Therefore, I found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I saw the prices advertised ($28 for Full Face Threading and $33 for Full Face waxing). I went in as a walk-in asking for the Full Face Treading. The technician who was helping me commented on my "missing hair brow" hairs and that I should try castor oil when I have naturally thick brows and no other technician has ever commented on that. The she proceeded to tell me that she cannot "thread my sideburns because the hairs are too hard" and then proceeded to wax it. She was rushing and ended up charging me $32 instead of the advertised price. Mind you, she only waxed my sideburns and then proceeded to ask me for a tip. I gave her an extra $5 and she was surprised. It was my first time at this salon and I expected quality customer service, but they just shrugged me off. She did a good job on the brows and the threading, but customer service should be better. I just felt like they were just trying to serve as many customers as possible. The salon is nice, however you get what you paid for. The salon I go to charge way more, but she is more methodical and detail oriented than this place.
