I stopped coming here for a few months because of how behind they run and they constantly call me to ask me to come later than my appointment and still make me wait. I decided to come back because I missed my pedicures with Rosa, who is the best and amazing at her job. At 9:42AM, the owner calls me asking to come at 5:30 instead of 5, so I said ok. I show up at 5:30 and she told me it's gonna be another 15 minutes or so, which already was annoying. She came up to me again after to tell me Rosa is running behind so I told her that I feel their system is overbooking her techs because this happens every single time, and she disagreed and said Rosa is slow and its her fault and that she sucks. I told her she should not be talking about her employees like that because its extremely disrespectful & unprofessional because Rosa makes her money. She responded "Rosa doesn't make me money, she's too slow". I could not believe how rude she was being. Without her techs, she would have no business. She is always rushing everyone, and you can read multiple reviews how various people felt their services were rushed. She's just greedy & money hungry. Most of the time I come in, someone's getting into it with the owner. She takes zero accountability. She also got upset and was yelling in the middle of the salon about me, which if you ask me is quite unprofessional. She was yelling at Rosa the whole time, and Rosa approached me to apologize, but I let her know its not her fault at all and how amazing she is. The owner then stormed by yelling at Rosa to tell her "tell her its your fault not mine". She also kept screaming in the salon how they close at 6, and I'm lucky, but SHE called me to move my appointment to later. She also told me I couldn't make appointments there anymore, but that doesn't offend me, I don't want my money going to her pockets. I already stopped going there for a long time because of how she runs her salon. I highly encourage not coming here, but if you do, go to Rosa and let the owner know how amazing she does at her job.

Nia was fantastic. She took so much care and effort in her attention to detail was incredible. It was very easy to make an appointment online through their website where you could see which nail tech are available being that this was my first time here I just picked any and ended up getting Nia. The salon itself was very peaceful with very calming music with the front desk worker offering everyone something to drink. The color selection was very good and a lot better than most salons in the area which tend to have the same colors. These were different from anything I've ever seen. I asked Nia for a short almond shape and just a regular color and it looks like exactly what I wanted without even specifying. I told her I have to type at work and without hesitation or pressure to get them a little longer she did exactly what I wanted. She took time with my cuticles and gave me lotion at the end and to top it off. I got a free cuticle oil from the front desk person. I will be coming back and booking with Nia. However, as veterans and veterans' wives, it is important to us to support a veteran-owned business whenever feasible. I was surprised by how few veteran-owned nail salons there were, so when I found Trendy Nail & Spa, I knew that was the place. I stopped by in person to make a reservation for four. The owner was was incredibly welcoming, and even though they were fully booked on what looked like a very busy Saturday, he made room for my group. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. Even with a full salon, the place never felt rushed or chaotic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and were genuinely happy to be there, which I knew it would contribute to my friends' experience to be even more enjoyable. The ladies had an amazing time, and their manicures and pedicures turned out absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. I was taken to my seat right away, given a complimentary little bottle of water and baggie of chips. The massage chair felt great, they were clean and safe wearing gloves and using a disposable cover for the foot bath. I basically asked for swirly neon lines and gave her free rein. I got a lot of compliments on my nails and they lasted a full two weeks before starting to chip. I've never been the type to get a fill; I always just peel the whole things off. These peeled off super clean. They didn't break apart and I wasn't left with random bits of acrylic on my nails. I would definitely return if in the area.
