I went in for a Deep Tissue massage. I explained I was having some issues with my back and really needed to focus on that. The masseuse, her name is Gel, was very kind and friendly and she suggested the Lymphatic massage because it incorporates the whole body and not just one selected area. She had really strong hands. She worked on my back and really loosened up my body from being really stiff. She incorporated some healing oils and hot rocks and spent a great deal of time working out all the kinks and stiffness I had in my body. She also incorporated some stretching to get the body loosened up. When she was done with me I was so relaxed I didn't think I could drive home. The rooms are really nice and decorative and they have soft music playing in the background. I definitely plan on going back for some more work. I highly recommend this place. This is a great spa. It is newly remodeled and clean. The rooms are quiet with soft oriental music playing. You are offered the choice of soft, medium, or deep tissue massage, with oil or lotion. I will definitely repeat repeat soon. read more

Went in with my boyfriend for a couples massage, they gave me the front desk older woman with no idea what she was doing and spoke little to no English. Walked out of my "massage" at least 6 times that I can count. Was texting on her phone. Made an inappropriate comment about my breast when she lifted up my towel. Unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience here. They asked me to pay first which fine, some places do that, but the client in the room I was waiting for paid after the service was provided - why is it different for each client? They do not have a water source hooked up to the hair washing machine so a third of time you are lying there waiting for the employee to fill up a bucket to pour into the equipment. The minimal neck/shoulder/body massage was fine. I did not expect much as I went in for the "head scrape". The scraping part was fine although it felt very intermittent and you are again lying there waiting for tools and devices to be brought into the room. The shampoo was massaged in for about 5-8 mins which is nice, great, and massaged into the nape of the neck under your head, wonderful. Then the rinse begins and you wait for the water to be filled up again in the equipment and the rinse begins and you expect your entire head to be rinsed but my neck was never rinsed so I still have shampoo on the underside of my head. Now it's beginning to itch. I asked about the back of my head but she just wrapped a towel around it. They do the facial cleanse and moisturize and say it's finished and again I try to say that there is shampoo on the underside of my head and we are using Google translate and she thinks I want to use a blow dryer and no I said I need a rinse and she translated a message via the app that no we are not a salon we are more focused on massage. So I said thank you and left with half my head full of shampoo. Perhaps they do better for massages but I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for a "head scrape". read more

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever received. I should have read the reviews before even considering this place. I called to make an appointment and was happy to hear someone that spoke English and could understand English, answered the phone. Once I arrived, that person was clearly in another country. I had to use, translators over the phone in order for the people there to understand why I was even there. After 15 minutes of trying to determine why I was even there for my appointment. They asked me to pay upfront. They then took me back to the room for a scalp massage. The gal doing the "massage" had no idea what she was doing. The shampoos were laden with chemicals and i left feeling worse than when I arrived. I wasn't planning on leaving a tip, but they wouldn't let me leave until I completed that transaction. Absolutely unconscionable! They shouldn't even be allowed to be in business! Stay far away from this place. read more

If I could leave this place -100 stars I would. I came in yesterday for a facial, and although Cici was extremely nice she put essential oils on my face. Half of the facial was done with essential oils. She even put these oils on my eye area. I woke up this morning to an allergic reaction, had to go to the doctor for an allergy shot! When I called to ask for a refund they asked for pictures which I sent to them. Just for the to respond that I had put make up on my face and its not an allergic reaction. Seriously WTF is wrong with these people. I told them fine keep the money, I will let people know what happened to me because this is not safe. Please do not even step foot into this business. read more
