Always enjoy coming here. I always get a manicure and pedicure. Clean and great staff. My nails always feel taken care of with how sturdy and strong they are compared to other nails spots. My nails would break sometimes but here they seem to handle long days. They have great nail color options and I always enjoy how perfect they make the shape of whatever shape you decide. read more

My first and last time there. A waste of $70, do not recommend. I asked for diamond nails and white top and they were left crooked, not just the shape of the nails but also the design. I had to tell the lady a few times and she tried to correct it but made it worse. Again do not recommend. read more

Tried Nailed Boutique recently, but unfortunately, it wasn't the experience I hoped for. The staff was nice, but there were a lot of hidden add-on prices--everything from the cut-down to the French pedicure cost extra. My nails looked fine at first, but after about five days, the edges feel rough, so I don't think the quality was great. I do appreciate that the owner feeds the local cats--that was really sweet--but overall, I won't be returning. read more

I recently moved around the area and was looking for a nail salon around my area. Lucky me, I found one walking distance to my house. I have came here at least 10 times already for pedicures as a walk in, and they always take me in very quickly! All of the nail techs are amazing. My favorite so far has been Tom. He does a very good job with pedicures. Also, they never pressure you into getting more than what you ask for. This place is clean and friendly. They also have wine, which makes my visit a lot more relaxing. read more

Tyler and Tom are the best nail techs in LA. Tyler the owner does my nails and Tom does my pedicure. I first discovered Nail Boutique when I lived in LA for 2 years. I worked at one of the Kaiser hospitals. Tyler and his wife are very welcoming and friendly. I continued to be a customer even a year later. I came back to LA to catch a flight to the Philippines for my vacation tomorrow I waited to come get my nails done by the best. I travel to different states and still haven't found nail techs better than Tyler and Tom. I remember for one Christmas Tyler wife gave out cute little gifts to their customers, nice chill environment that values their customers and they have good professionalism. I can't begin to express how kind everyone here is. Literally every person smiles and is so friendly. The moment I walked in I was given a beverage and asked how I was. Walk-in! I didn't have an appointment. Got off work early on a Friday evening and decided what the heck. My feets have been looking atrocious and since I had the extra time- why not? I got there at 5pm and they close at 7pm. So, I figured that was enough time. I like to be mindful of closing time because it's Friday and I'm sure the nail techs don't wanna be stuck there late doing my feets lol I didn't take a before picture because I didn't want to make anyone faint lolol But the after picture is looking really nice! :) I did black gel polish with the number 2 pedicure (which is the basic with callous remover). I don't like the extra scrubs and stuff. It just irritates my sensitive skin. But my feet look great! My lady was gentle and really took her time!! :D PS. I saw some sweet cats in the neighborhood that look like they are homeless. If you are looking to adopt a furbaby or have the ability to save one of these sweet babies, that would be so amazing of you! They are friendly and very cute. I've been here about 5-6 different times, each time I feel has been a different experience. Today was probably the worst out of all the times - my nails came out looking WORSE than when I came in. Took about 1.5 hours for a gel manicure because the nail tech kept answering the phone, walking away, and even stepped away to start on ANOTHER CLIENT while I wasn't even halfway done. There was polish all around my fingers, under my nails, and on the sides of my nails. Done so sloppy, honestly, I have never had my fingers looking that bad. Her solution? She started using the cuticle cutter to clip away at my skin to remove the nail polish on it! I had to tell her to stop at this point because that's just something I've never seen done in my 15+ years of getting any manicure done. This place get very busy. I would highly suggest an appointment, but honestly, they don't respect those either. If a walk-in comes in, they'll take them regardless if you have an appointment in 15 minutes, so that slows down their whole day. My biggest criticism is the children they allow inside - I 100% understand mom's not being able to get a sitter to come in to the salon, but 3-4 kids per mom, while they're bringing in foods to snack on, is a lot to take in when there's a full shop of clients. If you're coming in expecting a peaceful and quite salon - then look elsewhere cause this place isn't it with the amount of kids there are every time I've been here. I love specific nail techs, but the one nail tech today was just not great at all. So I'll probably come back but only with on specific nail tech. read more
