't make appointments there anymore, but that doesn't offend me, I don't want my money going to her pockets. I already stopped going there for a long time because of how she runs her salon. I highly encourage not coming here, but if you do, go to Rosa and let the owner know how amazing she does at her job.

It ended up more expensive than I expected, but I think I just did my math wrong. I did get cut during the pedicure, but all their tools were sterile so it was no biggie. The vibes were fun, the massage chairs and pillows were comfortable and the music was boppin' for a fun nail afternoon with friends. Now I do want to note - the job they did was not perfect. Some bits came out not matching or not quite the perfect shape. But she checked with me after every step and I had an opportunity to correct if I had better eagle eyes in the moment. I was just too overstimulated at the time to notice - but I think someone who knows exactly what they want would be able to direct them better toward perfection! Just keep an eye on it and be clear and I'm sure they can do it.
