Only one nail naturally fell off (leaving an extremely healthy nail behind) at the very end of December. Came here right before NYE & got a soft gel manicure on my REAL nails for the first time in years...!!!!!!! Michelle did my gel-x manicure in Nov. She was extremely precise & attentive, bc my nails were in really bad shape. The gel-x experience allowed my natural nail beds to completely heal & I had nail growth like never before (never happened like this w acrylics.) I was beyond impressed that the nails even stayed on for 8 weeks. Eddie did my soft gel manicure on my actual real nails that had grown long enough for me to not want extensions. My nails are finally healthy!!! I adore having super long nails, but I want to see how long my natural nails can grow & whether they'll be strong. This is so exciting for me! He is very knowledgeable of the nail industry & we laughed about the horrors of press-on nails. Never again. He also let me choose the show on the tv via streaming services, so I just chilled & watched one of my favourite tv shows :) The pedicure was done by Cindy, who was a great masseuse as well! I chose a playful pink for my toes & a more muted soft pink for my nails. Eddie asked if it was okay that the colour had shimmer & I said of course! But it's this attention to detail that makes this place so elegant and of high quality. The massage chairs are so comfortable, & I'm writing this from the also comfortable "waiting area" chairs while my mother gets a French soft gel short manicure! I have converted her to That Nail Spa :) Beautiful & tranquil atmosphere. Definitely coming back...!!!

I usually don't go to a business without reading a review first, but I was in the area and in a desperate need of a mani pedi. So I entered Cassidy's. Upon entering, the vibe was awkward. No music. Not even the TV had sound coming from it. I appreciated that the Jennifer Hudson show was on, but would've loved some captions, some sound, something. The only thing I could hear was the fans and the nail equipment at work. It was quiet enough for one of the technicians to be asleep with their head resting on the wall.. I tell them that I want a gel manicure with designs, a deluxe pedicure with color and I inquire how much would it be. I had gel on my nails and toes, so gel removal was extra. And design was extra. They were transparent that my total would be $109. This price didn't shock me but the service and final product did. While my nails were being prepped on my left hand, my nail on my ring finger started to hurt. I was watching tv, didn't think much of it. I look down, the right side wall of my nail is bleeding. He didn't acknowledge it to me verbally. Didn't treat it right away. Just carried on with the prep work and nail designs. I will say my design wasn't easy. I got it from Pinterest. So I appreciate that Tommy (that's what his cart said) communicated with me on how i want the lines, what color for each part, etc. It didn't come out looking good though. And to top it off, one of my toes started burning out of nowhere during the pedicure. I don't know if Nancy cut it too short or the equipment wasn't clean or what. I tried powering through it (I know, I shouldn't have to or even do so at all), but eventually I was like "hey, one of my toes burn". I pointed out the toe. She rinses it. And friendliness wise, they're nice enough. I know nail techs don't have to talk, but just the quiet vibe wasn't for me. If you made it this far, look at my reference picture versus the outcome. Keep in mind I chose hot pink for the french tip. I might go back to press on's.... Five hours later..My finger still hurts. And now my big toe hurts. They were too rough with the nail prep.

I walked into Phoenix with a mindset of "me-time" and just breathe. These ladies know what they are doing! I booked an appointment for both a mani-pedi and it was totally worth it! Pedi: it was super relaxing to give your legs some tlc! They were very meticulously on making sure my cuticles were at their best and their sugar scrub and cooling gel.. omg my legs felt so soft! And that minty/cooling gel they put on.. you gotta get that package! Mani: definitely get the gel for this one as well! Trust the process! I got the magnetic cat eye gel for my nails and they also added little hearts on them too! It's such a cute touch! Walking out of the salon made me realized... life isnt perfect but your nails def can be!

I got paraffin treatment on my feet. I also had to get my hands done since I'm a massage therapist, and she took great care of them too. Overall, such a relaxing and welcoming experience for my first visit. I'll definitely be back and bringing my girlfriend next time!

So my usual nail tech was out of town and I needed a refill. Saw this place in a plaza and said, okay, sure why not. Girl. It was SO WEIRD. First of all, it was hot as hell inside the salon. No AC, no fan, I'm starting to sweat. There's nobody at the front desk. I'm like okay, I should leave. This woman with a nose ring walks in with a look of annoyance that I'm there and asks me what I do want. I tell her, she gives me a price, I ask her is that the cash price or credit price. She smirks and says cash or card- the price is the same. That's strange because I clearly see at the counter that there is a sign that states if paid in cash, the price is cheaper... I shrug it off. I'm like, okay, whatever- I want my nails done and don't feel like going somewhere else. Girl, it gets WEIRDER. Like why tf did I not listen to my intuition, I'm still kicking myself for it. Not only is the woman doing my nails still looking irritated and bothered as hell, she is texting on her phone in between the service. Like ma'am? I got my nails done by THREE DIFFERENT women that day. When I was directed to wash my hands, each time I came back to my seat, there was someone new taking over. In my entire adulthood of getting my nails pamper sesh, I've never experienced three different nail technicians. So bizarre. To make matters worse, my nail broke the DAY after I got them done.
