Booking was easy on the website and all their services have a good description to determine what best fits your needs. I had to reschedule my initial appointment, and for that you need to call in. They send you a text reminder, and you must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed. She listened to my skin concerns and tailored the products for my face. Throughout my appointment, she explained each step of the facial. At one point I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. She was extremely nice and told me what the Diamond Glow Facial included which was the microdermabrasion, light peel, facial massage, etc. all about 60 mins. Tip: Do not wear a necklace because they really massage your neck and chest. The massage was awesome. It was not half-assed at all!! She took her time, went into my shoulders, upper back and scalp. I've had a microdermabrasions before so I knew the process. The light peel...never done any peels before but Olga said no downtime and just to moisturize often. Didn't feel anything crazy at the time of the facial. So, we shall see. The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. When I first came I was starting to see texture and kinda rough patches on my face/cheeks. I started seeing Satik to help manage those flare ups. Her treatments helped my skin so much. After seeing her my skin has been cleaner, softer, and breaking out less. I have included photos from before and after. Continually coming to see her has helped maintain my skin healthy and glowy. She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.
