I appreciate their customer support…read more I've been to Luxe Nail Salon before and generally like the salon, but unfortunately, my experience with Megan this time was just average. During my gel pedicure, the massage felt very repetitive, as she kept massaging the same area of my feet, as if rubbing it raw. She also repeatedly looked at the timer and her watch and was yawning throughout the service, which made me feel like she was tired and ready to finish. At one point, another client was talking loudly on her phone. Megan seemed annoyed by it and tried to engage me in the annoyance, but I chose to just brush it off and enjoy my service. My manicure with clear polish also felt rushed. Unfortunately, the gel polish on my right pinky toe has already come off, and I don't have the time to go back to have it fixed. Despite the experience, I still left a good tip because I appreciate the effort and wanted to be fair. I do like Luxe Nail Salon and would consider returning, but I hope the quality and attention to detail are more consistent. Perhaps Megan just needed a little more sleep or maybe she does a better job when she has more time to chat/gossip and connect with her clients.

The technician arrived 10 minutes late and spent much of my appointment gossiping about other technicians. My request was simple: a square-round shape. Unfortunately, even that wasn't delivered. When I asked for assistance, the manager, Lin, became involved but handled the situation aggressively--standing over me, interrupting me, and creating an uncomfortable, hostile environment. Prices continue to increase, but the quality and professionalism simply aren't there. Don't be misled by the name Luxe--there was nothing luxurious about my experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Nia was fantastic. She took so much care and effort in her attention to detail was incredible. It was very easy to make an appointment online through their website where you could see which nail tech are available being that this was my first time here I just picked any and ended up getting Nia. The salon itself was very peaceful with very calming music with the front desk worker offering everyone something to drink. The color selection was very good and a lot better than most salons in the area which tend to have the same colors. These were different from anything I've ever seen. I asked Nia for a short almond shape and just a regular color and it looks like exactly what I wanted without even specifying. I told her I have to type at work and without hesitation or pressure to get them a little longer she did exactly what I wanted. She took time with my cuticles and gave me lotion at the end and to top it off. I got a free cuticle oil from the front desk person. I will be coming back and booking with Nia. Specifically everyone in there looks like they do a fantastic job. You can't go wrong with anyone 10 out of 10 would recommend. Ps this salon is practically in my backyard drove today because I had other errands but in the future easily a 5 min walk.

One of my acrylics was lifting and extremely painful when pressed, and when I mentioned this to her, she was extra careful when removing it by holding the nail down and filing gently. It turns out that my pain was from a broken nail halfway up the nail plate which made me nervous to continue with gel (I don't get my nails done frequently). Lynn was very reassuring and did a great job reinforcing the nail with dip and I assume some strengthening polish, plus gave me advice on when she thinks it will grow out long enough to cut it and get rid of the split. I wasn't in any pain and my nails look great! I was so nervous because I know some nail techs can be rough, but I left so relieved. Price was fair as well - $40 for acrylics removal and a fresh gel coat that I'm happy with. They only accept cash tips though so plan accordingly.

I was taken to my seat right away, given a complimentary little bottle of water and baggie of chips. The massage chair felt great, they were clean and safe wearing gloves and using a disposable cover for the foot bath. After showing a picture of what I was looking for they brought me shades of the color I wanted and were able to do a matte effect.
