Let's be honest--waxing is inherently quite painful, but Stev is absolutely incredible at making the process essentially pain-free. He was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to ensure the entire process was as comfortable as possible. The room is in a very private area inside a large hair salon, which immediately helps put you at ease, and Stev is incredibly flexible. On top of the fantastic service itself, Stev is highly knowledgeable about aftercare. He easily advised me on the best practices and was quick to answer any questions I had to make sure I had no issues afterward. As a quick heads-up for anyone visiting, it is probably best to park at the mall parking structure and just walk over. Because of the high level of care and that great first impression, I have come back to OC Manscape multiple times now. If you are looking for a high-quality, comfortable grooming experience with someone who truly knows what they are doing, I can't recommend Stev enough!

I then checked the Groupon and it had expired at the end of July (she never once asked any details about date). I completely understand that it was my fault that I didn't check the date. So I reached out to Groupon to see if there were any other options, and they suggested reaching out to the Spa direct for a credit since that's their policy for expired vouchers. I then texted the salon and was met with a rude response. (See texts below). She offered me an hour service at 75.00 without the Groupon credit and with the credit it'd be an additional 109.00, which didn't make sense financially. So I asked her to explain. She then called me, with an extremely rude tone, and started speaking to me like I was a nuisance for asking for a price breakdown. She told me Groupons were an add on and not the actual price which I didn't understand. Why would I know the behind the scenes policies that are in place? She said "do you get it", I said I don't I'm sorry. She then replied, "I'm not accepting an expired Groupon so have a good day ". And hung up in my face. She was so unnecessarily rude for me asking an honest question. Do better LuLu. Customer service is a huge plus for a successful business and you completely missed the mark. You should treat customers with more kindness and respect. This issue has been escalated with Groupon, thankfully. This experience was awful. I have been very selective and very lucky with these IG beauty magicians and very lucky to of found them. Angela is in the same building as my hair stylist at the Sola Suites in Westminister mall I came in for a eyelash lift and tint. In normal language I had my lashes permed and tinted to give them the effect of looking longer. The procedure was completely painless and took about an hour. They should maintain the curl for 6 to 8 weeks. I have had lash extensions in the past which I LOVED but it required way to maintenance plus my girl stopped doing them. This lash curl is much more natural looking. Luckily my lashes were long to begin with so they took the curl perfectly. Anyways my lashes turned out great. They really make my eyes pop a little more. I have been diving into a lot of self care this year to help with my healing and nice lashes make me happy. The only rule was you can't get them wet for 24 hours. But, if you have ever seen Legally Blonde you would already know the perm 101 rule. Angela also does waxing. Brazilian, bikini, brows, etc. You have unwanted hair anywhere she will take care of it.
